Inner Resources

Our Greatest Resources Are Within Us

Accessing and Activating your Inner Resources is a journey of self-discovery that will uplift your life and support a higher consciousness humanity.

Inner Resources are qualities that are always within us. However, though we may be aware of them at times, they often remain dormant. As we consciously explore and enliven these inherent “super-powers”, we begin to experience how each one enriches our lives and the lives of others in more ways than we can even imagine.

Each individual – including you! in our community uplifts and impacts the world through their own positive higher consciousness frequencies. Each time we access and activate an Inner Resource, we accelerate the frequency and expand the possibilities of that quality in our life. It’s so beneficial and exhilarating to experience this. We encourage you to dive in deeply.

General Guidelines to Access and Activate Your Inner Resources

Use the following guidelines for any Inner Resource / positive emotion that you come up with on your own. Take your time, go slowly and be patient with yourself to get the best results.

1. Feel your body, take a few moments to settle in. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it.

2. Choose one Inner Resource to focus on. Bring your awareness to the specific Inner Resource you chose.

3. Simply drop the word into your field of being and notice what happens with curiosity and kindness to yourself.

4. Bring your awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the frequency of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions.

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

We recommend that you get your journal. Writing down your insights can be very helpful and is recommended.

Here are some points to support deeper self-discovery:

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Enrich yourself by noticing how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel how it shows up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to how this will support you in your life to be who you really want to be and feel how you really want to feel. It’s through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it.

Writing down your insights can be very helpful.

We’d like to acknowledge that many of us are in the process of healing from traumas, little or big hurts we’ve suffered throughout our lives. If you find yourself triggered, in discomfort, or experiencing any hard or negative emotion, you are most welcome to visit the Feeling Difficult Feelings page for support. If this is you, we also send you a big hug!

The most important aspect of love is not in giving or the receiving: it’s in the being.

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Without changing anything, notice what you are feeling, and where you are feeling things in your body.  If your body wants to adjust a little, let it. Be curious how it feels as your body relaxes. (Resist any temptation to analyze or think.)
