Writing down your insights during your Inner Resource exploration is extremely helpful. Therefore, we encourage you to keep a journal, notebook, or a pad of paper. You can get one now.
Take your time, go slowly, and be patient with yourself to get the best results.
Let’s get started.
1. Feel your body, settle into the present moment, and take a few deep breaths. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it.
2. Bring your awareness to the specific Inner Resource of Eternity. Say it in your mind and write it down.
3. Allow the word Eternity to drop into your field of being. Keep breathing as you notice your current experience. With curiosity and kindness to yourself explore how Eternity shows up within you.
4. Bring your awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your current felt experience and the qualities of Eternity as you embody it. Resist the habit of analyzing. Simply feel your body and emotions; just notice what’s happening.
5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience. Write down whatever is happening and what is changing.
6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource of Eternity.
7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of Eternity. This is the frequency and vibration. Your conscious awareness deepens the frequency and accelerates the vibration. Be curious to discover how the Inner Resource of Eternity will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel.
8. It is through feeling Eternity that you activate the frequency and accelerate the vibration, which then naturally radiates from within you into the world.
Can I sense into the feeling of eternity within myself?
Just stop and be still for a few moments and bring your awareness fully into this present moment.
As you bring your full attention and awareness into this moment, see if you can notice when this moment turns into the next moment? Does the present moment have a beginning and an ending?
Just relax and be still. Settle in and allow yourself to explore what this feels like with curiosity.
What do you realize as you notice that this moment has no beginning and no end?
It’s a mystery! Eternity is right here, right now.
Now, quietly count 10 slow deep breaths, and allow yourself to feel into the mystery of eternity.
No one can describe it for you. Yet, you can feel it and know it for yourself.
What happens as I allow my awareness to expand and fill with eternity?
Can I find the place within me where I can meet my infinite being, my infinite light, my infinite peace and my original innocence?
How does this feel in the wholeness of my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being?
Slowly count to 10 again and be still.
Notice how it feels to deepen in this stillness, into this experience of eternity. Only you can know what this feels like to you.
Only you can discover the gifts that eternity can give you.
Spend some time settling into eternity – not by thinking about it, but by engaging curiosity and wonder, resting in quietness, and letting go into not knowing.
