1. Bring curiosity to feeling Gratitude ~ Throughout the day, notice how grateful you can feel for any simple thing. Be aware of how each experience of gratitude feels in your body, in your heart, in your mind, and in your being. Notice if there’s any resistance to this. And bring compassion and kindness to yourself.
2. Take a few minutes when you wake up and before you fall asleep to ask yourself, “What am I grateful for?” ~ Bring to mind three to ten things; and notice how good you feel as you shift into a Higher Frequency.
3. Write Gratitude notes ~ letters or emails to family members, close friends and loved ones. Also to people you have seen in a long time. Write to Mother Earth, or Mother Nature, write to your guides, angels, loved ones so have passed. Write to the archangels, write to Source or to anyone you want and choose to express your gratitude.
4. Speak your Gratitude to people ~ Feel the joy of sharing your gratitude as a gift. Just walk up to people and say, “I am grateful for you in my life.” And then say more about that. And you can do this with your pets, birds and animals, flowers, trees, the sky, there clouds, the sun, the moon, the dark starry night. And to all the unseen beings too: Speak your gratitude out loud!
5. Hold a Gratitude circle ~ Invite people to come together, indoors or outdoors. Everyone can sit in a circle and one by one have each person tell the person on their left what they are grateful for about that person. Or if it’s a small group, each person can tell each of the other people what they are grateful for about each one.
6. Meditate as a group or by yourself with the prompt, “What am I genuinely grateful for right now?” ~ Take 10 minutes. And then have everyone write down what they noticed, and then share.
7. Create a Gratitude wall ~ Have everyone create a wall that is all about gratitude and appreciation, as a creative art project.
8. Express Gratitude through poetry, music, singing, or dancing ~ Have fun and laugh a lot!
9. Write a Gratitude letter to yourself ~ This is the most important! Write down all the ways you are grateful to yourself, for yourself, and for your life.
10. Give an anonymous gift to someone ~ Leave a gift for someone where they will find it, with their name on it. Discover how good that feels!
11. A Gratitude Ceremony ~ Plan to have a Gratitude Gathering of friends over the weekend, or one evening. Discuss with your friends how you would like to do this and create your own ceremony.
