Self-Discovery Guidelines to Access and Activate:

Take your time, go slowly, and be patient with yourself to get the best results.

1. Feel your body, take a few moments to settle in. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it.

2. Focus on and bring your awareness to the specific Inner Resource of Caring.

Explore the following questions:

Writing down your insights is very helpful, and we encourage you to keep a journal of your explorations, so grab a journal or a pad of paper now!

In what ways do I care for myself?

Could I care for myself more and in new ways? What would those be?

Take a moment to consider this.

Can I allow myself to bring more care for myself right now in ways that are nurturing, kind, and loving to me? 

Can I care for myself in the same way I would care for someone I love deeply? 

What is my capacity for caring? 

What happens when you notice how deeply you care for others, animals, the vulnerable, Nature, for yourself, and for anything else?

Allow yourself to feel what shows up when you do this. 

It can be very powerful to feel all these things. 

Take a moment to consider with curiosity, gentleness, and kindness just one way you could bring more care to yourself. Keep feeling your body, breathing, and staying grounded in connection with Mother Nature. 

Then, think of another. 

Then, think of one more. 

Allow yourself to feel both cared for and caring as you do this. What do you notice?

How do I feel as I contemplate these things?

Remember that writing down your insights can be very helpful.
