Self-Discovery Guidelines to Access and Activate:

Take your time, go slowly, and be patient with yourself to get the best results.

1. Feel your body, take a few moments to settle in. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it.

2. Focus on and bring your awareness to the specific Inner Resource of Boundaries.

Explore the following questions:

Writing down your insights is very helpful, and we encourage you to keep a journal of your explorations, so grab a journal or a pad of paper now!

Do I have boundaries that honor and protect me?

Do I have the courage to say “no” to what I feel is wrong and/or unacceptable?  Am I willing to disappoint another to be true to myself? 

How do I feel when I establish boundaries for myself? 

What new boundaries might be helpful for me to establish? How would they serve my highest good and well-being?

Take your time. Notice how you feel when you allow yourself to accept yourself just as you are.

Can I bring forgiveness, gentleness and kindness to what I perceive as my faults or mistakes, without judgment, but with compassion for myself? 

Notice what it feels like to say to yourself, “I am allowed to have boundaries.” 

As you contemplate, see what happens and what comes up when saying, “I am allowed to have boundaries.”
