Self-Discovery Guidelines to Access and Activate:

Writing down your insights is very helpful. 

Before you start, we encourage you to keep a journal of your explorations, so grab a journal, pad of paper or print the worksheet below.

1. Feel your body, take a few moments to settle in. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it.

2. Bring your awareness to the specific Inner Resource of Determination, as you slow down, and take a few deep breaths.

3. Allow the word Determination to just drop into your field of being and notice what you experience with curiosity and kindness to yourself. 

Take your time, go slowly, and be patient with yourself to get the best results.

Explore the following questions with curiosity and kindness to yourself:

When I bring forth my powers of determination, I can accomplish anything! 

As I feel determination within me, what do I discover?

Pause for a moment and consider what things you have been determined to do in your life?

Think of 3 things or times you have been determined about something in your life. Pause and write them down or take note in your mind.

With curiosity, be aware of and attentive to how this feels in your body. See if you can feel an energy shift in your body as a result of feeling determination.

Take your time and feel the frequency and vibrations of determination within your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.

Write down, draw, or take note of this experience.

Is there any part of your life right now where determination could support you?

Think of the things that matter to you the most and say to yourself, “I am determined _______________.” Notice what comes up to fill in that blank.

Determination and courage are great allies, and support each other. Notice what happens when you add the resource of courage to the resource of determination. Specifically, bring in courage as you consider the outcomes you want to achieve.

Look back and see how determination and courage have worked together and supported you while making all the big and important steps and decisions you’ve made in your life.

How does this feel within you?

With determination and courage, you can manifest your dreams.

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Without changing anything, notice what you are feeling, and where you are feeling things in your body.  If your body wants to adjust a little, let it. Be curious how it feels as your body relaxes. (Resist any temptation to analyze or think.)
