Self-Discovery Guidelines to Access and Activate:

Take your time, go slowly, and be patient with yourself to get the best results.

1. Feel your body, take a few moments to settle in. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it.

2. Focus on and bring your awareness to the specific Inner Resource of Acceptance.

Explore the following questions:

Writing down your insights is very helpful, and we encourage you to keep a journal of your explorations, so grab a journal, a pad of paper print off our worksheet now!

Can I accept myself just the way I am?

Can I accept my innocence?

Can I accept my dignity?

Can I accept my magnificence?

Can I accept my truth? Can I accept my beauty?  

Can I bring curiosity and kindness to myself as I open this inquiry into accepting myself and feel this in my body?

Take your time. Notice how you feel when you allow yourself to accept yourself just as you are.

Can I bring forgiveness, gentleness and kindness to what I perceive as my faults or mistakes, without judgment, but with compassion for myself? 

Notice how you feel when you allow yourself to accept yourself just as you are.

Can I accept that I feel many hard, negative and sometimes painful feelings? Can I accept that I am deeply and fully OK even while feeling ‘negative’ emotions?

Can I accept that I might have a distorted perception of myself? 

With curiosity, kindness, and gentleness, feel deep into the stillness of your innermost being, into the purity of your eternal and infinite spark of light. 

In the calm, open, brightness of your being, can you accept that you are perfect, just as you are? 

How do I feel as I contemplate these things?

Very true to life acceptance is our norm but hinderances can sabotage our realities, when overwhelm takes hold of us with stressors. a feeling that we sometimes fear for seeking our true identities which
Hold on to that gives us a sense of appreciation. and higher purpose and pursuits as we grow and reflect on the image we want to shine through with ability’s and transcendence being more meaningful with our hopes abs aspirations uplift is so helpful in transforming and re-energising momentum processing perspectives.
