Self-Discovery Guidelines to Access and Activate:

Take your time, go slowly, and be patient with yourself to get the best results.

1. Feel your body, take a few moments to settle in. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it.

2. Focus on and bring your awareness to the specific Inner Resource of Allow/Allowing.

Explore the following questions:

Writing down your insights is very helpful, and we encourage you to keep a journal of your explorations, so grab a journal or a pad of paper now!

Am I aware that I have choices about what I allow and do not allow into my life?

Take a few moments to notice what shows up and write it down.

Are there things that I am allowed and/or not allowed to do, or be, or think, or feel?

Take another moment to write these things down. You can keep adding to this list as you realize more things that you allow and do not allow.

What happens when I focus more attention on my body and let my body relax a little more?

Is there an inner “judge” or voice who allows and doesn’t allow? Is there a sort of rule book about what’s allowed…to eat? Or think? Or say? Or feel? Or behave?

Feel into the ways in which you may limit yourself, physically or emotionally.

Take a moment to allow yourself to write down, without censoring, all the “rules” that you allow or don’t allow yourself.

How amazing to consider this!

Do you allow yourself to receive?

Do you allow yourself to receive love?

Do you allow yourself to love yourself?

Take a moment and just allow yourself to fill with and absorb love.

As we fill with love, we replenish ourselves and have more Love to give.

Ask yourself:

Do I allow myself to receive joy and happiness?

Do I allow myself to receive peace?

Do I allow myself to rest?

How do I feel as I contemplate these things?

Take a few moments to consider this…

Write down what you are noticing.

What happens when I allow myself to be the sole authority of my life experience and decide right now what I want to allow and not allow?

What does it feel like to say, “I am allowed.”?

And how does it feel to say to yourself, “I am allowed to be me.”?
