By feeling our
Inner Resources
we activate our frequencies and
accelerate our vibration.

Remember, it is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency
and accelerate its vibration, which then naturally radiates from within you into the world.
Feeling is the gateway.

Writing down your insights during your Inner Resource exploration is extremely helpful.
Therefore, we encourage you to keep a journal, notebook, or a pad of paper. You can get one now.

Set a timer so you can take your time,
go slowly and be patient with yourself to get the best results.

Self-Discovery Guide to Access and Activate:
Appreciation

1. Set a timer for 5-20 minutes. 

2. Feel your body, settle into the present moment, and take a few deep breaths. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it

3. Bring your awareness to the Inner Resource of Appreciation. Say it in your mind and write it down.

4. Allow the word Appreciation to drop into your field of being. Keep breathing as you notice your current experience. With curiosity and kindness to yourself explore how Appreciation feels within you.

5. Bring your awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your current felt experience and the qualities of Appreciation as you embody it. Resist the habit of analyzing. Simply feel your body and emotions; just notice what’s happening. (Take notes in your journal)

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you feel are more important than any narrative or story. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on feeling Appreciation.

7. Become familiar with the feelings, sensations, frequency, and vibration of Appreciation you have chosen. Your conscious awareness activates the frequency and accelerates the vibration. Be curious to discover how the Inner Resource of Appreciation supports you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. (Take notes in your journal.)

Focusing on appreciation is a direct pathway to higher consciousness, more happiness, and beautiful, unknown, miraculous and synchromystical opportunities and experiences in your life. 

Higher consciousness is already within you. You have access to infinite resources within you. And appreciation is a super highway! 

Your capacity to feel is the gateway. 

Notice what you feeling right now, physically, emotionally and energetically. 

See if you can find three things you genuinely appreciate about nature and Mother Earth.  

Write these three things down in your journal, you can always add to this list as your keep discovering more things.

What do you feel noticing these things? 

Write down what you are feeling and what changes. 

Can you can find three things you genuinely appreciate about your current circumstances? 

Write down what you genuinely appreciate about your current circumstances. 

What do you feel as you notice these things? 

Write down your feelings in your discovery process.

Which people do you genuinely appreciate and why? 

Name the people who you genuinely appreciate, and write down why, in detail. 

What do you feel noticing these things? 

Write down what you are feeling now, as you notice the people, circumstances, and things in your life that you genuinely appreciate.

What do you genuinely appreciate about yourself? 

Write down three things that you genuinely appreciate about yourself. Of course you can always write down more.

As you choose to focus on appreciation throughout your day, you will discover what it can offer you.

Take a few days, or a week, to commit to exploring that question, “What do I appreciate now?”

Ask yourself what you appreciate, as often as you can during the day from the moment you wake up, until the last thing you bring to mind when you go to sleep. And see what happens.

You can also ask:

“What can I appreciate right now?”

“What do I get to appreciate right now?”

And you can tell the people you love how much you appreciate them. 

You are a beautiful being of pure love! And accessing your Inner Resource of appreciation, and activating it by doing this work, will bring you so much that you have been longing for. 

The only way is to find out for yourself, and have your own direct experiences.

Curiosity arises out of not knowing.

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes.
Forgoing opinions, previous ideas, or expectations,
approaching all with the wonder and innocence of a child.
Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space of freedom
to explore:

“What is this?”
“What am I experiencing?”
“What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Without changing anything, notice what you are feeling, and where you are feeling things in your body. Resist analyzing or explaining anything to yourself, just notice what you feel. If your body wants to adjust a little, let it. 

Notice the texture and color of what you are feeling and where you are feeling it. Note the quality of what you are feeling; it might be tingly or sharp, squeezing or rippling, or anything else. Be curious about what is happening in your body.
