Self-Discovery Guidelines to Access and Activate:

Writing down your insights is very helpful. 

Before you start, we encourage you to keep a journal of your explorations, so grab a journal, pad of paper or print the worksheet below.

1. Feel your body, take a few moments to settle in. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it.

2. Bring your awareness to the specific Inner Resource of Beauty, as you slow down, and take a few deep breaths.

3. Allow the word Beauty to just drop into your field of being and notice what you experience with curiosity and kindness to yourself. 

Take your time, go slowly, and be patient with yourself to get the best results.

Explore the following questions with curiosity and kindness to yourself:

What does pure beauty mean to me?

How often do I stop and take a few moments to just experience the beauty of something? How does it feel to bring my awareness to beauty, right now?

Think of the beauty of nature, a child’s smile, rain drops on a leaf, sparkling snow, leaves rustling in the wind, colors, the sunset on the water, seeing an act of kindness, a grandparent’s hug.

What images bring beauty to your heart and mind?

How does this feel in my body?

Take a few moments to just feel the qualities and sensations of beauty within you. Be patient and allow yourself to feel the gifts of beauty. Let the feelings flow into you and through you.

Can I feel the essential beauty of my own Self?

Beauty is an innate aspect of our Being. With Love, Light, Peace, Silence, Innocence, and Joy, Beauty is contained and entwined in all these. They are all facets of one brilliant diamond of our being.

As we access and activate one of these, we automatically open access to activate all of them. Bringing our conscious awareness to any of these allows them all to be more prevalent in our life experience.

Take 5 deep breaths and a few more moments to allow yourself to fill with and absorb pure beauty.

We invite you to continue this journey of self-discovery. It is not a once-and-done experience. Please revisit this exploration into Beauty and discover how it continues to deepen and enhance the quality of your life.

Feel Your Body
Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Without changing anything, notice what you are feeling, and where you are feeling things in your body.  If your body wants to adjust a little, let it. Be curious how it feels as your body relaxes.
