and accelerate its vibration, which then naturally radiates from within you into the world.
Feeling is the gateway.
Writing down your insights during your Inner Resource exploration is extremely helpful.
Therefore, we encourage you to keep a journal, notebook, or a pad of paper. You can get one now.
Set a timer so you can take your time,
go slowly and be patient with yourself to get the best results.
1. Set a timer for 5-20 minutes.
2. Feel your body, settle into the present moment, and take a few deep breaths. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it.
3. Bring your awareness to the Inner Resource of Dignity. Say it in your mind and write it down.
4. Allow the word Dignity to drop into your field of being. Keep breathing as you notice your current experience. With curiosity and kindness to yourself explore how Dignity feels within you.
5. Bring your awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your current felt experience and the qualities of Dignity as you embody it. Resist the habit of analyzing. Simply feel your body and emotions; just notice what’s happening. (Take notes in your journal)
6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you feel are more important than any narrative or story. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on feeling Dignity.
7. Become familiar with the feelings, sensations, frequency, and vibration of Dignity you have chosen. Your conscious awareness activates the frequency and accelerates the vibration. Be curious to discover how the Inner Resource of Dignity supports you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. (Take notes in your journal.)
What does dignity mean to me?
Can I feel the deep, strong presence of dignity within me?
Can I find and honor the essence of dignity within myself?
Take several deep breaths and be aware of your body. Allow your body to relax a bit more each time you exhale. As you keep breathing and relaxing, bring the word dignity into your awareness, and notice what happens within you.
What does dignity feel like to you?
My dignity is inviolable and sacred. My dignity cannot be canceled, denied, or negated.
As you access the presence of dignity within, what emotional waves come up, if any?
Take note and/or write in your journal all the things you are feeling in your physical, emotional, mental, energetic and light bodies. Give yourself some time to fully explore dignity for yourself and what it means to you.
Dignity is an inherent human birthright and a fundamental aspect of ourselves.
Discover for yourself what exploring dignity feels like within you. You might find great strength, courage, determination, and self-respect, among other things.
Your exploration into accessing and activating dignity within you can be a rewarding journey, one that will continue to give and give. Keep the presence of dignity within you and see what happens throughout your day.

Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it.
1. Feel your body.
2. Relax your shoulders.
3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.
4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.
5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.
Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Without changing anything, notice what you are feeling, and where you are feeling things in your body. Resist analyzing or explaining anything to yourself, just notice what you feel. If your body wants to adjust a little, let it.
Notice the texture and color of what you are feeling and where you are feeling it. Note the quality of what you are feeling; it might be tingly or sharp, squeezing or rippling, or anything else. Be curious about what is happening in your body.
