Self-Discovery Guidelines to Access and Activate:

Take your time, go slowly, and be patient with yourself to get the best results.

1. Feel your body, take a few moments to settle in. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it.

2. Focus on and bring your awareness to the specific Inner Resource of Peace.

Explore the following questions:

Writing down your insights is very helpful, and we encourage you to keep a journal of your explorations, so grab a journal or a pad of paper now!

Can I feel the presence of peace within me now?

If I simply look for peace and want to find it, can I feel it?

Right now?

I know what peace feels like.

Can I bring my awareness and attention to focus on peace and prioritize it so that it fills and floods my whole being? 

Can I feel it in my body? What does this feel like?

Take a few minutes to notice in depth how peace feels in your body.

Peace is always here. It is we who get distracted. It is we who get engaged with and fascinated by so many other things!

 As I slowly gather my awareness and attention to the presence of peace within me and all around me, I can feel it soothe and nurture me physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

As I bring curiosity and kindness to myself, what do I notice that peace offers me right now?

Take 5 deep breaths and quietly name these things to yourself. 

Take a few moments to write down in your journal how it feels to take a few minutes to focus on peace. 

Ask yourself, am I willing to let go of distractions long enough to allow my awareness to be filled with peace. Notice how this feels.

What might it feel like if I choose to prioritize peace in my life?

Write down in what ways this could positively impact your daily life.

Peace is an innate aspect of our Being. Other innate aspects include Beauty, Light, Love, Silence, Innocence, and Joy. Peace is an inherent part of all of those and all of those are contained in and entwined with Peace. As you access and activate one of these, you automatically open access to activate all of them. Bringing your conscious awareness to each of these allows them all to be more prevalent in your life experience.
