Inner Resources
we activate our frequencies and
accelerate our vibration.

Remember, it is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency
and accelerate its vibration, which then naturally radiates from within you into the world.
Feeling is the gateway.

Writing down your insights during your Inner Resource exploration is extremely helpful.
Therefore, we encourage you to keep a journal, notebook, or a pad of paper. You can get one now.

Set a timer so you can take your time,
go slowly and be patient with yourself to get the best results.

Self-Discovery Guidelines
to Access and Activate:
Peace

1. Set a timer for 5-20 minutes. 

2. Feel your body, settle into the present moment, and take a few deep breaths. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it.

3. Bring your awareness to the Inner Resource of Peace. Say it in your mind and write it down.

4. Allow the word Peace to drop into your field of being. Keep breathing as you notice your current experience. With curiosity and kindness to yourself explore how Peace feels within you.

5. Bring your awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your current felt experience and the qualities of Peace as you embody it. Resist the habit of analyzing. Simply feel your body and emotions; just notice what’s happening. (Take notes in your journal)

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you feel are more important than any narrative or story. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on feeling Peace.

7. Become familiar with the feelings, sensations, frequency, and vibration of Peace you have chosen. Your conscious awareness activates the frequency and accelerates the vibration. Be curious to discover how the Inner Resource of Peace supports you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. (Take notes in your journal.)

Further your self inquiry of PEACE
and continue to bring curiosity and kindness to yourself:

Take a few deep breaths, and see what happens as you allow the presence of peace to permeate your whole being.

Bring your awareness and attention to focus on peace, letting it fill your physical, emotional, mental, energetic and light bodies.

What does this feel like?

Take a few minutes to notice, and write in your journal how peace feels in your body.

Peace is always here. It is we who get distracted. It is we who get engaged with and fascinated by so many other things!

Ask yourself, am I willing to let go of distractions (mainly thinking!) and allow myself to be filled with peace? 

Keep breathing, allowing your breath to calm and regulate your whole system.

Can you feel it soothe and nurture you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually?

Write down what you notice.

With curiosity and kindness to yourself, notice what peace feels like within you. Take 5 long, deep breaths and quietly name what you are feeling with each breath.

Write down in your journal how it feels to take this time to focus on peace. Continue to gather your awareness and attention to the presence of peace within and all around you.

What might it feel like if I choose to prioritize more peace in my life?

Notice and write down in what ways this could positively impact your life every day. 

Deepen Your Experience Of Peace:

See what happens when you keep the word, the frequency, and the feelings of peace activated in your consciousness all day long.

Peace is always present; you can always find it within you.

Peace is an innate aspect of our Being. Along with Love, Light, Beauty, Silence, Innocence, and Joy, Peace is contained and entwined in all these. They are all facets of one brilliant diamond of our Being. As we access and activate one of these inherent qualities of our Being, we automatically open, access and activate all of them.

Curiosity arises out of not knowing.

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes.
Forgoing opinions, previous ideas, or expectations,
approaching all with the wonder and innocence of a child.
Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space of freedom
to explore:

“What is this?”
“What am I experiencing?”
“What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Without changing anything, notice what you are feeling, and where you are feeling things in your body. Resist analyzing or explaining anything to yourself, just notice what you feel. If your body wants to adjust a little, let it. 

Notice the texture and color of what you are feeling and where you are feeling it. Note the quality of what you are feeling; it might be tingly or sharp, squeezing or rippling, or anything else. Be curious about what is happening in your body.
