To make the most of your UPLIFT PEACE IMMERSION,
we encourage you to keep a journal
because writing down your thoughts, feelings, and intentions
is a powerful way to honor yourself.

Writing things down often allows more of your feelings,
thoughts, and intentions to flow. You will get more clarity about yourself.
And many times this process brings a big, welcome shift!

Use your journal to inquire into and clarify
your intentions and goals for the UPI as you write them down.

What am I feeling right now?

Which emotions am I feeling?

What am I feeling as I feel my body?

What really matters to me?

How do I feel after taking 3 deep breaths?

What do I notice as I feel my body with curiosity and kindness?

How do I want to spend my PEACE IMMERSION?

What are my goals for this PEACE IMMERSION?

Which Inner Resources am I choosing to focus on?

Message From Bhavani’s Journal:

I am happy to share what I wrote as I felt into my goals and intentions
for the upcoming UPLIFT PEACE IMMERSION.

“Peace With Yourself is our initial theme and focus for the June 2026 UPLIFT
PEACE IMMERSION. We are going to see what happens as we become more
curious about how we feel and our relationship with our own self.

I am going to spend this PEACE IMMERSION
making peace with myself, living in peace with myself,
visualizing filling my head with light and the core
spark of light in the very center of my brain,
and living in peace with everyone in my life.

These are my goals for this Peace Immersion.

I want to feel peace within me,
I want to feel peace in my relationships,
I want to feel peace in my environment, in my home,
in my workplace, at all times,
as much as I can.

I want to figure out how I can adjust things in my life,
and in my perspectives about my life,
so that I can experience more peace and more joy,
more happiness, more contentment,
more laughter, and more fun.

And keep breathing into and feeling
my chosen Inner Resources:

PEACE, HAPPINESS, CONTENTMENT,
PATIENCE & LETTING GO.

I want to give myself more time every day to be quiet
in a state of curiosity, to focus on the light in the center
of my brain that fills my whole head with light,
to feel my body, to notice my breathing, and to feel into
the field of higher consciousness vibrations
within me.

These higher consciousness vibrations
emerge when I focus on feeling peace, feeling love,
feeling quietness in my body, and focusing
on the light in my head.

And to feel my current experience
with curiosity and compassion for myself,
as I choose to minimize or eliminate
the distractions in my life.

To remember and remind myself that as I shift
into a higher consciousness reality,
my vibration changes.

And my perspective changes.

The slow dense vibrations that I’m leaving behind
are actually more familiar to me!

These new higher vibrations and frequencies
can feel more intense and can feel as if
everything is moving too fast.

And yet, when I’m not vibrating in my
higher consciousness self, it feels even worse
than ever before.

What a dilemma.

But I can bring even more patience, more curiosity,
more kindness, and more compassion to myself,
and focus on the light in the center of my head.

And I instantly shift into
my own higher consciousness reality
of infinite love, unconditional peace, and the
sparkling light always present
within me, that is me.

What a relief!”

Curiosity

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child. 

Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
