✨ SHIFT INTO HARMONIC RESONANCE ✨

Your UPI 🕊️ Daily Morning Practice:

⭐️ Listen to the daily UPI Meditation below and the music that follows each meditation – while you sit quietly to integrate the frequencies. ~ Bonus idea ~ Many people love listening to the meditations 2-3 times a day. Highly recommended!

⭐️ Notice your breathing, take 3 deeper breaths, and feel your body, feel your presence, and invite yourself to relax with each exhalation.

⭐️ Visualize your head filling with light and focus on the central spark of light.

⭐️ Bring curiosity and kindness to your current experience and name to yourself what emotions are showing up.

⭐️ Say 3 kind and loving things to yourself.

⭐️ Write down what you are feeling in your journal.

✨ ✨ SHIFT INTO HARMONIC RESONANCE ✨ 

Take 3 slow, deep, full, relaxing breaths.

Invite and ask your body to relax with each exhalation.

Be aware of your breathing
and feeling your body at the same time.

If thoughts show up in your mind, you can
put them all aside.

You don’t need to think about anything right now.

Relax into your breathing.
Listen to the sounds around you.
Feel your body.

These three things
will always support you in being present.

Be aware of the air around your body.

Feel how the air touches you.

And as you breathe, feel yourself
receive each breath as a gift
from Mother Earth.

Be grateful you can breathe.

The next breath is not for granted.  

Feel the feeling of feeling your body
in this moment of just being.

Just being.

Your body breathing all by itself.

Breathing and resting,
… and … just … being …

Say something kind to your body.
Make peace with your body.

Say something kind to yourself.
Make peace with yourself.

Feel the gentle vibrations of peace and love
permeate your whole body.

Breathing and resting,
… and … just … being …

See yourself shimmering with light –
radiating peace.

Breathing and resting,
… and … just … being …

Notice how you feel now,
when you slow down,
quiet down, and
give yourself
a few minutes
to let go
of
everything.

A few minutes of grateful renewal.

IN THE ESSENCE OF YOUR BEING
THERE IS VAST UNCONDITIONAL
PEACE AND LOVE

This pause, this stillness, this quietness – heals.

It heals deeply because you bring yourself
into harmony with the
vibrational resonance
of the purity
of your own
being.

You shift into harmonic resonance with your own
infinite, eternal being of pure love
and unconditional
peace.

Please remember and know,
that each breath can bring you
the miraculous healing powers
of unconditional peace
and the pure love
of your own
being.

Because you are
an embodied aspect
of Source.

A living Source Energy Being
who can feel, resonate, radiate, and express
the interwoven highest frequency transmissions
of the most powerful combined
force in this universe –
Pure Love and Peace.

Curiosity

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child. 

Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
