Our purpose in hosting
The UPLIFT PEACE IMMERSION
is to infuse our collective reality with more peace
together, to create a unified field of peace.

Participating is as simple as aligning your longing
and intentions for a peaceful world
with the UPLIFT community.

We only ask that you spend a few minutes every day
being quiet and feeling the vibrations of peace
in your body, and to be conscious
of choosing peace throughout
the day.

And once you sign up, you will receive a lot of support
from us, including a meditation every day.

We know how busy you are, how full  your life is,
and that you have so much going on.

We also know that you want to make a difference,
just like we do.

We share in our longing for a more peaceful world,
a higher consciousness world,
where human beings respect and care for each other,
and honor Mother Nature.

And you make a difference.
The moment you start feeling peace,
you instantly start vibrating peace.

Go ahead, check it out, take 3 deep breaths,
breathe in for 2 seconds,
breathe out for 2 seconds,
feel your body,
and feel for
peace.

Take your time as you keep breathing,
and breathe into your heart space,
in for 3 seconds and
out for 3 seconds,
and feel your caring,
loving, heartfelt longing
for a world of peace.

The cumulative effect of thousands of us
all feeling and vibrating peace together
over a period of time is
immeasurable.

And in our alignment and shared longing,
we are all naturally held together in the ever-present
field of peace.
And this makes it easier and more deeply felt
for everyone.

Take a few more focused breaths
and feel yourself filling with peace.

Feel the peace in every cell of your body
vibrating as light,
and notice that your beautiful radiant vibrations
naturally illuminate
your energy field, your aura.

By using your breathing to support you in
choosing peace throughout the day, 
you will be radiant with peace.

And the world around you
will naturally be infused with your peaceful vibrations
and your radiant light.

Let’s be curious together about the benevolent
outcome and the cumulative effect
of choosing to dedicate time daily, to feel
and vibrate at the frequency
of unconditional peace.

including Mother Earth,

Curiosity

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child. 

Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
