Higher Consciousness of Love

It's Time

It’s time now
for each of us –
having done so much,
and tried so hard,
and accomplished so much,
to invite ourselves into our own
higher consciousness,
of pure love.

It’s a good time, right now,
to stop and rest and relax.

Can you give yourself this gift?

To stop and rest,
relax, replenish and recalibrate?
You deserve it!

Take a few long, slow breaths.
Feel your body,
and let yourself slow down,
unwind and let go.

Make yourself more comfortable,
if you would like.

Keep being aware of your breathing,
As you keep feeling your body receiving,
receiving each breath …

Receiving the life-giving,
life-enhancing breath.

Feel your whole body being nurtured
and nourished with each
calming breath.

It’s a wonderful time, right now,
to open to your higher consciousness,
to know your higher self.

You have always known this part of you.

It’s time. It’s your time.

You are an outward facing, and unique
Expression of infinite being,
of infinite love,
of radiant light,
profound peace,
effervescent joy, and
unparalleled beauty,
of one infinite, eternal Source.

Feel your body.
Feel your whole body,
with curiosity and kindness to yourself.

Whatever you’re feeling, it’s all ok.
Just let it all be, as it is, without trying
or needing to change anything.

No need to understand anything.

Take three long, slow, full breaths,
letting go a little more with each
slow exhalation.

Notice the sounds around you, and the
quietness within you.

Feel your whole body quietly breathing.

Give yourself a little more spaciousness,
and some unconditional compassion.

And feel for the vibration of love,
within you.

Tell yourself something you truly appreciate
about yourself.

What is another thing you appreciate
about yourself?

What are you feeling in your heart?

Can you open yourself to receiving more love?

Express some genuine gratitude, for yourself, to yourself.

Keep feeling for the vibration of love,
within you, within your heart.

Your body is designed to absorb, activate
and vibrate pure love.

You are a being of love.

Say something caring and compassionate
to yourself.

What are you noticing?

Whatever you are feeling, all is ok,
all is welcome here.

Say, “I love you,” quietly, to yourself.

Can you feel your whole body vibrating with love?
No matter what else might be going on?

The kingdom of heaven is the kingdom of love.
And the kingdom of heaven is within you.

Feel how much love is present here.

As you open your heart to loving yourself,
you invite yourself to your own
higher consciousness
of love

With focused attention, and regular practice,
your capacity to vibrate at the frequency
of pure love grows stronger
and stronger.

But you will only know if this is true for you,
as you experience this for yourself.

Dedicate some time every day,
to prioritize focusing on and feeling for
the frequency of love in your heart,
and in your whole body.

And throughout the day, say kind,
compassionate and loving things to yourself,
and gently remind yourself to be present
to notice how it feels
to open your heart
to loving
yourself.

And as you do, you will transform yourself,
and everything and everyone
around you.

It’s time.

Curiosity

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child. 

Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
