Deepen in Love
To DEEPEN IN LOVE we suggest you make it a priority to take 20 minutes every morning, to sit or stand quietly, with all your devices turned off, and do nothing but fill with and absorb pure love. Keep your awareness focused on what you are feeling, feeling the love you are filling with and absorbing.
By doing this consistently you will deeply replenish yourself with nurturing, healing love in the core of your being. You just might find these 20 minutes to be the most beautiful, nourishing, and utterly divine moments of your day. You must find out for yourself.
Writing down your insights is very helpful, and we encourage you to keep a journal of your explorations.
Our bodies are outfitted to feel and generate love.
The more awareness we bring to the feelings of love within us, the more we embody love.
Start by simply feeling your body. Take a few moments to notice how it feels when you bring your awareness to the presence of love within you.
When you say “I love you” to someone that you genuinely love, how does it feel?
Pause, and really notice how it feels, in your body, and in your heart.
When you stop for a moment and consider something you are truly grateful for, how does that feel?
Pause again, and take some time to fully notice your experience of how this love and gratitude feel in your body, and in your heart.
How do gratitude and love go together in your experience?
Continue to inquire and feel into this. Remember to take slow, deep breaths. Write down in your journal your feelings and what you notice happening within you.
We can enhance our embodiment of love.
When we spend 20 minutes a day being still and filling with love, we nurture ourselves in our very essence. It is essential to refill, refuel, and build our capacity to embody more love. This also connects us directly with our self healing ability through our own inner source connection.
Most of us give and give and give, but we don’t replenish ourselves. (and many of us find it difficult to receive)
Do you take time every day to fill and refill yourself with love?

The feelings we generate emit signals that we all pick up on. By feeling, embodying, and generating more love, we Uplift ourselves, each other, and the planet, as we permeate our world with ripples of positive, high-frequency vibrations of love.
Be curious to experience how it feels to look in the mirror and say to the image of yourself, “I love you.”
Make a point of trying this out. It’s a powerful experience. Only you know the life of the person you are looking at in the mirror and what you have gone through in your life. Be loving, kind, and gentle to that image in the mirror, and notice what it feels like to give and receive all that love from yourself.
Take some time to write down your thoughts and feelings in your journal. You have so much to share with yourself about love, loving, and being loved. 🩷

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child.
Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”
4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions.
5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.
6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.
7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it.
1. Feel your body.
2. Relax your shoulders.
3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.
4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.
5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.
Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
