Daily Morning Practice Starts Today:
Listen to the daily UPI Meditation and then sit quietly to integrate the frequencies for a few to several more minutes of quiet time.
Notice your breathing, take 3 deeper breaths, and feel your body, feel your presence, and invite yourself to relax with each exhalation.
Visualize your head filling with light and focus on the central spark of light.
Bring curiosity and kindness to your current experience and name to yourself what emotions are showing up.
Say 3 kind and loving things to yourself.
Write down what you are feeling in your journal.
Make Time For Yourself
If need be, get up 10-30 minutes earlier.
You will feel more rested and content spending that time
quietly feeling peace than if you slept.
Time is our great ally and co-creator in our collective evolution.
Because, as you know, anything done with perseverance,
patience, hope, and faith is ultimately rewarding.
We only ask that you take time every day to be quiet
and feel the vibrations of peace in your body.
And to be conscious of choosing peace
throughout the day.
