In This Present Moment
In this present moment, you can relax,
make yourself comfortable,
and take a few deep, nurturing breaths.
Feel your body.
Feel your body relax.
As you quiet down, breathe into your heart space.
As human beings, we utilize time.
We live in the construct of time.
But the truth is, it’s always right now.
Whenever you check in,
it’s always right now, isn’t it?
There really never is any other time.
Breathe yourself into this present moment.
Let this moment be empty, fresh, and unknown.
There is no past and no future in this present moment.
What we call the past is just thought.
Memories that are recalled in this present moment.
What we call the future exists only as potential.
Just thoughts, plans, and ideas
that we have in this present moment.
Breathe into your heart space.
Feel the energetic vibrations there.
Allow the energy from your heart
to overflow into your whole body.
Feel the feeling of feeling your body.
As you pay attention to this present moment,
see if you can discover when this moment
turns into the next moment.
The content can change, but does the moment?
We only need to focus on
what is happening right now
in this present moment.
Everything you experience and ever will experience,
everything you learn and feel,
and everything you ever will learn and feel,
will only happen in the present moment.
Because it’s always right now.
There isn’t any other time.
Breathe deeply into your heart space.
Feel into the rich, deep, and infinite space of your heart.
Feel your quietness, your presence in this present moment.
This is where you access the infinite wisdom
of your higher self and your own direct connection
to Source.
This is where you discover the presence of unconditional love
and the peace that is beyond all understanding.
In this present moment.
Breathe into the fathomless stillness of your being.
Feel the presence of your own loving self.
Feel the presence of peace.
It is here, in this very moment, that you reconnect
to your higher consciousness, your profound wisdom,
your radiant love,
your infinite peace,
your bubbling joy,
and your immeasurable beauty.
Take another deeper breath and let yourself
relax, soften, and release a little more.
We all get distracted, fascinated,
and feel compelled to fulfill our responsibilities.
Yet the mystery is real.
And the truth reveals that you will be better
at all you need and want to do
when you anchor yourself in this present moment.
It’s always your choice
where you place your focus, what you focus on,
and from where, within you, you meet the world.
And remember that pausing for a few deep breaths
can bring you into the infinite presence of your own heart.
A place to stop and rest, and feel.
A place of greater perspective.
A place where you can trust yourself.
This ever-present moment of infinite potential.
It really is always right now.
I have been hiding all of my life.
I have been hiding,
and no one was looking.
That was both devastating and a relief.
I heard a story once
that God is playing hide and seek,
but no one is looking.
Yes, I have been hiding,
even from myself,
especially from myself.
Have you been hiding?
Have you been hiding so long
that even you have forgotten to look?
I was hiding for so long,
and like a jack-in-the-box,
I just kept stuffing myself back in the box
and closing the lid.
Click.
And now I am no longer willing to hide.
It’s uncomfortable.
It’s unfamiliar.
It’s awkward.
It’s exhilarating,
and it’s terrifying.
It’s revealing everything.
But I am no longer willing to hide.
Yes, it’s exhilarating,
and it’s also excruciatingly painful.
I need to meet all my rejections,
all my limitations, all my fears, all my performances,
my learned behaviors, my indoctrination,
and all my carefully cultivated beliefs and opinions.
I need to empty myself of all of them.
I need to feel the multitude of things I was hiding,
like my anger, my hatred, my judgment,
and also my intuition, my insights, my telepathic awareness,
my greatness, my infinite unknowable beauty,
my purity, my innocence.
No longer trying to be spiritual.
No longer trying to attain anything,
but simply meeting the truth of myself,
which is pure, infinite,
beauty, peace, light,
and unconditional love.
How can that be?
How can I be a being of pure love and
host all this anger, resentment, judgment,
comparison, dislike, competition,
and other feelings I consider unacceptable?
But there they are, in the box.
In the box with the jack,
stuffed in the box.
Click.
But now I am willing to expose my authenticity,
to keep reaching into the box,
and to feel all those feelings
without self-judgment.
It can be really uncomfortable, but as I breathe into each one,
each rejected feeling, with acceptance, forgiveness, and kindness to myself,
they release, they change, they transmute.
In stillness and compassion, everything transforms.
Each intense feeling becomes a gift
of beauty, and power, and integrity.
And all those feelings,
they don’t define who I am,
and they never did.
Who I am, in the center of my being.
Who I am, my original self.
I can feel my original self, my immaculate innocence,
now that I am willing to feel everything else,
now that I am willing to feel all the things I didn’t want to feel,
that I was scared to feel,
that I had enormous resistance to feeling,
now I can feel the truth of who I am.
And it’s not an end state.
It’s a breath by breath journey
of willingness and wonder.
The wonder to trust myself.
The confidence to not know.
The willingness to feel myself
as an eternal being of infinite love, peace, and light.
I am no longer willing to hide,
but to lovingly speak my truth.
I am no longer willing to distort my truth or deny the truth of who I am.
But I am willing to keep feeling into every crevice
of all the painful feelings in my heart,
long held under cover, masterfully denied,
terrifying me like a ghost under the bed.
And to my surprise, they have turned into treasures.
I can feel so much more
of the abundance of love
that flows through my heart.
I can acknowledge the insights and intuition
that guide me, and others.
I can luxuriate in my deep connection
with Mother Earth and Mother Nature,
and all living beings.
We are powerful beings.
We are pure Source energy beings.
We are each a holographic ray, where the whole
is entirely within each aspect of itself.
You are an individuated ray of Source,
just as infinite, eternal, and beautiful.
All that Source is, you are.
That’s why I always say you are
an eternal being of infinite love,
unconditional peace,
and radiant light,
no matter what you might be feeling
or what you might believe about yourself.
So let us remember who we are.
Let us remember why we came to Earth,
to incarnate as human beings,
to experience this division, this separation, this unique individualization.
Let us remember, we came to challenge ourselves with,
“Can I really forget that I am an eternal being of infinite love,
unconditional peace, and shimmering light?”
Because we really are.
What is personal sovereignty?
What does personal sovereignty mean to you?
No one can give you what is already yours,
and personal sovereignty is already yours.
Yet you must claim your personal sovereignty,
each one of us within ourselves, for ourselves.
This freedom is inherently ours, and no one can take it away from us.
But we have to look within ourselves and see,
have we given it away or diminished it?
Let us not blame ourselves if we discover that we have.
It seems we have all been raised to look outside ourselves for authority,
for answers, for guidance, for direction, and for just about everything.
And recognizing this gives us the opportunity to absolutely reclaim it.
Your personal sovereignty is yours to claim within yourself,
right here, right now, and always.
Acknowledging and claiming your personal sovereignty is never in conflict with being
kind, loving, caring, respectful, forgiving, and compassionate.
And the more we offer these qualities to ourselves,
the more we naturally bring these qualities to each other and the world.
As we choose our personal sovereignty, we are choosing what we prioritize,
and in every choice there are elements of both fear and trust.
Be aware of both what you fear and what you trust in making this choice for yourself.
As you explore this, step deeper into yourself,
into the silence of your being,
into your Source connection,
and ground into your deep roots with Mother Earth.
It doesn’t matter what the voice in your head is saying.
That’s not where you claim your personal sovereignty.
Drop deeper into yourself
and feel the truth of who you are.
Give yourself the time to feel into the silence of your being.
Each present moment is innocent, spacious
and ripe with unknown potential.
In the silence and the stillness within you,
you will meet your own personal sovereignty.
It is yours to discover and claim for yourself.
Over and over again.
And you have so much to discover within you.
So much.
Alive through the life force of Mother Earth,
we are connected directly to the source of all life within ourselves.
What an interesting setup we have created here on this planet.
We are beings of infinite love and light,
needing to reclaim our personal sovereignty.
And we have a vast wealth of Inner Resources to help and support us on this journey.
Inner Resources such as:
courage
compassion
kindness
freedom
forgiveness
innocence
peace
eternity
self-respect
pure love
and many, many more.
All, already, within you.
It takes a lot of courage these days
to choose to be joyful.
People everywhere are experiencing so much pain and suffering,
and there are so many dysfunctional things happening in our world.
To intercept the waves of low-frequency negativity
flowing around and affecting us,
it takes courage and determination.
But we are the changemakers.
We bring smiles to people who look sad
and hugs to those we can.
And we emanate positive high frequencies into our world.
We choose love, and we focus on love.
We feel for peace within us,
and we radiate our healing light.
And now we’re choosing to focus a little more specifically
on the vibration of joy.
We want to bring as much happiness to as many people, animals, plants,
and the world as we can.
Explore what feels authentically joyful for you.
Maybe just smile at someone
and see if they smile back,
or tell a joke,
give a small gift.
Send someone a loving and encouraging message.
Do something kind and caring for a friend
or someone you don’t know well.
Spend extra time with your pets,
care for your plants,
work in your garden.
Make space to do kind, loving,
and joyful things for yourself.
In each present moment, you can find joy.
Keep some of your awareness on the lookout
for the positive perspective in each moment,
and see if you can experience a little more joy.
The more joy you feel,
the more joy you vibrate and activate.
You create joyful energies all around you.
And you will start to bring that joyful feeling
to all kinds of things in your life.
Be curious.
Feel the joy of taking a deep breath.
Feel the joy of just being alive in your body.
Take a moment and look around you.
Find something that brings you joy right now.
We’ve all journeyed for a long time.
Let’s slow down
and take a few deep breaths.
Breathing in to the heart space
and breathing out, letting go
and relaxing.
As you remain aware of the rhythm of your breath,
shift to a higher perspective where you can reflect
on how much you have truly evolved already.
You can really relax now.
It’s okay. It’s more than okay.
It’s essential.
You can discover and remember so much more
of yourself when you are relaxed and at peace.
Feel into your inner peace.
Let the gentle vibrations of peace
permeate your body and your whole being.
Part of this radical transformation
is allowing ourselves to pause and relax.
We need to pause the momentum of our doing,
our striving, and our planning,
and let ourselves step back, breathe,
and remember who we really are.
Feel your body.
Breathe into your heart space
and relax into a quiet, peaceful,
open state of being.
Feel how much you care.
Feel how much you care
about someone you love,
or several someones,
or about Mother Nature.
Feel how much you care about yourself.
And feel the vibration of caring in your heart.
Be curious about what’s happening in your heart.
This caring you feel is an aspect of love.
Feel how caring comes from love.
Feel this love flowing through your heart.
Feel the love flowing through your heart
and into your whole body.
Feel yourself breathing in pure love
and feel the love flow into your whole being.
Feel yourself being loved.
This love flows unceasingly from an infinite source.
It infuses your whole being, loving you, just as you are.
Loving yourself unconditionally.
If you notice any impediments, just let them be there.
If you notice any resistance, just let it be there too,
offering compassion to yourself.
And feel the relief of letting go.
Feel into your caring heart and love yourself.
Bring in kindness, compassion, and forgiveness.
Love yourself with gentleness and great joy.
No matter how much pain and suffering you have ever felt
or even may be feeling now, love yourself unconditionally.
Be willing to keep feeling.
That is the most radical transformation there is.
You are an eternal being of infinite love,
and no matter how far away from Source
you have ever believed yourself to be,
nothing can change the truth of who you are.
Keep being curious about what you feel
as you allow yourself to love yourself
with unconditional love.
You can repurpose your striving and your planning
to be aware of every moment
when you feel and remember this truth:
that you are an eternal being of pure, infinite love
and effervescent, radiant light.
Every breath is an opportunity to pause,
breathe into your heart space, and relax.
So you can remind yourself
that you are a being of love and light,
over and over again.
And love yourself!
Because You Couldn’t See Me
Because you couldn’t see me, I thought I wasn’t there.
When I was a little girl, I could see things.
I could feel things, I could feel what other people were feeling,
I could hear their thoughts, finish their sentences.
That was received and met with disapproval mostly,
a shocked face and then a gap, a distancing…
as I felt them in retreat
from me.
I knew that I was full of light and full of love,
full of knowledge, truth, awareness, presence, exuberance.
My love was overflowing, seeking to be met, to be received,
to be appreciated and reciprocated, and I was
eagerly awaiting the glorious exchange.
It seemed so natural, authentic, intrinsic, so true.
This love seeking love, seeking expansion, growth,
flowering, blooming. Togetherness.
Ahhhh the exquisiteness of one moment
of my mother’s loving hug, laughing with my brother,
or a smile from my father – and my heart would light up
like fireworks!
These moments were few and far between,
but just enough to keep me seeking more. Just enough
to know without a doubt it really did exist, this love,
this pure, loving connection flowing like a mighty river.
At least, I felt it.
But the moments got further and further apart,
and the space got filled with rules and expectations, definitions
for who I was supposed to be and become.
The expectations dangled with a promise of love rewarded,
but apparently I was never good enough to receive.
The rules kept changing, being redesigned arbitrarily,
my enthusiasm waning with every rejection.
I thought it must just be my family!
Ok – I’ll wait. I’ll grow up, get married, have children,
have my own family and live happily ever after!
Ahhh the innocence of my sweet self!
Did you ever feel this way?
In every relationship I was seeking love
and finding love, beautiful love!
Again I was reaching out, longing to meet in the place
of always prioritizing love as the pinnacle of life.
But we didn’t know, us humans. We didn’t remember.
We got lost.
So lost.
We hurt each other.
We didn’t really know how not to.
I spent a lifetime seeking to be loved,
to have my love received, to honor that delicious flowing
nectar of loving connection.
I tried to adhere to exalted paths in numerous contortions
of my being, and still experienced rejection, abandonment, loss,
disappointment, betrayal, blame and resentment.
I diminished myself until I almost disappeared,
seeking nothingness as a spiritual path.
Until I realized that I somehow had absorbed and believed the idea
that I needed recognition, approval, acknowledgment, agreement,
and some kind of verification, confirmation, and certification
from some external authority.
Or maybe I even believed that my ok-ness, much less my greatness,
needed some kind of collective external consensus.
Yet it was always vague and unclear how
that would actually happen.
Did you ever feel this way?
This wound in my heart,
this excruciating pain in my heart,
just kept getting deeper and deeper.
But then, I finally found that all that disappointment,
grief and loss revealed an empty seat
in the center of my heart.
A seat I had kept trying to give away.
A seat on which I kept placing someone else:
my father, my mother, my boyfriends, my teachers,
my husband, my children, my grandchildren …
But all the external rejection and abandonment led me here,
to the seat in my heart. To the throne in my heart,
waiting to be filled by none other than me.
And I took my seat.
That was one of the hardest and most courageous moves I ever made.
I sat on the throne in my own heart.
And I sit on my throne,
my golden throne made of light and love.
And I feel all the pain, and all the love.
It’s been quite the journey into the unknown,
navigating my life from a completely fresh perspective.
It’s been scary, afraid of being seen as selfish, uncaring, narcissistic.
It’s an ongoing journey of feeling, inquiry, tears and laughter!
Very painful and absolutely exhilarating,
and utterly profound.
And I found within me a pivotal and core assumption
that had slipped in and made itself at home:
Because no one could really see me, I thought I wasn’t there.
Well, here I am!
Here I am.
And yes, because you couldn’t see me,
I thought I wasn’t there.
Because you couldn’t love me,
I thought I wasn’t loved or lovable.
Because you hurt me and belittled me,
I thought I wasn’t good enough.
Because you diminished me, and judged me
with disapproval, I thought I was unworthy.
Because you lied about me, blamed me, rejected
and abandoned me, I crumpled.
But truly, because I placed my eyes on you, I led myself astray.
Seeking love, approval, appreciation, respect,
recognition, and worthiness, from all of you,
so I could feel good about myself!
I crawled through that long, dark, dank tunnel –
an unspeakable journey.
But at the end I found what I was looking for.
Myself.
Myself held in dignity and love.
Myself, undeniably and unequivocally loved.
Myself, bright, brilliant, adorable, beautiful, pure, innocent,
and utterly good.
I’m no longer willing to deny, diminish, grovel, or
disappear myself.
My light is more brilliant than can be seen by any human eyes,
my beauty is more profound and glorious,
the love that I am is unequivocally pure and magnificent,
and I am infinitely greater than even I can acknowledge.
And I am being and becoming more of all of this,
which is myself, with every breath.
Right here, right now, here I am –
peacefully, quietly, happily, and sometimes painfully,
occupying the golden throne in my own heart.
And I invite you to look into your heart,
and discover your own golden throne of love and light,
pulsating with beauty.
And take your seat.
Getting Positively Triggered
We all get triggered.
You know how that feels.
And you probably don’t like it.
Feel your body
and settle into this moment.
Take three focused breaths.
Inhale and expand your chest.
Exhale and relax your shoulders.
Inhale and expand your chest.
Exhale with a big sigh
and relax your shoulders.
Inhale again,
expand your chest,
pause for a moment.
Exhale with a big sigh,
let go,
and relax.
And keep some of your awareness
on your breathing during this guided inquiry.
We usually think of getting triggered
in a negative way.
But as we are evolving,
we can expand our perspective.
We can let ourselves be triggered
by positive, uplifting circumstances.
Focusing on your inner resources
can positively trigger you.
Imagine someone saying, “I really appreciate you.”
Or say to yourself, “I really appreciate you.”
And let yourself be triggered
into a deep experience
of feeling appreciated.
When someone says to you, “I love you,”
let yourself be triggered
into an exquisite experience
of feeling loved.
Let nature’s beauty
trigger you into beauty.
Think of things you are genuinely grateful for
and let yourself be triggered
into the powerfully transformative frequency
of gratitude.
Imagine happy,
funny,
adorable,
laughing little children
and let yourself be triggered
into joy.
We can repurpose everything with our perception.
Let yourself be triggered right now
by the very best feelings
you can possibly imagine having.
And have them.
Feel your body.
Feel your energy field
and feel the energies in your heart.
What is happening?
What do you notice?
What are you feeling?
Just let go and let these frequencies vibrate you.
From here, you have the awareness
to know that when you get triggered in a painful way,
you’re just trying to inform yourself.
It’s an opportunity to feel more
and know more about yourself.
Getting triggered in an upsetting way
also gives you an opportunity
to bring compassion to yourself,
forgiveness, understanding, gentleness, and hope.
It opens us up to feeling vulnerable,
exposed, and even humbled.
How beautiful is that?
And for every mistake you believe you have made,
bring more compassion to yourself.
Let each breath comfort you and center you.
Remain curious, grounded, and connected
to Mother Earth.
What does feeling vulnerable,
exposed, and humbled offer you in a positive way?
Only you can know this for yourself.
Bring more compassion to yourself,
forgiveness, understanding, gentleness,
and appreciation right now.
Every emotion has its own frequency.
Every emotion is here for us
to explore ourselves more fully
and discover the truth of who we really are.
As you bring this higher perspective to yourself,
it will naturally shift your perspective
in countless other ways.
Curiously explore your ability
to change and repurpose your perspective,
especially around getting triggered.
And you will discover your power
to further awaken, transform, and evolve.
You will continue to experience
your eternal being of
limitless peace, radiant light,
and unconditional love that you truly are.
And your life, and the world,
will shift with you.
Your smile, so powerful.
Your bright, beautiful smile.
Try it out for a few days,
or even more, if you like.
Not a fake smile, or a nicey-nice smile.
A real, genuine smile,
and only if it feels right to you.
You can smile at nature, at the birds, at the trees.
You can smile at random people on the street.
You can smile at your plants, at your pets, at your room.
You can smile at your cup of tea or coffee.
You can smile for no reason at all.
A smile tells your brain and body to activate happiness,
just by smiling.
Take a few moments to close your eyes and smile,
and just see how it feels.
As you smile, you can bring to mind
happy moments, happy faces, funny moments, the beauty of nature,
and anything that makes you laugh and feel good.
Bring your breath to join in
and let your breath take you even deeper.
Keep smiling as you feel these delicious activated vibrations
flowing within you.
Feel it in your face and in your head,
flowing down through your neck,
relaxing your shoulders and your back.
Feel it flowing through your chest and torso.
Feel it flow through your arms and legs
and into your hands and feet.
Let it flow freely
and feel the energetic aliveness of your body.
You are so powerful.
Who knew a smile could be such an overflowing treasure,
empowering you in your authenticity,
grounding you in the core of your being,
accessing more of who you truly are,
a being of pure love, radiating light.
Feel it in your light body,
lighting you up with sparkling light.
You can share your smile and see what happens.
And if someone is suffering or having a hard time, or you are,
because we’re all facing tremendous challenges here on planet Earth,
a smile can say: I care, I understand, I love you, you matter.
It offers deeply healing love and compassion.
There’s so much to discover and experience
as you keep exploring this miraculous treasure for yourself,
your bright, beautiful smile.
You could light up someone else’s life with happiness
as you light up your own.
Your bright, beautiful smile.
You can relax now.
Feel your body.
Take slow, deep, full, relaxing breaths.
Ask your body to relax a bit more
with each exhalation.
Be aware of your breathing and feeling your body
at the same time.
If thoughts or plans show up in your mind,
you can put them all aside.
You don’t need to think about anything
right now.
Relax into your breathing.
Listen to the sounds around you
and feel your body.
This will always support you in being present.
Be aware of the air around your body.
Feel how the air touches you.
As you breathe, feel yourself receive the air as a gift
from Mother Earth.
Feel the feeling of feeling your body
in this moment of just being.
Just being.
Your body breathing all by itself.
Breathing and resting.
Say something kind to your body.
Say something kind to yourself.
Feel the gentle vibrations of peace and love
permeate your whole being.
And see yourself shimmering with light, radiating peace.
Notice how you feel now,
when you slow down, quiet down,
and give yourself a few minutes to let go of everything,
a few minutes of grateful renewal.
In the essence of your being,
there is vast unconditional peace.
This pause, this stillness, this quietness heals.
It heals deeply because you bring yourself into harmony
with the vibrational resonance of the purity of your own being,
your own infinite eternal being of pure love and unconditional peace.
And remember, and know, that each breath
can bring you the miraculous healing powers
of unconditional peace and the pure love
of your own being.
Yes, we are embodied beings.
Feel your body
and take a few deeper breaths.
With curiosity and kindness to yourself,
feel the physicality of your body.
Feel the life-force energy and vibration of your body.
Feel your connection to Mother Earth
through your energy body and energy field.
Feel into your heart center.
What are you noticing?
Name one or two things to yourself that you are feeling.
Feel into the inner quietness,
into the stillness and silence under everything.
Here, you don’t need to know anything,
or understand anything, or remember anything.
You can just rest.
In this quietness, there is great strength,
because you are a powerful being.
Keep feeling your body, and stay grounded there.
Consciously breathing.
And if you notice any resistance hanging around,
it will release just by noticing it.
You can just rest.
Here, in this silence, you can quietly acknowledge
the essence of your being.
Only you can allow yourself to feel
and acknowledge the truth of who you are.
It just takes your willingness.
Are you willing?
You are a being of love.
You are embodied Source energy itself.
And as you claim it, you will know it,
and the truth will reveal itself
more and more.
Are you willing to acknowledge
the truth of who you are?
We need each other during these super intense
and rapidly changing times.
We need to remind ourselves, and each other,
we are beings of pure love,
gifted with an extraordinary human lifetime.
Keep feeling your body.
Consciously breathing.
Feeling your connection to Mother Earth.
And enter the silence
where you feel the truth of who you are:
An infinite being of love and radiant light,
embodied Source energy itself.
The Heart Of Desire
Take a few deep breaths
and settle into this present moment.
Let the word desire drop into your mind.
Say it a few times to yourself.
Notice what you are feeling.
Bring curiosity and innocence to this inquiry.
And use your breath to calm
and comfort yourself as needed.
We all know the feeling of wanting something,
what it feels like to want something.
Think of something you want.
Something you really deeply want.
Focus on the feeling of wanting,
of longing, of desire.
Notice where you feel this in your body.
And there are things we want to feel by fulfilling
our desires, by getting what we want.
What is it you want to feel as a result
of fulfilling what you desire?
Bring openness and wonder to this inquiry.
Stay present in your heart,
feel your body, and breathe a bit more fully.
Be consciously aware of all you are feeling.
Maybe you can notice long-held desires in the depths of your heart.
Desires to be seen, to be appreciated,
to be loved, cherished, and trusted.
Maybe desires for meaning, purpose, truth.
Maybe desires for inner peace, youthfulness, forgiveness.
So many things you might find there.
Feel the wanting, the deep longing
in your heart.
And bypass any thinking.
Breathe into the feeling of longing,
and with each exhalation let go
into more quietness.
Be aware of the sensations of longing vibrating in the depths of your heart.
And feel the longing vibrate at the very frequency
of what you long for.
The longing and what you long for –
They reveal each other,
they dance together with joy and excitement
within you.
You can have and experience it all right now.
Feel yourself breathing.
Softly opening your heart a little more
in wonder and trust.
Reach deep into your longing.
It might feel like an ancient yearning.
Let your longing take you deeper into the heart
of your deepest desires.
And feel them met there with the resources
of your infinite being.
In the quietness within you,
you can have everything you’ve ever longed for.
Being present in this moment –
Who knew that our desires could be such a treasure?
We are discovering so much about ourselves!
Let your deepest longings lead the way
and guide your journey home –
to your truth –
your infinite being –
of love and light –
Your Glorious Self.
Shimmering With Light
Take a deep breath,
Feel your body
And just notice whatever you are feeling,
with curiosity and kindness to yourself.
It’s all ok.
Whatever you are feeling, it’s all ok.
And it’s always changing.
We all want to be happier and to feel good.
We all want more light and less darkness in our world,
in our lives, and in ourselves.
We are beings of light,
of infinite light and pure, unconditional love.
Take a few moments to feel that light and love
in your heart.
Feel how much you care.
Feel your longing for more love.
You have so much love to give.
You have so much light to shine.
And both are growing stronger and brighter all the time.
Your own suffering has given you great compassion.
Like little children, human beings are inherently
happy, curious, and adorable.
Think of someone you love, which can be a person,
an animal, a pet, a tree, a place in nature;
feel the love filling your heart.
Feel the light that is there too, within you.
With each breath, feel yourself filling with light.
Every cell and particle of your body, sparkling
and shimmering with light.
When the light comes, where does the darkness go?
It is simply gone.
Take another deep breath,
Feel your body,
And keep filling with light, breathing
and shining your light, brighter and brighter.
You can always bring more light into yourself.
Stay plugged into Source, as a priority.
And feel the difference.
Breathe the infinite light of Source
into your whole being.
Redirect your focus from what’s wrong to what’s going right.
To what’s working in your life.
To what you’re grateful for.
To the many blessings.
To the love and care you feel.
You wouldn’t be upset about all that’s wrong if you didn’t care.
Feel how much you care!
We’ve all become a little fascinated and even obsessed
with what’s wrong. It’s time to change our focus.
It’s time to be vigilant about what we give our energy and our attention to,
because we energize and amplify what we focus on.
And it’s time to have more fun!
How filled with light we become when we laugh
and do things we really enjoy, like little happy children.
Focus on what you want the world to be, by being that yourself.
Loving
Kind
Forgiving
Patient
Gentle
Funny
Strong
Empowered
Clear
And unwavering in your commitment to honor yourself.
Lovingly speak your truth,
even when you’re triggered and upset.
Especially when you’re triggered and upset,
once you’ve calmed down a bit.
Lovingly communicate the truth of you, what you feel
and what you truly long for.
What beautiful examples we become
of self- empowered human beings.
Every moment and each breath is an opportunity
to shine more light in your heart.
For yourself, for others, and for the world.
Shine your light, and see what happens.
✨✨✨✨✨
How powerful it is to be quiet.
How powerful we are in our quietness.
Just being quiet, resting, relaxing, and
consciously, quietly breathing.
Listen to the sounds around you,
as you feel for the quietness within you.
Being curious,
Being receptive,
And being gentle with yourself.
Notice, what are you receiving?
Feel a bit deeper into the Quietness
letting go
letting go
of needing to know or understand anything.
Feel your body, quietly resting,
simply breathing
and Just being.
Trusting this
simple quietness
Feel the space
Feel your body receiving,
absorbing, and filling.
Feel your life force energy
quietly vibrating.
Expand you awareness
and feel into your energy field surrounding you,
emanating from you, and protecting you,
as you fill it with quietness.
Feel the texture of the quietness
Notice any colors
and whatever else is happening for you.
Feel the quietness holding you, comforting you,
healing you deeper and deeper,
as you let it in,
letting go of what is no longer needed.
How gentle is this quietness?
How pure and powerful?
Feel how your body responds
to resting in this nectar of quietness.
Notice your energy field
surrounding you and protecting you,
as you fill it with quietness,
and claim it and seal it, it’s your own space.
Let it be a buffer to the crazy energies of the world.
Notice how your soul, your inner being,
feels in this quietness.
And feel into your heart center.
Feel your heart being loved
by this quietness.
The mysterious power of quietness.
What a treasure.
Quietness is the medium
through which
more love
flows in.
We’ve all heard a lot about ascension and conscious evolution.
Where are we going? What is ascension?
What is conscious evolution? What is consciousness?
Hmm … it’s good to keep wondering and discovering what’s true for you.
We’ve all been taught to think about everything
and to try to figure it all out from a mental, intellectual perspective.
We want to understand everything we possibly can.
And all that learning, intellectualizing and understanding
has gotten us to where we are,
which is different for everyone.
Because we are all in the center of our own world and universe.
No one else’s life is exactly like yours.
You are the central character in your universe.
I – You – We see everything through our own unique personal experiences,
our own beliefs and perspectives,
our own education, conditioning, assumptions and understanding.
That’s how we each experience our world.
We’ve also been trained to usually put someone or something else
in the center of our lives and even of ourselves –
maybe religious teachings, spiritual teachings,
political ideologies, all kinds of beliefs and rules of behavior –
as we try so hard to figure out who we truly are
and what’s the meaning of our lives and how can we get it right.
Our natural inner call to give, love, care, and be of service
has often been hijacked and distorted to exclude ourselves,
and to believe we need to earn love, approval, recognition,
and even our very right to exist from an external source of authority.
We live in a paradigm reality where we mostly believe
that what we need is outside of us.
What a fascinating challenge!
What a captivating and exquisite challenge for the sovereign
Eternal Source Energy Beings that we truly are.
Let us meet these insights with compassion and forgiveness
for ourselves and for others.
Let’s move forward with no blame.
As Native American grandmother Agnes Pilgrim said, “We’re all in this leaky canoe together.”
Right now is a good time to pause, to take a break from
all that we have carefully and painstakingly accumulated
in our voluminous mental filing cabinets.
Take in a deep breath and expand your chest,
and relax as you exhale.
Take a few deep focused breaths.
Expand your chest as you breathe in
and relax your shoulders as you breathe out.
Three times.
Take a moment to reset and settle into this present moment.
Feel yourself in the center of your being,
and breathe into the center of you.
And from this place, notice that between what’s to the left of you
and what’s to the right of you, there’s a central point within you.
Take a moment to feel the place where left and right
meet within you.
Feel into that neutral central point.
And between what’s in front of you and what’s behind you,
there’s a central place where they meet within you.
Notice what this feels like.
And whatever it feels like, it’s all okay.
Feeling here into the center of you,
keep breathing, feel your body,
and feel yourself grounded to Mother Earth
as you feel yourself
in the very center of your being.
Between the past and the future,
there’s a neutral point within us.
Feel into the central neutral space within you
between the past and the future, here, right now.
Feel into right now.
Keep noticing your breath.
Breathing is always right now.
Feel your body.
Feeling your body is always right now.
Staying present means to keep your focus here.
Right now is always here.
It’s only our thoughts, our attention, and our focus
that travel all over the place.
Feel your body.
Breathe into the center of your being.
And it’s here within us, within you,
that we find our consciousness, our center, our self.
It’s here where we consciously experience ourselves
and the love that we are.
And it is our consciousness that is evolving.
Your conscious awareness of yourself.
Ascension begins and continues,
as an inner journey.
An ever deepening journey into the awareness
and experience of your own infinite
inner being, in the embrace of your
human experience and embodiment.
Ascension evolves through a feeling journey.
Allowing yourself to feel all your emotions and experiences
with curiosity and kindness to yourself.
Feel into yourself, you, you in the very center.
Feel your awareness.
Engage your breath.
Feel your body and your connection
to Mother Earth.
Gather your focus into the undesignated
openness of right now.
And let yourself soften into the richness of new feelings
and new sensations in all parts of your
embodied human being.
Trust yourself. Let your mind serve you, not lead you.
Let your soul, your heart, and your
infinite being take the lead.
And where are we going?
What are you truly longing for?
Feel the longing. Feel the power of your longing
vibrating in your body, heart, and soul.
And see what you discover right here,
in through the only moment there is, right now.
With patience in your heart, trusting the openness,
trusting the love that you are.
Trusting what reveals in you and through you.
And consciously hosting this patience, this trust
in the love that you are, anchored in being present.
Feel yourself embodied, grounded, powerful, and alive.
Notice your breath moving in and out, like waves upon the shore,
back and forth, back and forth, back and forth,
taking you deeper and deeper into your beautiful, fathomless self.
Just being here.
Be aware of your current experience, whatever it is.
Notice your breathing and feel your body.
Take a deeper breath and let it go.
Notice what feelings are present.
And know that whatever you’re feeling, it’s okay.
You can feel it all
with curiosity and kindness for yourself.
And whatever is there, it’s all okay,
because you’re okay.
You are, deep inside, truly okay.
Just keep breathing, and let it all be just as it is.
We’ll practice some focused breathing now,
so you can discover and experience
your reservoir of resilience.
Make sure your breathing is always comfortable for you.
Breathe into your chest and feel your chest expand,
and as you exhale, let your shoulders relax.
Breathe in again, expanding your chest,
then breathe out slowly, and feel yourself relax.
Breathe in once more and expand your heart.
Slowly exhale and say, “Relax,” to yourself.
Feel what’s happening in your body.
Be gentle with yourself, and take a few more breaths.
Breathe into your heart space,
expanding your chest,
and as you exhale, relax.
Inhale, expand your chest.
Exhale, relax.
Inhale, expand your chest
Exhale, relax.
Feel your body,
and feel your connection to Mother Earth
through the force of gravity.
Feel Mother Earth holding you.
Let’s continue to experience
the healing power of breathing.
Breathe in and expand your chest.
Then slowly breathe out and mentally say, “Release.”
Breathe in and expand your heart.
Then slowly breathe out and mentally say, “Let go.”
Breathe in and open your heart.
Then slowly breathe out and mentally say, “Relax.”
Let your breath effortlessly regulate now,
however it wants to, however you want to.
Notice how you’re feeling.
When you breathe in and expand your chest,
you make more space for yourself.
Feel the peaceful spaciousness within you.
And when you breathe out,
you also make more space for yourself.
You are relaxing and letting go,
releasing energies no longer needed.
Let them go.
Take another deep breath,
and as you exhale,
feel the relief of letting go.
But exhaling isn’t only about releasing,
it’s also how we infuse energies and frequencies
into our bodies.
We absorb energy as we breathe in,
and can infuse that energy into our bodies as we exhale.
Breath is filled not only with oxygen,
but with life-force energy, and in Sanskrit,
the breath and the life-force energy have the same name:
Prana.
Take another deep breath,
and slowly exhale into your body,
directing the energy into the cells of your body.
Breathe in again, a nice deep breath.
Expand your chest and let it fill.
Then slowly exhale into your body.
Feel the life-force energies flowing into your body.
And once more, breathe deeply
into your beautiful heart.
Pause.
And slowly exhale while infusing your body
with healing life-force energies.
Now just take a comfortable cleansing breath,
and let it go.
Notice what you are feeling and experiencing now.
How are you feeling?
Your breath is an ever-present resource
of comfort and resilience.
Throughout the day, remember to pause and focus on your breathing,
and shift into focused breathing anytime you like.
The basic focus breathing practice is simple and easy.
You mentally say to yourself, “Breathe in and expand your chest,”
and then, “Breathe out and relax.”
Three times in a row.
You can practice this now.
Mentally say to yourself, “Breathe in and expand your chest,”
and then mentally say, “Breathe out and relax.”
Take three breaths, mentally guiding yourself now.
You will release what’s no longer needed,
and infuse your body with fresh life-force energy,
and the more you practice this,
when nothing too intense is going on,
the more you replenish your reservoir of resilience
for moments when things heat up.
Of course, you can do any kind of conscious breathing
that feels good to you.
This is just one option.
And keep some portion of your awareness
on your breathing as I keep talking.
Focused breathing is very helpful to interrupt
negative thinking, overthinking, or racing thoughts,
because you immediately redirect your thoughts
to focus on something else – your breathing.
Focused breathing helps when you feel exhausted,
as you release and relax, and then infuse your body
with vital life-force energy.
And it will help you return to calmness,
no matter how intense things get.
You can apply focused breathing to support you
through whatever is happening.
You have a reservoir of powerful
and comforting resilience within you,
that fills and replenishes through focused breathing,
and with each conscious breath,
you make more space for yourself.
Your breath can, and will, heal you
in miraculous and beautiful ways.
It just takes focus and application.
And is always available, every moment of every day.
Be gentle with yourself.
Be kind and loving with yourself.
Let’s activate these qualities right now by breathing into them.
Breathe in gentleness.
Feel it enter your heart.
And as you exhale, feel gentleness flow
all through your body.
Breathe in kindness,
and open your heart to receive it.
And as you exhale,
feel the vibrations of kindness
flowing through you.
Breathe in love,
and fill your heart
to overflowing.
And as you slowly exhale,
feel that love take you
all the way home to yourself.
And feel how abundant
your reservoir of resilience is now!
Make yourself comfortable sitting or lying down.
Notice your current experience and whatever you are feeling
and whatever you’re feeling,
including any resistance,
it’s all okay.
Just let it be as it is.
Take a few slower breaths.
Breathe into your heart space,
feel your body.
And with your awareness,
you can scan your body
and mentally say to yourself
in a gentle inner voice,
Relax.
Feel your whole body breathing and relaxing.
Let each breath take you
into a deeper place of quietness and inner peace.
Notice how you feel
if you make each breath a little longer and a little slower.
Feel how that can bring more calmness,
more peace,
and more presence.
Make sure your breathing is comfortable for you
and comforting.
And let your breath take you
into a place of deep quietness within you.
Feel into the silent background of everything.
Into this spaciousness, you can mentally say
gentleness
and let the word gentleness
drop into your field of being.
Breathe gentleness into your heart.
Feel the gentleness like drops of water
on the surface of a lake,
creating ripples through your inner being.
Ripples of gentleness.
Keep breathing into your heart space
and feel for the vibrations of gentleness,
however this shows up for you.
And feel how your breathing interacts
with the gentleness within you.
Really allow the comforting feelings
of gentleness to embrace you.
Let your heart and your soul
heal with the vibrations of gentleness.
Feel the healing in all the layers of your being.
And just rest here.
Be aware of your breathing, feel your body.
Be curious how deeply you can feel
the healing power of gentleness within you.
Each and every breath
is a new opportunity to feel
the gifts of gentleness within you.
So remember, throughout the day,
to be aware of what you are feeling
and that whatever you’re feeling,
it’s okay.
You can remember to breathe into your heart space,
to feel your body, to relax into the present moment,
and to feel the vibrations of gentleness
already within you reverberating in your being.
Be patient with yourself.
Be kind and loving with yourself,
and be gentle with yourself.
This gentleness is a beautiful medicine
you are inviting into your human embodiment
from your own eternal being of infinite peace, unconditional love
and the radiant light of who you truly are.
Healing yourself, healing others,
and healing the world with gentleness.
There is so much strength, resource, and wisdom
in the still, peaceful center
of your being.
You don’t need to know, understand, remember,
or believe anything.
Let it all go.
Take a few deeper breaths.
Slow down.
Feel your body.
Feel for the quietness within you,
no matter what else is going on.
Feel for the ubiquitous, all-pervasive,
silent background of this world.
Keep letting go, emptying your mind.
Feel into your spaciousness.
Feel into the center of this moment.
Feel into the center of your heart.
Stay here, breathe into here.
Feel into the very core of your own self,
where there is the central feeling of you.
This still, peaceful center is a portal,
a gateway to the higher dimensional realms
of your own being.
Vast, unconditional peace.
Pure, unconditional love.
Truth and wisdom.
Your truth and your wisdom.
Feel the feelings and vibrations
of this portal within you,
the central feeling of you.
Feel into the still, quiet, peaceful,
and vast field of your being.
Only you know how it feels for you.
How are you experiencing the feeling and resonance
of your higher dimensional self right now?
Is there a humming sound?
Is there sparkling light?
Are there beautiful colors?
Just keep noticing whatever
is happening or not happening.
It’s all okay.
Pay attention to what you are feeling
as you feel into the central feeling of you.
Here is where you discover your infinite self.
Here, in the still, quiet, peaceful,
and vast field of your being.
You always have access to this place,
this space, this gateway,
because it is within you.
It is of you.
It is yours.
At any moment, you can remind yourself to pause.
Take a few deeper breaths.
Slow down.
Feel your body,
and call in your radiant light.
Stay on pause and feel
for the vibrations of stillness and peace within you,
as you quietly find and remember yourself,
your infinite unknowable self,
the core of your being.
Then be curious to see what happens
as you realign with your higher dimensional self.
And as you feel for the peace and quietness within you,
no matter what else is going on, you will learn
that you can trust this space, this peace.
You can trust the wisdom
that comes from here.
It is a great joy to love and be loved!
Our precious, loving connections are so important!
Take a few conscious breaths
and breathe into your heart space,
breathe into where you can feel
the abundance of your love.
Bring to mind people you love,
and let your breath fan the living flame
of love in your heart.
Feel your loving connection to each
of those people that you love.
There is a tangible essence to these connections;
feel for the substance of each
loving connection in your heart.
And notice how the love is flowing
through the exchange of giving and receiving love.
Notice the love that you feel from these loving connections.
And now, bring to mind animals and pets
that you love, whether they are still alive or not.
And let your breathing take you deeper
into your heart space.
And feel for the joy flowing with each breath,
as you feel these loving connections.
You can visualize all the many things
you love about Mother Earth, Mother Nature,
her magnificence and her beauty.
And as you breathe the air that keeps you alive,
feel your loving connection to Mother Earth.
Feel your body. Breathe into your body.
Feel your loving connection to your own body.
Feel the pure joy of just feeling your body.
Breathe deeper into your heart and let your breath
take you deep into your heart space.
And feel all of these loving connections
get stronger, more clarified, and illuminated.
This is a deep healing for your heart,
for your heart chakra, for your whole being.
You can reach out today to the people you love and care about;
tell them what you appreciate about them, how much they mean to you,
why you’re grateful they are in your life.
And see how much joy you bring to them,
and to yourself!
Tell your pets how much joy they bring to you!
Talk to your plants, walk in nature, hug a tree,
tell the plants and flowers how beautiful they are!
Acknowledge Mother Nature for her beauty
and her loving, life-sustaining abundance.
You can speak your love to the sky, to the sun,
to the clouds, to the moon, to the stars.
You can speak to your guides, to the angels, to Source,
and to whoever and whatever you choose.
It brings us so much joy and feels so good
to express our gratitude and to acknowledge
all that is good, beautiful, joyous,
and truly precious in our lives.
Experience how good and joyful you feel
as you express and share
your beautiful love.
And you can keep noticing how your heart feels
as you deepen your loving connections today
and breathe more love into the world.
Wishing you so much joy, happiness,
and love, now and always!
A Taste Of Joy
Let’s start by taking a few deep breaths
and feel your body.
Bring more awareness to how you feel in this moment.
Make yourself comfortable.
As you keep breathing,
feel your connection to Mother Earth,
notice the feeling of your body breathing,
in and out.
Meet yourself in this moment
with curiosity,
and gentleness,
and kindness.
Only you know who you really are.
Only you know everything you’ve been through.
Only you can give this moment to yourself.
We all have so much going on in our lives
and we all have so much going on within us.
Can you allow yourself
to rest into this moment?
Just for a few moments?
Giving this little bit of time to yourself
is a beautiful gift you give yourself.
And everyone around you benefits as well.
Take three slow, deeper breaths,
feeling your body, and
just being with yourself.
What are you feeling?
No need to try to change anything
going on within you.
Let it all be there.
Just let it be.
See if you can find a little spaciousness
in this present moment,
without trying to change anything.
What does it feel like to explore
a little spaciousness in this moment?
Into this little bit of spaciousness,
remember a time when you were a small child
doing something you really loved to do.
Let yourself focus on all the wonderful things
you were feeling, as you remember many details
of this happy, carefree, joy-filled experience.
What does it feel like to remember this happy memory?
Feel your body feeling those feelings right now.
As you activate this memory
of a time you felt a lot of happiness and pure joy,
notice that you can feel those feelings
right now, right here, in your body.
Notice in detail,
“How are you feeling?”
Bring a big smile to your face.
Keep being with these feelings,
aware of your breathing,
as you feel your body remembering
the feelings of carefree joy and happiness.
These moments and this taste of joy
activates ripples of positive high frequency vibrations
in your body, which naturally and all by themselves,
flow into the field around you.
As you feel joy and happiness,
everyone benefits.
Share your joy, give a smile, offer a hug,
hold someone while they cry.
Everyone wants to feel better and be happy.
These joyful feelings you have accessed
within your awareness will naturally radiate
all around you as you feel them
flowing through you.
And you can choose to access, activate, and experience these feelings,
now that you have rediscovered this taste of joy
right here within you.
May all beings be at peace,
May all beings be healthy,
May all beings be happy
and content with themselves.
Much love and joy to you!
We can choose peace.
We can choose to feel peace within us.
And as we do,
we automatically radiate peace
all around us.
Take a deep breath
and feel your body.
Make yourself comfortable.
Tell yourself: I want to feel peace.
I choose to feel peace.
Breathe in slowly and deeply,
pausing at the end of the inhalation,
and then mentally say, “Relax,” to yourself
as you slowly release the breath.
Make sure your breathing is comfortable for you.
Be gentle with yourself
and curious about your experience.
Take three more full breaths.
Breathe in slowly, pause,
and stay relaxed as you exhale.
As you take a few more breaths,
feel your whole body breathing,
as if you are breathing in through all your skin.
And then as you start to exhale,
press the breath into and through your body.
Notice how this feels.
Say the word peace to yourself
as you breathe in,
and say peace to yourself
as you slowly exhale into your whole body.
Let the word peace drop into your field of being.
As you keep breathing, feel for the frequency
and vibration of peace in your body.
Scan your body from your head to your toes,
and from your toes to your head.
Up and down.
Down and up.
Feeling for peace.
What does peace feel like to you?
Allow your mind to rest in peace.
What words come up for you
to describe these feelings of peace?
Feel the space, and the vast field,
of your limitless awareness.
Notice how your breathing interacts
with the vibrations of peace in your body,
and gently strengthen the vibrations.
With every breath you are filling with more peace,
consciously activating the frequencies and vibrations
of peace already within you.
You are brightening your light.
And you are infusing yourself
and the collective field.
You are choosing peace.
Keep feeling your body.
Ground yourself in your body
and your connection to Mother Earth.
Let each breath be an opportunity
to feel and activate more peace
within you and for you.
This automatically benefits all beings.
You are a being
of infinite love and light, radiating peace.
Can you feel that now?
By doing this practice of feeling peace,
you are a living example of what’s possible
for all of us.
Imagine a world where everyone was choosing
to feel and activate peace within them.
How does this feel?
Take a few minutes to ground yourself
and prepare to meet the outward-facing world
at the end of this recording.
And no matter what else is going on,
within you or around you,
you will automatically radiate your beautiful light
of peace just by being you.
For each of us who want to remember.
We invite you to partake in the extraordinary experience of reading this out loud to yourself. 🤍
Let me remember.
Let me remember the truth of who I am.
Let me remember my innocence.
Let me remember my pure, uncensored, and original self.
Let me remember my joy, my wonder and the unrestrained gleefulness of myself as a child.
Let me remember my infinite capacity to love.
Let me remember the purity of my heart and my soul.
Let me remember who I am.
Let me remember my beauty, so vast and glorious, and so precious,
it can only be seen through eyes that love.
Let me remember that my awareness has no limits, no boundaries, and has always been aware of everything.
Let me remember that my ability to feel, and to feel absolutely everything, is a gift and a strength, always offering itself for more discovery, more wonder, more revelation, and more enlightenment.
Let me remember to feel my body, to feel my inner world, and the world around me, and to be informed by what I feel.
Let me remember to breathe, and lose the resistance, so I can experience myself in the most expansive and extraordinary way that I possibly can.
Let me remember to listen –
and hear the beauty of the song of the birds.
Let me remember to look –
and see the beauty of the color of the sky.
Let me remember to receive –
and bask in the beauty of the light twinkling on the leaves of the trees, glistening on morning dew, and sparkling on all the waters of mother nature.
Let me remember to feel and absorb the warmth and the regenerative light of the sun. And let me remember that my body and my soul, like all life, are nurtured, and fed, and loved by the sun.
Let me remember to honor and cherish the soil of this earth, which silently, humbly and miraculously grows and holds all life on this wondrous planet.
Let me remember to deeply appreciate the air that I breathe, and that keeps me alive, and humbly remember the power of the wind, sometimes a gentle breeze, sometimes a mighty storm, swirling with thunder and lightning.
Let me remember the magnificence of the oceans, and the glory, the mystery, the life-giving miracle of water.
Let me remember, with awe, the dance, the warmth, the beauty and the inconceivable, extraordinary, and phenomenal power of fire.
Fire has no form, it’s made of light and heat and color. And how mightily it can burn!
And let me remember these are known and felt within me, and like them, I am incomprehensible, magnificent, and miraculous.
Let me remember not to believe anyone or anything, unless it absolutely resonates within me
as my own genuine truth.
Let me remember I can trust myself, in the quietness within me. And as I rest in the stillness of the present moment, the truth reveals itself.
Let me remember that I am an eternal being of pure infinite love, embodied here, on this miraculous, gracious, magnificent, and abundantly generous planet.
Let me remember.
Let me remember my light. My light which cannot be seen by the human eye.
It is of a frequency so bright and so pure and so brilliant it cannot be seen by the human eye. But it can be seen by the inner eye of my own being.
Let me remember that I can see my light, if I look through my heart and remember the truth of who I am.
Let me remember that I have access to an infinite and never ending supply of pure love. This love is so vast and so big and so powerful it almost cannot even drip a drop of itself, my-own-true-self, into this reality.
Let me remember I can create the reality in which this love can express itself through me, because I am love, I am loving, and I am loved.
Let me remember.
Let me remember that I have access to infinite peace. This peace reveals itself within me, in the stillness of the moment, in the quietness at the end of a deep breath, and when I feel for it.
This Infinite Love and Unconditional Peace reveal more fully, more deeply, and more clearly now that I realize I have been longing for this my whole life.
Not only longing,
but starving.
Let me remember the eternal, unknowable love and peace of my own beautiful being.
Let me remember why I am here, why I chose to come to this time, to this dimension, to this limited, low frequency field, to this unbearably challenging life. Let me remember with gentleness and compassion for myself.
Let me remember that as I learn to open and feel everything more and more, I do remember the truth of who I am.
Let me remember that
I am here to fully remember and love my own true, infinite, glorious, magnificent, luminous, radiant, pure, unknowable, expanding, evolving, caring, passionate, adorable, innovative, innocent, powerful, creative, loving unpredictable, and uncensored Self.
We are all Source energy beings.
Source itself being human.
We are fully Source, and fully human.
Take a deep breath
Feel your body
Let yourself relax
and enter more fully into this present moment.
You are a being of Pure Love and Light
and nothing can change that
no matter what you feel
or what you think, or what you have done or not done.
Take another deep, relaxing breath
And keep feeling your body.
Listen to the sounds around you
and enter the quietness within you.
Feel into your heart center
And notice whatever you are feeling
with curiosity, kindness, and compassion for yourself.
Keep feeling your body,
aware of your breathing, and
feeling your heart center.
And feel for the presence of peace
no matter what other feelings may be there, too.
Feel your connection to someone you love.
And feel for the presence of love
in your heart.
Feeling love is feeling your source connection.
Feel a little more fully into the love in your heart.
Feel your own inner connection
to the source of your own being.
Reacquaint yourself with your own innocence,
your own inner knowing, your own inner quietness.
Right here, right now.
Always here.
You are already that, which you might have been told,
and believed, that you must become, find, deserve,
wait for, sacrifice for, and attain and such.
You are an eternal being of Pure Love and Light,
and nothing can ever change that.
Your access to your source connection
and your infinite being is uniquely yours
and always has been, and is always here.
Just as a plant, a flower, or a tree
receives only through its own roots that reach into the Earth,
each of us have our own unique and individual connection to Source
within us.
Feel for your own source connection
through which pure, unconditional love
flows into the whole of you.
Your body is designed to vibrate at the frequency
of Pure Love.
Feel the energetic aliveness
of your body.
And feel what is happening in your heart.
Nothing to wait for, nothing to attain.
The truth of who you are
is found within you, through feeling.
Your access to source is always flowing
even when you feel painful, distressing feelings.
So whatever you are feeling
it’s all always okay.
When you allow yourself to feel
an uncomfortable or painful feeling
while also tapping into your source connection at the same time,
you will discover so much beauty, power,
and depth within yourself.
Tapping into your source connection
like breathing
is always happening, but you can consciously
deepen it.
Be courageous and willing to feel
all your emotions, and be curious.
It’s well worth the journey.
And you are always being held.
Remember that you can always more consciously
feel your source connection and embody your own infinite being
of peace, of light, and of pure love.
“How Are You Feeling?”
Check in with yourself.
Feel your body.
Just breathe in, and relax.
Scan your body from your feet,
up through your legs, your hips, your torso,
the front of your body,
the back of your body,
your shoulders, your arms, hands, and fingers.
Feel your neck.
How is your neck feeling?
Your head, your face, your scalp,
the skin all over your body.
Notice your breathing, and invite your body
to relax a little more with each breath.
How are you feeling emotionally?
Bring curiosity to your current experience
and kindness to yourself.
You have tried so hard
and always done your best.
You are a caring, loving being.
You can feel that.
Bring some compassion to yourself.
You have tried so hard because you care so much
and you have so much love to give.
You are so loving.
Can you feel how loving you are?
Bring a little more compassion to yourself.
Keep noticing your breathing,
and breathe the love and compassion
into your body.
Let the love and compassion intermingle
with the breath as you breathe.
Let the love and compassion nurture you and nourish you
physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
And allow yourself,
all of yourself,
to feel into the vast field of infinite peace.
How are you feeling?
We are beings of light.
We are beings of infinite light.
Every single one of the trillions of cells in our body emits light.
Feel every cell in your body as light,
as sparkling, shimmering light.
Your light body is glowing,
radiant, twinkling, and self-effulgent.
Your light is penetrating and impenetrable,
beautiful and magnificent.
Let us explore the power of our collective radiating light
to enhance and elevate each other to shine, shine, shine.
Feel your light shining –
so much love, so much beauty, so much light!
Whisper Of Love
Take a moment
to slow down
feel your body
notice your breath…
Pause
and feel into your
immense capacity
to be loving
feel love growing
flowing through
every part of your body
opening your heart
Now quietly whisper
to yourself
“I love you”
“I love you”
“I love you”
Are you
listening?
Will you let it in … ?
Whisper it again
“I love you”
Feel it in your body
Feel it in your heart
Feel it in your mind
Feel it in your spirit/soul
This is your secret
super-ordinary power
that grows stronger
as you use it
Love itself
is whispering to you
“I love you”
“I love you”
“I love you”
Make yourself comfortable,
relax your body,
and take a few deep breaths.
Feel your body with curiosity
and loving kindness for yourself.
Let your breathing slow down.
Take a longer inhalation,
hold and pause,
and slowly exhale through your body.
Keep breathing like this,
breathe in, pause, and exhale into and through your body.
Notice whatever you are feeling physically and emotionally,
with curiosity, being gentle with yourself.
If there’s any resistance, that’s okay.
You can meet that with curiosity too,
as you just keep slowly breathing and feeling your body.
Feel into this moment.
Relax a little more into this moment.
Feel your body effortlessly alive.
Call in peace and love.
Call them in.
Notice how your breathing interacts with and activates
peace and love in your body.
Feel your body feeling peace.
Feel the love in your heart.
Feel your body receiving
from the infinite supply of peace and love.
There is an infinite supply of love and peace.
Feel yourself receiving and filling with peace and love.
The source of your own being is
pure, unconditional love and peace.
Notice any colors or images you might see,
and what the vibrations of peace and love look like to you.
You are a powerful being,
manifesting and amplifying love and peace in your body
and radiating this into the world.
Remember these steps,
take a few deeper breaths,
call in peace and love.
Breathe into your body
and feel your body.
The rest automatically happens by itself.
You have your own direct connection
to that infinite supply of love and peace.
Always here.
Always your very own.
emLet’s be curious, like a little child.
What does joy really feel like?
For some of us, it’s easy to feel joy,
and for some, it’s not.
For some of us, it’s easier to feel
gratitude, appreciation, happiness, love, and peace,
but not specifically to feel joy.
For others, joy is easily accessible,
but not love or peace, and so on.
What is the difference between all of these
important, powerful, high-frequency feelings?
We know when we feel each one,
we can feel the difference.
Let’s explore and investigate a little more together.
Take a few deep breaths,
relaxing and letting go as you exhale.
Feel your body
and settle into the present moment.
Bring to mind something you are grateful for
and feel the feeling of gratitude.
Notice what gratitude feels like to you.
Bring to mind something that you appreciate
and feel the feeling of appreciation.
Notice what appreciation feels like.
Bring to mind something that makes you feel happy, or makes you laugh,
and feel the feeling of happiness.
And notice what happiness feels like to you
right now.
Bring to mind someone you love
and feel the feeling of love.
Feel deeply into the presence of love within you.
Now bring to mind something that makes you feel joyful.
Feel within you for joy.
Notice what joy feels like.
Just joy.
Joy often slips in among many other feelings.
And of course, it’s wonderful to feel
all of these together.
Keep being curious about all that you can feel.
It’s a grand adventure.
Because as we become more familiar
with the unique vibration of each feeling,
we enhance and elevate our entire experience of being alive.
Miraculous things happen within us,
and we cultivate greater awareness
of ourselves as eternal beings of infinite love.
You are an eternal being of infinite love
and you deserve to feel overflowing limitless joy.
Open and allow yourself to discover for yourself
what a divine and exquisite journey it is to feel
into the vibrations of pure joy within you.
And discover what happens when you choose to feel
joy and gratitude,
appreciation and happiness,
peace and love, all together.
Wishing you much joy and happiness today and always,
no matter what else is going on within you or around you.
Much love.
A collection of guided meditation transcripts from The UPLIFT PEACE IMMERSION, centered on cultivating a steady sense of inner calm.
We can choose peace.
We can choose to feel peace within us.
And as we do,
we automatically radiate peace
all around us.
Take a deep breath
and feel your body.
Make yourself comfortable.
Tell yourself: I want to feel peace.
I choose to feel peace.
Breathe in slowly and deeply,
pausing at the end of the inhalation,
and then mentally say, “Relax,” to yourself
as you slowly release the breath.
Make sure your breathing is comfortable for you.
Be gentle with yourself
and curious about your experience.
Take three more full breaths.
Breathe in slowly, pause,
and stay relaxed as you exhale.
As you take a few more breaths,
feel your whole body breathing,
as if you are breathing in through all your skin.
And then as you start to exhale,
press the breath into and through your body.
Notice how this feels.
Say the word peace to yourself
as you breathe in,
and say peace to yourself
as you slowly exhale into your whole body.
Let the word peace drop into your field of being.
As you keep breathing, feel for the frequency
and vibration of peace in your body.
Scan your body from your head to your toes,
and from your toes to your head.
Up and down.
Down and up.
Feeling for peace.
What does peace feel like to you?
Allow your mind to rest in peace.
What words come up for you
to describe these feelings of peace?
Feel the space, and the vast field,
of your limitless awareness.
Notice how your breathing interacts
with the vibrations of peace in your body,
and gently strengthen the vibrations.
With every breath you are filling with more peace,
consciously activating the frequencies and vibrations
of peace already within you.
You are brightening your light.
And you are infusing yourself
and the collective field.
You are choosing peace.
Keep feeling your body.
Ground yourself in your body
and your connection to Mother Earth.
Let each breath be an opportunity
to feel and activate more peace
within you and for you.
This automatically benefits all beings.
You are a being
of infinite love and light, radiating peace.
Can you feel that now?

you are a living example of what’s possible
for all of us.

to feel and activate peace within them.
How does this feel?
Take a few minutes to ground yourself

at the end of this recording.
And no matter what else is going on,
within you or around you,
you will automatically radiate your beautiful light
of peace just by being you.
Let the word “Peace” drop into your mind.
Take three slow, focused breaths,
inhale and expand your chest,
exhaling as you relax your shoulders.
3 times.
Notice your current experience, whatever it is,
whatever you are feeling.
It’s all ok.
Whatever you are feeling.
Even if there’s resistance, just feel that
with curiosity and kindness for yourself.
Let it all be just as it is.

of limitless peace alive, by feeling for peace within you.

all day long.
And with each breath know
that you can continue to breathe peace
into yourself
and into the world.
The gift of peace, just breathe and relax
and feel your body keep breathing and relaxing,
letting go into the peace of your own being.
Keep feeling for peace as you let go of everything
and everyone you have been holding.
Give them back to their own light.
Every one of us has our own direct connection to source.
Give everything and everyone back to themselves just for now.
Let go and feel the vast expansiveness of you,
your spacious, timeless living being.
You vibrating with peace.
Peace that is energizing you from the inside out.
Feel the purity and innocence of your own being.

simply, easefully, and powerfully.
And each moment is another opportunity
to take a deep breath,

Peace.
Longing for peace.
Do you want peace?
Can you feel that wanting?
Can you feel your longing for peace?
Take a deep breath and exhale with a big sigh.
Feel into your longing for peace.
If any thoughts come up about what’s in the way
of peace, just ignore them.
And notice the relief of letting go of thinking.

into the trillions of cells in your body.
Keep feeling your longing for peace.
The peace of a quiet mind.
Peace in your heart.
Peace with your body.
Peace in your relationships.
Peace in the world.
Peace in the universe.
Keep breathing into your longing for peace.
This longing for peace is your hidden treasure.
It’s a secret, direct portal to peace.
Every time you feel and connect to your longing for peace,
you vibrate more powerfully at that very frequency.
The frequency of unconditional peace.
We are living into being a new reality by claiming our power
to vibrate at frequencies of higher consciousness.
You are an eternal being of pure love, of radiant luminosity,
and of unconditional peace.
A living spark of Source itself.
You are a conscious human being, and it is natural for you
to vibrate at the frequencies of pure love and peace.
We just need to remember
and remind each other.
And as you are experiencing right now, your longing
for peace is a superpower, enabling you to vibrate
the truth of you, the purity of your being.
By feeling.
By feeling everything,
By feeling your longing for peace.
As you breathe, feel yourself receive the air as a gift
from Mother Earth.

in this moment of just being.
How powerful it is to be quiet.
How powerful we are in our quietness,
just being quiet, resting, relaxing,
and consciously, quietly breathing.
Take a deep breath.
Listen to the sounds around you,
and feel for the quietness.
Being curious.
Being receptive.
And being gentle with yourself.
Notice, what are you receiving?
Feel a bit deeper into the quietness,
letting go…
letting go of needing to know or understand anything.
Feel your body quietly resting,
simply breathing,
and just being,
trusting this simple quietness.
Feel the space.
Feel your body receiving, absorbing, and filling.
Feel your life force energy quietly vibrating.

comforting you,
healing you deeper and deeper as you let it in.
Letting go of what is no longer needed.
Feel the gentleness of this quietness,
and feel how pure and powerful it is.
Feel how your body responds
to resting in this nectar of quietness.
Notice your energy field surrounding you and protecting you
as you fill it with quietness.
And claim it.
And seal it.
It’s your own space.
Let it be a buffer
to the crazy energies of the world.
Notice how your soul,
your inner being, feels in this quietness.
And feel into your heart center.
Feel your heart being loved by this quietness.
The mysterious power of quietness.
What a treasure.
Quietness is
the medium through which more love flows in.
Inner peace!
How we long for inner peace!
Our capacity to feel peace
really does make a difference in the world.
Take a deep breath, and exhale with a big sigh.
Take a few focused breaths,
inhale and expand your chest,
exhale and relax your shoulders.
3 times, as you feel your longing
for inner peace.
Hum or Om along with the music.
Feel the sound vibrations soothing you.
In your mind say, “Inner Peace.”
Take big, full breaths,
as you exhale, hum, Om,
or just exhale with relief.
Have your inner listener pay full attention.
Feel your inner peace, it’s right here.
Feel your body peacefully vibrating.
Your intention and your longing
to feel inner peace will effortlessly take you there.
Keep taking deep, full, comfortable breaths.
Feel the sound of music in your body.
Peace is always here.
Peace.
We long for peace.
We long for inner peace.
We long for peace and love
to flow in our hearts
and flourish in our relationships.
We long for peace, understanding,
and respect with our neighbors,
close by and far away.
We long for peace on earth.
And every little step we take in that direction
is so good.
We can start with ourselves.
We have more agency over what happens
within us than we’ve been told.
As we open ourselves to feeling peace,
with curiosity, gentleness,
and kindness to ourselves,
marvelous things start to happen.
We open pathways within us that we didn’t know were there.
We experience new sensations and we discover
that our capacity to feel
is a superpower, a true gift.
There’s so much to discover when we take a little time
to just stop.
To stop and breathe, to be quiet, to relax,
feel our physical body, listen into the present moment,
and open ourselves to feeling peace.
Simply feeling peace.
With no agenda, letting go
of needing to achieve anything,
accomplish anything,
prove anything.
Just allowing ourselves to pause,
to breathe,
to relax,
to receive,
and to feel.
We enter a gateway, a portal within us,
unique to each of us, so powerful, so beautiful,
so deep and profound.
When we take time, we make time.
Our minds might tell us
we don’t have enough time to do this,
that we have so much to do, etc., etc.
But what if it actually worked differently?
What if by taking the time
to stop, relax, and feel peace,
this created more space and more time in your life.
What if by doing this every day, consistently,
you could change your life from the inside out
in ways you really longed for?
Take a little time, just for yourself,
to stop and feel peace every day.
And during the day, remind yourself,
you can feel peace right now,
anytime, anywhere, no matter what is going on,
no matter how crazy things get, or how upset you might feel.
Take time, make time, to give yourself
the gift of feeling peace.
What a wonder to discover what happens
when you give yourself time and space to stop!
Quiet down.
Breathe.
Relax.
Open and receive.
Feel your body.
And feel peace.

tell them what you appreciate about them, how much they mean to you,
why you’re grateful they are in your life.
And see how much joy you bring to them,
and to yourself!
Tell your pets how much joy they bring to you!
Talk to your plants, walk in nature, hug a tree,
tell the plants and flowers how beautiful they are!
Acknowledge Mother Nature for her beauty
and her loving, life-sustaining abundance.
You can speak your love to the sky, to the sun,
to the clouds, to the moon, to the stars.
You can speak to your guides, to the angels, to Source,
and to whoever and whatever you choose.
It brings us so much joy and feels so good
to express our gratitude and to acknowledge
all that is good, beautiful, joyous,
and truly precious in our lives.
Experience how good and joyful you feel
as you express and share
your beautiful love.
And you can keep noticing how your heart feels
as you deepen your loving connections today
and breathe more love into the world.
Wishing you so much joy, happiness,
and love, now and always!
A Taste Of Joy
Let’s start by taking a few deep breaths
and feel your body.
Bring more awareness to how you feel in this moment.
Make yourself comfortable.
As you keep breathing,
feel your connection to Mother Earth,
notice the feeling of your body breathing,
in and out.
Meet yourself in this moment
with curiosity,
and gentleness,
and kindness.
Only you know who you really are.
Only you know everything you’ve been through.
Only you can give this moment to yourself.
We all have so much going on in our lives
and we all have so much going on within us.
Can you allow yourself
to rest into this moment?
Just for a few moments?
Giving this little bit of time to yourself
is a beautiful gift you give yourself.
And everyone around you benefits as well.
Take three slow, deeper breaths,
feeling your body, and
just being with yourself.
What are you feeling?
No need to try to change anything
going on within you.
Let it all be there.
Just let it be.
See if you can find a little spaciousness
in this present moment,
without trying to change anything.
What does it feel like to explore
a little spaciousness in this moment?
Into this little bit of spaciousness,
remember a time when you were a small child
doing something you really loved to do.
Let yourself focus on all the wonderful things
you were feeling, as you remember many details
of this happy, carefree, joy-filled experience.
What does it feel like to remember this happy memory?
Feel your body feeling those feelings right now.
As you activate this memory
of a time you felt a lot of happiness and pure joy,
notice that you can feel those feelings
right now, right here, in your body.
Notice in detail,
“How are you feeling?”
Bring a big smile to your face.
Keep being with these feelings,
aware of your breathing,
as you feel your body remembering
the feelings of carefree joy and happiness.
These moments and this taste of joy
activates ripples of positive high frequency vibrations
in your body, which naturally and all by themselves,
flow into the field around you.
As you feel joy and happiness,
everyone benefits.
Share your joy, give a smile, offer a hug,
hold someone while they cry.
Everyone wants to feel better and be happy.
These joyful feelings you have accessed
within your awareness will naturally radiate
all around you as you feel them
flowing through you.
And you can choose to access, activate, and experience these feelings,
now that you have rediscovered this taste of joy
right here within you.
May all beings be at peace,
May all beings be healthy,
May all beings be happy
and content with themselves.
Much love and joy to you!
Joy and Sharing
Let’s begin by taking a few deep breaths.
Feel your body.
Make yourself comfortable.
And for these few precious moments,
allow yourself to let go.
Feel your connection to Mother Earth.
Keep being aware of your breath and your body.
Feel for a little quietness within you,
as you also notice sounds around you.
Joy and sharing;
feel into what that means for you.
Perhaps it could be
sharing time with someone you love,
sharing a meal, offering food,
or maybe the joy of cooking together,
sharing laughter and stories,
making someone smile or laugh out loud.
The joy of sharing a walk,
pointing out a beautiful flower,
or a magnificent, colorful sunset,
and sharing the beauty of the moment.
The joy of doing a project together,
sharing the challenges, discovering new opportunities,
asking for help and being supported.
Asking for help is sharing yourself in a tender,
vulnerable, and open way.
The joy of playing with your dog,
or cat, or other pets and loving them.
The joy of sharing a dance with a friend,
or with a group of people you don’t even know,
or dancing alone with yourself.
Playing sports together,
if that’s something you enjoy,
or any kind of games you love.
The joy of being creative, painting,
coloring, writing a poem, or a song
and sharing it with someone.
The joy of sharing music with someone,
holding their hand and
just being together.
The joy of giving, the joy of loving,
the joy of sharing yourself in any way
you choose.
You have choice and you have freedom.
You have the infinite power of love within you.
You are an infinite being of pure love,
radiating the most beautiful light!
Much love and joy to you!
Let’s be curious, like a little child.
Much love.
Joy and The Power of Your Focus
When you choose to feel for joy,
you activate, strengthen, and cultivate
the vibration of joy.
And that is, of course, true for whatever you focus on.
Your attention is extremely powerful!
Your life force energy goes and flows
to wherever your attention goes.
That’s why everything and everyone in the world
is clamoring for your attention and doing everything
and anything to get it and keep it.
It’s up to you, and each of us,
to reclaim our attention and our freedom.
We are each so very much more powerful than we understand.
This is no small matter.
Where you place your attention, your focus, and your awareness
guides your whole life.
As you maintain sovereignty of your focus and attention,
you become proficient at bringing and keeping
your awareness in the always present now.
And as you begin to more consciously choose where you place your attention,
you will feel, have, and experience
more of what you want to feel, have, and experience.
Our attention is a superpower.
But we are so distracted and bombarded in the momentum of our daily lives,
that most of us miss this fact, and the potential it has to uplift
our lives beyond our wildest dreams.
Three things for you to help develop Conscious Awareness:
1. Conscious breathing. Be attentive to your breath.
You can always come back to the present moment by noticing your breath.
2. Feel your body, feel your heart space.
3. Be aware of your choice of focus in the moment.
What are you paying attention to? Because your focus is unlimited.
And these three things are always available.
For these 7 Days of Joy, add a fourth step
and focus some of your awareness on Joy.
Notice what simple, innocent joy feels like.
Stop frequently throughout the day
and look for what brings you joy
in the present moment.
In each moment that you feel for joy,
you build your capacity to access and experience more joy,
like building muscles or getting better at anything you practice.
The power to focus our attention – Conscious Attention –
is perhaps our greatest and most powerful gift and ability.
It is ready and available, just waiting to take us
to the next level of awakened higher consciousness.
It is up to us.
It is our choice:
what we focus on, what we listen to, what we pay attention to,
what we look at, who we listen to, who we follow,
what we see, our perspective, our beliefs,
how we see the world, how we see ourselves, how we see each other,
and much, much more.
If you don’t know where to focus your attention,
focus on not knowing.
And enjoy that.
Wishing you much, much joy and happiness
today and always.
Mother Earth and The Equinox
Everywhere on this beautiful planet,
our Mother Earth,
we all experience the same balance of day and night
on the Equinox.
The Equinox is the only time this happens,
and it only happens twice a year.
For a few days around the Equinox, we will all experience
this equal balance of daylight and nighttime
as one global humanity.
And it’s a time to feel more deeply
into our connection with Mother Earth.
For each one of us, our very life depends on Mother Earth.
The food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe,
what we build our homes with, what we make our clothes out of,
and the fire we use in countless ways to power our lives.
Each and every one of us was born naked
without anything at all.
Take some time to honor Mother Earth today.
Consider for a moment, where does your food really come from?
Where does the water you drink really come from?
Can you live without breathing air?
Right now is an opportunity to humbly
give thanks for what truly supports us in being alive,
the Earth we walk and live upon.
Mother Earth, we walk upon you,
surrounded by your beauty and your majesty.
All the food we eat grows from your soil.
It is your waters that flow and bring life to our bodies,
and fertilize the seeds that grow in your soil.
Your overflowing abundance feeds every creature
that lives here on this planet.
We are blessed by your beauty.
We are soothed in your forests.
We are nourished by your abundance.
We bathe in your water.
We breathe the air that flows in your bright blue skies,
and through the dark starry nights,
flowing over your magnificent oceans,
through the deserts of sparkling sand,
over towering mountains, and through valleys and meadows,
filled sometimes with flowers, and sometimes with snow.
This air, this wind, this breeze,
how honored we are to breathe
this glorious life-giving air
flowing through your skies.
And how stunning and glorious you are
in your intimate dance with the sun.
How magnificent to behold
the way sunlight sparkles upon you,
upon your waters,
on snow and on ice,
and on your bright green leaves.
How can there be so many glorious shades of green?
How can water take so many different wondrous forms?
And where does your gift of fire come from?
Fire bursts forth out of nothing, it has no substance,
and it is incredibly, intensely powerful.
Mother Earth, how can you turn so precisely,
so constantly, so evenly, year after year,
for millions of years, as you so gently offer
all parts of your surface to be bathed and blessed
in the glorious light of the sun?
Beloved Mother Earth, forgive us for taking you for granted.
Forgive us for being so
distracted,
misguided,
and elsewhere obsessed.
Forgive us for abusing you, misusing you,
and destroying so much of you.
Truly, it is our loss.
Mother Earth, I am so grateful to have the opportunity
to honor you, most beautiful mother.
Your beauty fills my heart to overflowing.
Your soil grounds my body.
Your air fills me with peace
and enhances my life as I breathe.
Your water brings life, and beauty, and happiness to me
in each and every part of my body, my heart,
and the whole of my being,
in countless infinite ways.
Your fire is a miracle
manifesting out of emptiness.
What would our lives be without fire?
As I sit quietly with you, Mother Earth,
I feel you in my body.
I feel you in every way I am capable of feeling,
in the whole of my being.
And as I feel the presence of you,
I sit in wonder and awe.
Have you also given me this capacity to feel?
I ask, and I pray, and I envision for all of us:
May we walk upon this glorious planet,
who we have named Mother Earth,
with love, honor and respect.
May we each find within us
the recognition and acknowledgement
of all that we have received, and continue to receive,
from our very own Mother Earth.
May we graciously receive her abundant blessings
with respect, appreciation, and humility.
And may we consciously care for her well-being,
the well-being of our beloved Mother Earth.
Take some time to honor Mother Earth today.
With love and gratitude
for our most beautiful Mother Earth!
Today we will explore the beautiful experience
of joy and gratitude together,
and how they naturally enhance
and elevate each other within us.
Feel your body.
Feel your connection to Mother Earth.
And take a few deep breaths.
Think of something you feel
genuinely grateful for right now.
Think of another thing.
And bring to mind one more thing
for which you feel genuinely grateful.
There are so many things to feel grateful for.
Be curious and notice
how gratitude feels within you.
And bring joy into your heart
to meet the gratitude.
How does it feel to bring joy and gratitude
together within you?
What happens?
How are you feeling?
Explore and feel how the beautiful frequencies
of joy and gratitude harmoniously interact within you.
Bring curiosity, wonder, and more of your senses
to the qualities, nuances, sensations, and colors
of what you are feeling.
Take a few minutes
and engage with the flow and rhythm
of your breathing.
As you feel your body,
and feel your connection to Mother Earth,
and feel for the joy and gratitude
flowing within you.
Throughout the day and night, remind yourself
to notice what you feel joyful and grateful for
in the present moment.
Keep bringing curiosity
about activating joy and gratitude
within you.
One might be easier to feel and access than the other.
Find out for yourself what feels good for you.
Throughout the day, you can ask yourself,
“What am I grateful for right now?
What can I feel joyful about right now?”
And feel the joy meet the gratitude in your heart.
You can use your journal
to write down your experiences
and your feelings, if you would like to.
As you access, activate, and experience
the feelings of joy and gratitude,
you will naturally resonate their beautiful, high-frequency vibrations
within you and around you.
Notice the quality of your life
as you do this today.
What changes, and how are you feeling?
You are accessing, activating,
and creating your positive future
by living it right now.
Much love to you!
Let’s begin with activating joy and excitement.
It may not always be easy to feel joy,
but joy becomes more accessible
when activated along with other feelings.
In order to support ourselves, and each other,
in resonating the frequency of joy,
we have found that pairing joy with other feelings
augments and enhances both accessing,
and experiencing, more joy.
Joy and excitement.
See what happens when you bring
more excitement to your choice to be joyful,
to your choice to feel more joy.
And encourage the feeling of excitement
to meet the feeling of joy.
Joy and excitement play together
like truly great friends.
Think of something you feel excited about.
This can be something small and simple,
or something really big.
It doesn’t matter.
Take a moment to answer this for yourself.
What do you feel genuinely excited about?
You can write down the things
you feel excited about in your journal.
Writing things down often helps
to bring more clarity to us.
As you bring to mind
things you feel excited about,
bring in the feeling of joy.
Notice how joy and excitement
feel together in your body.
Take a few deep breaths
to let these feelings really be present.
Use your journal to write down
your experiences and your feelings.
Notice the qualities, sensations,
the colors and nuances,
of what you are feeling.
Think of something you are genuinely joyful about
right now,
no matter what else is going on.
And bring in the feeling of excitement.
Feel for the vibrations
of joy and excitement
in your body.
Take a few minutes
to notice your breathing,
feel your body,
and open yourself a little bit more
as you feel for the joy and excitement
in your body, and in your heart,
and in your whole being.
You have the choice of where
you place your attention.
You have the choice as to where
you focus your attention within yourself
as well as around you.
Throughout the day and night,
use the power of your focus, your awareness,
and pay attention to what you feel
joyful and excited about.
Be curious about what you’re feeling
as you resonate beautiful high-frequency vibrations
of joy and excitement,
and write about your feelings and experiences
in your journal.
And keep feeling your body
as you bring curiosity
to joy and excitement.
You are creating your positive future
by living it right now.
Much love to you!
A collection of guided meditation transcripts from The 7 Days Of Wonder, inspiring renewed curiosity for the world around you.
THE WONDER OF YOU
You are a wondrous and magnificent being.
You are a glimmer of Source Itself.
Source rediscovering and expanding itself,
like a seed discovers itself
as it lives and grows.
How marvelous to explore
the wonder of YOU!
Can you loosen your perspective
on what you call “reality”?
Can you create a crack in all that you
believe to be real?
And be open to seeing and experiencing
yourself and your life
from a fresh perspective?
You are truly unknowable.
We are all truly unknowable beings,
far greater than we realize.
We are infinitely vast, living miracles
of embodied Source Energy Love.
Take a few deep breaths
and settle into the wonder of not needing to know,
or remember, or understand anything.
You can meet the wonder of you
in every moment.
Keep being aware of your breathing
and feeling your body.
Every moment comes to us wide open,
empty, immaculate, and miraculous.
Yet we have spent our lives trying so hard
to define ourselves, to categorize, compare,
separate and squeeze ourselves
into carefully chosen,
tight, little boxes.
And then we proudly
paste labels on ourselves,
and everyone else.
Consider the ways in which you
may have defined yourself:
by the country you’re from, your nationality,
your family, your religion, your spiritual path,
your gender, your food choices, your skin color,
your economic status, your education,
your past, your traumas, your job or occupation,
your achievements, your body size or shape,
your health status,
your sports and political affiliations
or lack thereof,
and so on.
These things cannot define us,
they are just part of our humanity.
Take another few long, slow breaths,
and meet these parts of yourself,
feel these parts of yourself, with wonder,
curiosity, and a few drops of compassion.
We have all tried so hard to find a way
to fit in here.
Just for this moment, are you willing to release
the definitions you’ve given yourself?
And everyone else?
Are you willing
to un-define yourself?
Your willingness is your power.
Take another few deep breaths
and as you exhale, soften yourself.
Set yourself free,
like a baby chick pecking through the shell
of the egg too tight now to confine it
any longer.
Open your wings!
Maybe you didn’t realize you had these wings!
Take another deep, focused breath, and
breathe this freedom all the way into your bones
and into your heart.
Feel into your original self,
before any definitions were placed on you.
Can you feel the freedom?
Keep quietly breathing.
Notice the silence under everything,
and the peace out of which wonder arises.
No need to know or understand
anything here.
It’s really so simple to let each moment
be exactly as it is: open, innocent
and vibrant with spaciousness,
and with no need for it to be
any different than it is.
Just like you.
The magnificent wonder of you.
THE WONDER OF RENEWAL
I walked through a forest that had burned.
Blackened trunks, ash underfoot – what I would have once called ruined.
I expected silence in something so desiccated.
But it wasn’t silent.
Birds moved through the branches, their songs threading through the stillness.
Small animals carved out homes in what I might have dismissed as debris.
Life continued, without apprehension.
The ground felt soft and yielding under my feet,
like it was in a kind of winter –
hibernating, gathering strength, preparing something I couldn’t yet see beneath the scorched earth.
There was a moment when my understanding didn’t match what was in front of me.
Something stirred in me, quiet, almost questioning.
And instead of trying to resolve it,
I let myself stay there in that not-knowing.
And that felt like wonder.
Not something bright or obvious,
but like the gentle give of the ground under me,
holding something unseen, still becoming.
The forest had burned, and yet it was alive.
Green would return, and the burn would return again, too.
Somewhere in that sequence – of change, growth, resilience – I understood:
the cycle would continue, larger than me, yet part of me too.
And in that, I felt wonder: in the unfolding of life happening where I cannot see,
endlessly renewing itself beyond my understanding.
What a wonder it is to not know.
THE WONDER OF A ROSE
“Look Mum, Look!” my youngest daughter calls,
her voice filled with compelling and irresistible excitement.
I take my hands out of the soapy dishwater and follow her out of the kitchen,
onto the verandah to a small rose bush in a pot.
“Look Mum, a rose! Look how beautiful it is!
You’ve got to smell it Mumma, it smells soooo good!”
It’s just a simple pink rose in an old pot,
but when I stop to notice it,
when I see it through my daughter’s bright eyes,
I see petals soft as silk unfolding gloriously
from the centre stamen of the rose,
I see a luxurious expression of beauty and delight.
I bend down and smell it, and it does smell so good,
a delicate lingering aroma that lights up my senses.
“Mmmmmm” I inhale blissfully, and the dishes, my work,
my to-do lists and forward planning of all kinds
dissipate for an eternal moment.
Every day my children invite me to share
in their experience of wonder.
Sometimes it’s a rose, sometimes it’s a feather,
sometimes it’s the moon hanging luminous in an evening sky,
or a cloud that looks like a dragon, or a caterpillar,
a discarded cicada shell, a tiny fish, a heart shaped rock…
but always, this sense of wonder that infuses life
with an iridescent glow of magic.
In this world, this human world,
it’s easy as adults to feel too overwhelmed,
too busy, too stressed, or even too depressed to stop
and notice the small magics of life.
But what if a childlike sense of wonder
is exactly the medicine we need?
What if, when we get to the end of our lives,
we wish we’d stopped to notice and celebrate the roses,
all the roses, both literal and metaphorical, of our lives?
So when the human world, with all its worries
and dramas and tragedies and uncertainties
gets me down, I remember what the poet
William Blake wrote in 1802:
“To see the world in a grain of sand
Heaven in a wild flower
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand
And eternity in an hour.”
And I take my child’s hand and accept
her invitation to be in this joyful state of wonder.
I let her lead me to whatever new miracle
she has found today.
So whether you have a child beside you,
or even the memory of the child you once were,
I wish you moments of wonder,
moments where time pauses,
moments where the ordinary becomes luminous,
where you remember to stop….
and smell the roses!

with respect, appreciation, and humility.
And may we consciously care for her well-being.
The well-being of our beloved Mother Earth.
Take some time to honor Mother Earth today.
With love and gratitude
for our most beautiful Mother Earth.
A FELT SENSE OF WONDER
Wonder is perhaps the most powerful tool we have
for healing ourselves and our world.
It seems contradictory to think of wonder
as a tool.
Wonder is its own reward.
When you look upon something with wonder,
it becomes wonderful.
In my experience,
wonder turns any experience
into an infinitely mysterious, fathomless object
full of truth and beauty.
That’s exactly why it’s such a useful tool
for meeting yourself.
When we gaze upon something with wonder,
we’re not trying to change that thing.
We’re trying to perceive it.
We’re feeling how it touches us.
This is exactly the way to turn
any psychological wound into a portal
to truth and beauty.
I’m not talking about the kind of wonder where you go,
“I wonder why this is like that,”
and then seek an intellectual answer.
I’m talking about a felt sense of wonder
that comes from just being open
to what you concurrently feel.
I remember a book from my youth called,
Nothing Ever Happens on My Block.
It’s an illustrated book, and all the pictures show
all this wild stuff going down on the block,
but the text says how boring it is there.
That’s sort of like life.
I think most of our brain power
is spent screening out all the stuff
that’s coming at us from our environment.
Wonder opens the screen a tiny bit
and lets a little more light flow in.
Rather than reading my infinite wisdom on the subject,
close your eyes and feel your body.
Now apply a little wonder
through what you are feeling.
Stay with it for five minutes.
See what you notice.
THE WONDER OF WONDER
When I feel wonder I am elevated
without leaving the ground.
Feeling wonder returns me to reverence.
In reverence, I become porous.
In porosity, I become receptive.
In receptivity, I am changed.
When I live in wonder, the ordinary becomes luminous –
in a child’s question,
in a stranger’s kindness,
in the geometry of a snowflake,
in a bird singing,
in the simple act of walking my dog,
in the steady rhythm of my heartbeat.
For nothing is too small to carry the feeling and essence of wonder.
Wonder is the realization that my life is not mundane,
but a miracle to witness and experience.
When I allow myself to feel it fully,
wonder rearranges my interior landscape.
Resentments loosen.
Urgency softens.
Comparisons and judgements fade into quiet gratitude.
Priorities change.
Presence is in full bloom.
Wonder is not my escape from the world.
It is my deeper entry into it.
It asks me to look longer.
To listen more carefully.
To let beauty interrupt me.
To allow the mystery to remain mysterious
while I revel in it anyway.
In the end,
the wonder of wonder
is that it returns me to myself –
to the vast, profound awareness
that I am alive inside something immeasurable
and this alone is astonishing.
Let wonder lift me.
Let it steady me.
Let it remind me
that beneath habit and hurry
there is a vast, luminous field
waiting to surprise me again and again.
Step into it.
Stand in it.
Feel it.
Be remade by it.
For when I choose wonder,
I choose reverence.
I choose expansion.
I choose life.
THE WONDER OF BEING ALIVE
You are alive.
Take a moment to slow down
and be more consciously aware of this simple
and very profound statement:
You are alive.
Take a few deep focused breaths,
expand your chest as you inhale,
and relax as you exhale.
Expand your chest as you inhale,
and relax as you exhale.
Each and every breath is a gift
of being alive.
Pause and consider,
“What does being alive mean to you?”
Feel your body,
with curiosity and kindness to yourself.
Your body is alive.
Feel your body breathing,
and notice how it feels to be
in your body right now.
What does it feel like to bring wonder
to being alive?
Bring a big smile to your face, how do you that?
Just with a thought? An intention?
An internal decision?
There is so much wonder even in the
simple act of smiling.
Comfortably move your body,
maybe stand up and stretch.
Feel the wonder of being able
to move and feel your body.
Keep consciously breathing,
and bring a sense of wonder, as you experience
each deep breath.
The next breath is not for granted.
And the moment when our breathing stops
will also be right now.
You can begin to question things you may have
taken for granted.
To wonder, for instance –
That your living body functions
all by itself – it is living self-organizing intelligence,
running every system in your entire body.
To think, feel and create.
To speak, share, and communicate.
Bring wonder perhaps,
to the comfort of a hug, the miracle of laughter,
the release in having a good cry.
The experience of beauty.
And your ever-evolving capacity
to love and be loved.
Explore the infinite ways
in which you can bring wonder
to being alive.
And discover the vistas of expanding consciousness
as wonder takes you on a magical journey.
Be open to feeling the ecstasy of being alive
in ways you have never even dreamed of.
The wonder of being alive.
A collection of guided meditation transcripts for rest and gentle healing, supporting a return to ease and inner peace.
We are all Source energy beings.
Source itself being human.
We are fully Source, and fully human.
Take a deep breath
Feel your body
Let yourself relax
and enter more fully into this present moment.
You are a being of Pure Love and Light
and nothing can change that
no matter what you feel
or what you think, or what you have done or not done.
Take another deep, relaxing breath
And keep feeling your body.
Listen to the sounds around you
and enter the quietness within you.
Feel into your heart center
And notice whatever you are feeling
with curiosity, kindness, and compassion for yourself.
Keep feeling your body,
aware of your breathing, and
feeling your heart center.
And feel for the presence of peace
no matter what other feelings may be there, too.
Feel your connection to someone you love.
And feel for the presence of love
in your heart.
Feeling love is feeling your source connection.
Feel a little more fully into the love in your heart.
Feel your own inner connection
to the source of your own being.
Reacquaint yourself with your own innocence,
your own inner knowing, your own inner quietness.
Right here, right now.
Always here.
You are already that, which you might have been told,
and believed, that you must become, find, deserve,
wait for, sacrifice for, and attain and such.
You are an eternal being of Pure Love and Light,
and nothing can ever change that.
Your access to your source connection
and your infinite being is uniquely yours
and always has been, and is always here.
Just as a plant, a flower, or a tree
receives only through its own roots that reach into the Earth,
each of us have our own unique and individual connection to Source
within us.
Feel for your own source connection
through which pure, unconditional love
flows into the whole of you.
Your body is designed to vibrate at the frequency
of Pure Love.
Feel the energetic aliveness
of your body.
And feel what is happening in your heart.
Nothing to wait for, nothing to attain.
The truth of who you are
is found within you, through feeling.
Your access to source is always flowing
even when you feel painful, distressing feelings.
So whatever you are feeling
it’s all always okay.
When you allow yourself to feel
an uncomfortable or painful feeling
while also tapping into your source connection at the same time,
you will discover so much beauty, power,
and depth within yourself.
Tapping into your source connection
like breathing
is always happening, but you can consciously
deepen it.
Be courageous and willing to feel
all your emotions, and be curious.
It’s well worth the journey.
And you are always being held.
Remember that you can always more consciously
feel your source connection and embody your own infinite being
of peace, of light, and of pure love.
Peace and Compassion
Just breathe in
and relax into the peace of your own being.
Feel peace holding you.
And keep breathing,
feeling for peace.
We all have so many parts of us that have been hurt.
Feel a little compassion for yourself.
We all have sad parts,
angry parts,
frightened parts,
maybe frozen parts,
even terrified and enraged parts.
Let them be here too,
and see if you can meet them
with a little compassion.
Without trying to stop yourself from feeling,
or trying to change what you are feeling,
bring a little more compassion
to all the parts of yourself.
Give them a little love,
and see what happens.
Notice that peace is still here, holding you.
Peace and compassion.
Use your breath
to deepen your experience
of feeling peace and compassion,
and to relax a little more.
We are each a living portal
of infinite peace and compassion.
We feel them into our being,
through feeling them,
we accelerate their vibratory signatures within us,
as we quiet down and
get out of the way.
Allow yourself to open,
to receive,
and to feel the silence
of your own beautiful being
through your own source connection.
As you keep opening, filling,
and overflowing with peace and compassion for yourself,
you will feel these waves radiating from you,
from every cell in your body.
And these waves and vibrations
make their own way
wherever they are needed.
Let them flow,
as you keep replenishing yourself.
Replenish yourself
by feeling peace and compassion
in the quietness
at the core of your beautiful being
of pure love and light.
Make yourself comfortable sitting or lying down.
Notice your current experience and whatever you are feeling
and whatever you’re feeling,
including any resistance,
it’s all okay.
Just let it be as it is.
Take a few slower breaths.
Breathe into your heart space,
feel your body.
And with your awareness,
you can scan your body
and mentally say to yourself
in a gentle inner voice,
Relax.
Feel your whole body breathing and relaxing.
Let each breath take you
into a deeper place of quietness and inner peace.
Notice how you feel
if you make each breath a little longer and a little slower.
Feel how that can bring more calmness,
more peace,
and more presence.
Make sure your breathing is comfortable for you
and comforting.
And let your breath take you
into a place of deep quietness within you.
Feel into the silent background of everything.
Into this spaciousness, you can mentally say
gentleness
and let the word gentleness
drop into your field of being.
Breathe gentleness into your heart.
Feel the gentleness like drops of water
on the surface of a lake,
creating ripples through your inner being.
Ripples of gentleness.
Keep breathing into your heart space
and feel for the vibrations of gentleness,
however this shows up for you.
And feel how your breathing interacts
with the gentleness within you.
Really allow the comforting feelings
of gentleness to embrace you.
Let your heart and your soul
heal with the vibrations of gentleness.
Feel the healing in all the layers of your being.
And just rest here.
Be aware of your breathing, feel your body.
Be curious how deeply you can feel
the healing power of gentleness within you.
Each and every breath
is a new opportunity to feel
the gifts of gentleness within you.
So remember, throughout the day,
to be aware of what you are feeling
and that whatever you’re feeling,
it’s okay.
You can remember to breathe into your heart space,
to feel your body, to relax into the present moment,
and to feel the vibrations of gentleness
already within you reverberating in your being.
Be patient with yourself.
Be kind and loving with yourself,
and be gentle with yourself.
This gentleness is a beautiful medicine
you are inviting into your human embodiment
from your own eternal being of infinite peace, unconditional love
and the radiant light of who you truly are.
Healing yourself, healing others,
and healing the world with gentleness.
Make yourself comfortable
Take a few deep breaths.
And feel your body.
Bring curiosity and kindness to yourself,
and remind yourself, whatever you are feeling is ok.
Keep taking nice long slow relaxing breaths,
as you feel your body.
Have the palms of your hands open upwards.
Feel into the palm of your right hand,
imagine a ball of light there.
And notice how that feels.
Feel into the palm of your left hand,
imagine another ball of light there.
And notice how that feels.
Be aware of the soles of your feet, and imagine
a ball of light shining on the sole of each of your feet.
Notice how your breathing interacts with the orbs of light
on the palms your hands and the soles of your feet.
Imagine another beautiful orb of light
gently resting on the crown of your head.
These orbs of light bring messages of peace and love to you,
in the form of feelings, feelings of peace and feelings of love,
cascading into you.
Feel the peace and love filling in your body.
Merge with the peace and the love.
Keep noticing your breathing as the light from the orbs
expands and flows into you, and fills your body,
merging with the spark of life in every cell.
See how the light illuminates your energy centers,
often called chakras, notice how they brighten
with your awareness and attention.
The beautiful light on the crown of your head.
The radiant light in your third eye, in the very center
of your brain.
The bright, glowing light in the center of your throat.
The shimmering light in your heart.
The vibrant light centered in your belly, in your solar plexus.
The powerful light in the lower core of your torso,
in the center of your abdomen.
And the energizing light brightly glowing
at the base of your spine.
See your whole body illuminated,
Are there any colors?
Do you feel the light nourishing and restoring
your vital energy body?
Your power to feel is activating and growing stronger.
Keep exploring for yourself more ways to fill with light
and merge with the infinite love and peace
of your own being.
You have your own unique signature,
your own song.
Feel the beauty of your own song.
Your light is radiating into a glowing cocoon
all around you,
your own radiant aura,
holding you.
Let it become your temple, and your shield.
Throughout your day, remember :
You can feel your body,
and brighten your light
with each and every breath,
keeping your body, your energy field
and your aura filled and actively glowing
with light.
And know this as the essence of yourself:
Pure, Infinite Light, Peace
and Love.
Make yourself comfortable.
Take a deep breath and feel your body.
Be aware of your current experience.
Feel whatever is going on within you.
This is a moment not to hold back,
but to allow yourself to feel even those feelings
you’ve tried so hard to keep down.
Keep breathing as deeply as you comfortably can
and feel yourself relax with each exhalation.
Let yourself feel the emotions that are present
and name them to yourself.
Notice where you feel them in your body.
If there’s resistance, let that be here too.
Just noticing and naming whatever you are feeling.
If there’s anger, rage, despair, hatred,
it’s okay.
You can let it be here.
It’s okay to feel it now.
Keep consciously breathing and feeling your body.
It will help you to stay present.
And if you’re feeling peaceful and quiet, that is great.
Just be with those feelings.
We are complex beings and we can feel many things at the same time.
We can feel angry and still feel peace.
We can feel peace and still feel sad.
We are amazing beings.
Just keep feeling whatever is going on for you.
Every feeling has a compelling story,
but redirect your attention to the feeling itself.
That’s where the healing happens, by feeling the feelings.
That’s where the truth reveals itself.
That’s where you meet yourself.
By allowing yourself to feel these feelings
with curiosity and kindness to yourself,
they will heal.
You will heal.
You will heal your emotional body.
Notice if you feel anything
changing,
expanding,
releasing.
Feel the relief that comes
as you allow it all to show up and be felt.
Keep breathing and feeling your body.
Be curious about what you feel,
but not so much about what happened.
You are not the same person now.
You have grown and evolved so much.
Only you know how hard it’s been for you and how hard you’ve tried.
You can let go of all that trying now.
Meet yourself in the freedom and power of feeling.
Feeling yourself.
Feeling your body.
Feeling your truth.
Your feelings have information for you.
Something was not okay and you knew it,
but you couldn’t say, or you couldn’t admit it,
and you didn’t want to feel it.
But now you can remember your truth.
You can feel all your feelings
and you can remember yourself.
And as you remember yourself,
you will find more inner strength
and more inner peace.
You will always make better choices and decisions from here.
The mind, our beautiful mind.
Our intelligence, insights, intuition, creativity,
wonder, vision, and so much glorious capacity in our mind
when it is free, clear, and peaceful.
But our minds are not always free, clear, and peaceful.
Have you noticed?
Is there sometimes a negative voice in your head?
For most of us, there is an inner critic,
a voice in our head of self-criticism, self-judgment,
and negative self-talk.
Take a deep focused breath,
inhale and expand your chest,
exhale and relax your shoulders.
As you keep breathing,
consider that within your mind there is both
speaking and listening going on.
Things are said and listened to in our mind.
Sometimes we are more identified with the speaker,
and sometimes we’re more identified with the listener.
Keep focusing on your breathing to regulate yourself
into feeling a more peaceful vibration.
Our thoughts are often just rambling on and on,
and we’re attentively listening,
without consciously choosing to do so.
It can be hypnotically automatic.
Let’s call this the inner critic, comprised of what seems like
an inner judge, an inner controller, self-criticism,
and negative self-talk.
Does this ever go on in your mind?
How do you feel about that?
As you take some deeper breaths, consider
silencing the inner critic whenever you want to
and deleting it for good.
How does that feel?
You do have choice.
And you can delete the inner critic and all its voices.
This is a great turning point for us,
for all of us,
to realize that we can have more agency
and control over what happens
in our beautiful minds.
This is why the power of your focus,
the ability to steer your attention as you desire,
is such a treasure.
There are many wounded parts of ourselves as well,
which deserve compassion, forgiveness,
and loving-kindness,
not criticism.
Take a few deeper breaths.
And as you do, bring some compassion,
some forgiveness, and breathe loving-kindness
into yourself.
We are adaptable, accommodating beings,
and we have somehow accepted this infiltration
into our mental body as normal.
Because we learn from everything we experience,
we may have created some value from hosting the inner critic,
unaware that it is an infiltration and that
it doesn’t belong to us, or in us.
It’s time to say no. No more. It’s time to hit delete,
like a virus in our computers infiltrating the operating system.
Delete it. Erase it.
You can do this! It just takes application, determination,
perseverance, and kindness to yourself.
Ask yourself, is there really anything else you need to learn
from being criticized, judged, abused, and bullied
by a voice in your head?
Are you ready to be done with that kind of infiltration
in your mental body?
It takes a dedicated commitment to not listen.
To realize it has nothing to offer you.
Does it ever make you feel good?
It’s your choice.
And you have the power and the freedom to choose
where you place your attention, and what you listen to,
inside your head and outside your head.
Of course, sometimes there are sirens going on outside,
and sometimes there are sirens going on inside,
and we do need to listen.
But we get to listen from a place of conscious awareness,
not just automatic hypnotic attention.
Once you absolutely decide not to listen,
you empower yourself to say no.
Like a child who puts their fingers in their ears
and says, “nah, nah, nah,” we can do that.
No need to think about it too much,
just say, “No, I’m done.”
Be aware that the inner critic switches back and forth
as a speaker and a listener inside your head,
a switch and bait tactic.
So be conscious of both. Especially pay attention
to the part of you that’s listening.
And know you can at any time
consciously redirect your attention
away from listening to negative self-talk,
which is always about the past or the future.
So placing your attention in the present moment
instantly liberates your mind.
It really doesn’t take long to silence that voice
once you decide you’re not going to listen
to any of it at all.
As you diligently practice consciously redirecting
your attention every time the inner critic shows up,
you will strengthen your capacity to focus as you choose.
You will delete that voice and erase that program
infiltrating your mind.
You will free your beautiful mind.
Take another few deep focused breaths.
Expand your chest as you breathe in,
and relax your shoulders as you breathe out.
Three times.
Here are some ways to instantly turn off the inner critic in any moment:
First and foremost, be vigilant to notice whenever it shows up.
The inner critic feeds on your attention. Don’t give it any attention.
You will delete it by completely eliminating
it from your attention.
Consciously take over both the speaking and the listening parts of your mind,
they both belong only to you.
Take your power back.
Catch yourself when your mind is off and running,
and immediately redirect your attention
to focus on something else, anything else.
You can focus on your breathing,
count your breaths, and feel your body.
Mentally name and focus on one body part at a time
as you scan your body.
Focus on anything that’s happening around you in the present moment,
say something about it in your head,
or name what you see around you.
Name what colors you see.
Listen to the sounds around you;
Sing, hum, or chant, giving each sound your full attention.
These are just some ways to ignore the inner critic
so fully that it will die off.
It needs your attention to exist.
If you don’t feed it, it cannot survive.
Stay focused in the present moment.
And be gentle with yourself.
If you find you’ve been listening for a while to an old story,
especially do not let that negative voice jump in
and criticize you about that!
Take another deep breath and exhale with a big sigh.
To free yourself from the inner critic
is a most precious gift you can give yourself.
You will have more access to your infinite wisdom
and your personal sovereignty.
You will be able to meet each moment from a place of
peace, compassion, and forgiveness.
You will be able to center yourself in wonder,
curiosity, and kindness.
You will be able to fully trust in the love
that you truly are.
And you will have peace of mind.
Feel into this moment.
Take a deep breath and relax.
Feel your body, feel your body relax with each exhalation.
Bring curiosity and kindness to yourself and allow yourself to just let go.
Feel your connection to the earth, the deep, rich quiet of the earth. The Earth’s gravity is holding you.
Let yourself relax a little more and let go. Take another deep breath, breathing in slowly pause, breathing out slowly relax and feel the relief feel yourself opening up to receive.
Feel your heart opening and feel for peace allow the feelings of peace to flow within you. Feel the energetic aliveness of peace in your body.
Breathe peace into your body and into your being.
Breathe in and activate the vibrations of peace in your body. And breathing out, feeling peace permeating your whole body and your whole being.
Peace within, within. Peace within, within. Let it fill you up with every breath. Peace within, within.
Peace has a certain vibration and frequency that you know by feeling it. And as you feel the powerful vibrations of peace within you, you naturally radiate peace into the world around you.
Take another deep breath and relax. Feel your body, feel the activated, energetic vibration of peace.
Peace within, within. Peace within, within.
Take a deep breath,
be aware of the present moment,
and relax,
Take another deep breath,
and just settle in
And feel your body with curiosity
and kindness towards yourself,
Continue to breathe long, slow calming breaths
And feel for peace
Give yourself this blessed moment
to just stop and rest, to breathe and relax.
And just notice what you feel,
feel for peace in your body,
and in your whole being,
Be curious about all the ways you can feel peace.
Take another deep breath,
and relax a little deeper,
letting go –
into a deeper quietness –
a deeper sense of peace.
Feel into your energetic field,
feeling your body quietly alive
Allow yourself to rest in, and receive,
the gentleness of peace.
Let yourself enter into a quiet space within you.
Take a few deep breaths and relax.
Listen to the beautiful music
and feel your body.
Breathe yourself into a gentle,
peaceful state of being.
Peace is always here.
We are empathic, sensitive,
and caring human beings.
We feel a lot and we care so much.
Feel how much you care about this beautiful earth,
all of nature, all the animals, all living beings,
and especially some people who are very important to you.
Sometimes we also feel the pain of others
as we empathize and care so much.
Keep breathing and feel into your heart space.
Open into this present moment of being
with all the love and care
you are feeling.
Through our love, compassion, and sensitivity,
we may have taken on and accumulated
some distorted frequencies in our bodies
through all the pain we have witnessed, felt,
and experienced throughout our lives.
Some of those frequencies may still be lodged
in your energy field
and even stuck in your body.
Keep taking long, slow, comforting
breaths, and feeling your body,
with kindness and curiosity.
Our bodies are living complex miracles.
Our bodies are vehicles of consciousness,
made of consciousness.
We can begin to heal more deeply
and clear our field by having more
love and compassion for ourselves.
This is deep healing we are calling for now.
Take a few focused breaths.
Breathe in and expand your chest.
Breathe out and relax your shoulders.
Three times.
Bring curiosity to your current experience,
to whatever you are feeling right now.
Bring in courage and trust
and compassion for yourself.
Opening your heart to all your feelings
can be daunting and overwhelming.
But you are safe here.
You are being held by your own higher self,
your own infinite being of love.
And every feeling is a blessing.
Every feeling takes us deeper
into the truth of who we are.
Compassionately acknowledge to yourself
all that you are feeling.
From the vastness of your eternal being
to the whole range of emotions showing up,
and whatever is happening in your body.
Let yourself feel deeply into the crevices
of any uncomfortable feelings and emotions
that might be around.
Shine your light on them.
Name them to yourself.
Courageously leave aside any narratives, any explanations.
Feel your feelings as frequencies,
energies,
sensations.
Notice any imagery, colors, shapes.
Keep breathing into your heart space.
Expand your awareness to include more of your inner peace.
What do you feel in your body?
Keep breathing into your heart space
and comforting yourself with each exhalation.
Allowing yourself to feel everything is
deep healing, deep transformation.
What is happening now?
Notice if things change and release
or perhaps transform.
And if you feel like crying, let yourself cry.
Crying is deep healing.
Bring the same level of compassion to yourself
that you have brought to every suffering creature,
that you have felt for every violation towards the earth.
Animals and humans.
And all you’ve ever witnessed, experienced, or heard about.
No blame.
Just compassion.
No sides here in your infinite being.
Just compassion.
Because everyone is hurting.
And only hurt people hurt others.
You no longer need to carry that
in your body or in your heart.
You can release it and still care.
Reach deep into your heart space
where you find kindness,
care,
compassion,
forgiveness,
and unconditional love,
and offer these to yourself.
You have learned from everything
you have experienced and felt,
and you are setting yourself free.
You are setting everyone free.
Step out of the past and into your heart.
No need to carry any stories.
No need to justify anything or blame anyone
because that only holds us back.
Let go of everything,
including all your opinions,
and set yourself free.
And let yourself evolve in leaps and bounds.
We are living into being a new reality
by feeling.
By feeling everything.
All of your emotional ripples are part of your evolution.
Those we call positive and those we call negative.
And as you bring curiosity, care, kindness,
forgiveness, and compassion to yourself,
ripples of high frequencies move through you,
into the world around you,
and into the collective consciousness
of this reality.
It’s time to humbly identify with the truth
of who you really are.
Reclaim your eternal being
of radiant light,
infinite peace,
and unconditional love.
Rest in the core of your being
with infinite compassion for yourself
and everyone and everything else.
Let yourself be grounded in peace
and feel the truth of who you are.
Feel your body.
Notice how gravity is keeping you on the planet.
Feel what’s flowing.
Feel what’s stuck.
Feel the space inside your body.
Feel how what you’re feeling responds
to the fact that you’re feeling it.
When you let yourself feel whatever is present for you
without trying to change it,
something surprising happens.
One of the surprising things
is that you start to feel more peaceful.
Because you’re letting things be how they are.
What can you notice when you’re not trying
to do anything about it?
Let yourself feel the space around your body.
Notice where the inside and the outside meet.
Notice where your attention wants to settle all by itself.
Notice what happens when you rest there.
Thank you for taking the time and noticing.
When you open to your experience,
you’re giving a gift to yourself.
And the world.
How is peace showing up for you?
Welcome.
Here are some tips and guidelines
for your deep relaxation session.
It is best to do this session lying down.
But it can be done on an armchair, shezlong, or chair and ottoman.
If you are lying down for the session,
you might like to put a pillow or a bolster under your knees.
This will ease your back.
You can lie on your bed or you can lie on the floor,
on a thick carpet, or a yoga mat.
You will cool down during the session, so depending on the weather,
you may want to put on socks and cover yourself with a blanket.
You also might like to cover your eyes with a small towel.
Have a wonderful deep relaxation.
Welcome to your true wellness deep relaxation.
Make sure you are lying down in a comfortable position.
Have your arms down alongside your body, your palms up,
your legs separated, feet just flopping to the sides.
Have your eyes closed.
Just surrender your body to gravity and take a deep breath,
breathing in through the nose, a nice deep inhalation,
and out through the mouth with a big sigh.
Just release all your tension
with that exhalation.
Breathing in again through the nose,
a nice big breath,
and a nice big sigh.
And one more time.
Breathing in through the nose,
and really letting go.
Good.
Now bring your awareness to your right leg.
Again, breathe in and hold the breath,
lift the leg up just a few inches off the floor or bed,
hold the leg tight, squeeze it tense… and release.
Let the leg drop back down.
Bring your awareness to your left leg.
Breathe in, hold the breath,
lift the leg up just a few inches,
squeeze the leg tight, tense up the leg – holding the breath,
and then release the breath and the leg at the same time,
letting the leg drop down.
Roll the knees in and out a little bit
and let the legs just flop out to the sides,
and forget about them.
Stretch out the hands, splay out the fingers,
stretch out the arms, lift the arms a little bit,
make fists, breathe in, hold the breath,
tighten up the fists and arms right up to the shoulders,
holding the breath, squeezing the arms, hold…
And release the arms and the breath
at the same time.
Roll the arms in and out a little bit,
and let the arms flop out, palms up,
and forget about them.
Squeeze in the buttocks, hold the buttocks nice and tight,
breathe in, hold the breath, squeeze…
and release and feel the hips
sinking down.
Relax the belly in the abdomen,
breathe in deeply and hold the breath,
and make the belly big and round like a big balloon,
pushing the belly button up to the ceiling.
Hold the breath, pushing the belly up, hold…
then open the mouth and let the air rush out.
Take in another deep breath,
fill up the lungs and chest.
Take in a little more.
Take in even a little more.
Hold the breath in, relax the shoulders,
keeping the breath in, then open the mouth,
and let the air rush out.
Good.
Relax the shoulders,
lift the shoulders up to the ears, inhale
and squeeze the shoulders up to the ears, hold…
and relax, letting the breath out.
Breathe in again, and this time as you exhale,
push the shoulders down towards the feet,
stretching out the sides of the neck and the tops of the shoulders,
and then release.
Take another deep breath,
hold the breath in,
open the mouth…
and release.
Bring the awareness to the face,
squeeze the nose and eyes together.
Relax the face.
Open the jaw and mouth
like a big yawn
and stretch open the jaw really wide.
Pull the lips back,
making a big wide open mouth…
and release.
Purse the lips together like a kiss,
suck in the cheeks… and release.
Raise up the eyebrows, wrinkle the forehead… and release.
And squeeze all the facial muscles together:
forehead, eyebrows, eyes,
cheeks, lips, and chin, all towards the nose.
Hold… and release.
Wiggle the face around
and let the face
thoroughly relax.
And now we will go over the body mentally
to further release any tension
that may be left lingering there.
Just imagine gentle waves of peace
flowing through the body,
letting go,
letting go,
letting go.
Feel the toes, feet, heels,
and ankles… relax.
The lower legs, knees,
and upper legs… relax.
The fingers, palms,
the backs of the hands, and the wrists all… relax.
The forearms, elbows, upper arms… relax.
The shoulders… relax.
The hips, pelvis,
and genital area all… relax.
The whole abdominal area, the belly,
and all the internal organs… relax.
The stomach, diaphragm, chest,
ribs, lungs, and heart… relax.
The sides of the body… relax.
The lower back, middle back,
and upper back all… relax.
Feel the entire spine letting go
from the tip of the tailbone up through the lower back,
behind the back of the waist,
through the back of the ribcage,
up between the shoulder blades, up through the back of the neck,
and into the brain.
Relax.
The collarbones, the sides of the neck,
and throat… relax.
The jaw just relaxes.
The mouth, lips, teeth,
and tongue all… relax.
The nose, cheeks, and ears… relax.
The eyes just sink down into the head.
The eyelids, eyebrows, forehead,
the whole face… relax.
The whole head, the skull, the scalp,
and all the hair on the head… relax.
And all the skin
all over the body… relaxes.
The hair on the skin
all over the body… relaxes.
And the fingernails and toenails… relax.
Just feel how calm and quiet
the body has become.
Just notice how the breath flows
in and out of the body
all by itself.
And notice how thoughts come and go
in the space of awareness.
Being the observer,
Being the awareness.
And feel the stillness and the silence
of this space of awareness.
Sounds may come and go,
but the space of awareness
is ever still, ever silent.
Just feel the stillness.
Feel the silence.
Be the stillness, be the silence
that nothing can disturb.
And feel the peace
of this stillness and this silence.
Be this peace
and thoroughly enjoy it.
Bring the awareness back to the breath.
Take a deeper breath
and feel the life-force energy, the prana flowing into the body
through the top of the head.
Feeling the head, neck, shoulders,
arms, hands and fingers with light.
Breathing in deeply.
Breathing the light,
the prana, the life-force energy.
Feeling the torso, hips,
legs, feet and toes.
Breathing in and stretching out the fingers and toes,
the hands and feet,
the arms and legs.
Feeling every cell start to vibrate
with fresh energy and vitality.
And reach the arms overhead,
giving the body a good stretch.
Taking a few more deep breaths
in and out.
And then, gently roll over onto your side,
again, taking a nice deep breath,
and just resting for a moment.
And then come up to a sitting position.
Again, stretch out your arms and legs.
Take another deep breath.
And one more time,
take a nice deep breath
with a big sigh at the end,
breathing in through the nose.
And two more times.
Now breathe in.
And once more.
Good.
And this completes your deep relaxation session.
I wish you a beautiful day.
Namaste.

With Love, right now
Breathing in and breathing out
Accepting and releasing
Embracing and letting go
Trusting it to unfold
Allowing the story that wants to be told
Gracefully walking through every moment
Within my physical being, I am gently present
Dancing my dance and singing my song
Finding my way to here, where I belong
Breaking free from the mold
The expectations that we hold
Let my heart reveal the light
May the true path be ever bright
Fear and doubts they melt away
With curiosity, we start to play
Celebrating the reality of our connection
That we glimpse in every reflection
With humility and gratitude
I witness that all is imbued
With the electrical pulse of inspiration
From the Source of creation
Weaving waves of frequencies
Presenting endless possibilities
With the faith we cannot lose
We have simply to choose
With Love, right now
The contemporary hero’s journey isn’t fought on battlefields,
but is often an inner journey through a long dark stormy night.
This is my own tale of my soul’s initiation through the storm.
I share this story in the spirit of openness and for anyone
walking through something similar, you are not alone.
Many years ago, I went through a life-altering collapse
that became ultimately a journey of transformation.
It began quietly, a slow unraveling from the inside
after years of avoiding feeling my feelings
and isolating myself in all sorts of ways.
I didn’t notice how exhaustion and stress accompanied
every waking hour until everything in me started to crumble.
Sleep vanished, anxiety and panic became constant companions.
I lost the will to eat and my psyche became
an unfamiliar place, haunted by fear and confusion.
Eventually, my body also gave in and I hit rock bottom.
I remember shaking, trembling, so very weak,
unable to function and full of mind-scrambling fear.
As I descended to that rock bottom place,
I lost ordinary consciousness and entered into a vision:
I was running backwards from the most terrifying, shadowy, overwhelming storm
full of disembodied voices and threats of total annihilation.
I backed myself into a corner. There was nowhere else to run, nowhere to hide.
Then a gentle and kind voice spoke clearly in my vision and told me,
“Walk through the storm, there will be sunshine on the other side.”
My consciousness swam back up into the waking world
to see my dear carers with tears in their eyes, readying to take me to hospital.
But I stood up, shakily, and holding the arm of my partner, I took a few steps.
I imagined each step as a step through the storm.
Each day I took one small step, eating a little,
walking a few meters, watching the sun rise,
listening to the wind in the trees and the humming of the bees.
Each step a huge and, at times exhausting, effort of willpower,
but each step a commitment to life.
So, I began to ascend and I walked through my storm.
And little by little, light began to return.
Birdsong sounded like birdsong again.
The yellow of the wattle blossoms looked like sunshine rather than sorrow.
Healing wasn’t a straight line.
There were times of anger, grief, frustration.
But gradually, I stopped fighting the shadows.
I faced my fears and felt my feelings,
and when I turned towards them instead of running away,
and met them with compassion instead of fear, they softened.
I realized that what I had lived through was not just a breakdown, but an initiation.
The myths and fairy tales I loved as a child came back to life in me
because we are all heroes meeting the dragons, living our personal hero’s journeys.
If I had to choose, I’d still walk through that storm again
because it brought me home to myself.
It taught me courage, acceptance, compassion
and more gratitude for life than I could ever imagine.
So, to anyone finding their way through their own dark night, whatever the circumstances,
know there are treasures to be found in the caves of the long dark night, and the dawn always comes.
Breath by Breath
Let us meet beyond the story
In the field where we are free
I know naught a thing about thee
save that thee and me be
Find comfort in not knowing
with my vulnerability showing
To be real is to be free
I choose to be the real me
How to find the real me
beyond the image or the pressure
with no need to entertain or to maintain
an acquired name
Show me now the way to get there
through the veils of disenchantment
Beyond the realm of wishful thinking
through the mire of disappointment
Breath by breath
the way is cleared
when simplicity is revered
Acceptance calms the fear,
pure intention draws us near
The layers gently they are peeled
Falling away as they are healed
The inner core of light revealed
All is connected within the field
The Story Of Humanity Is Us
The story of humanity, our story, is still forming.
No page already written, no script we are bound to follow.
We are not only witnesses to history,
we are its authors, shaping the sentences with each act of kindness,
each decision to extend compassion,
each act of love, each refusal
to let fear be the final word.
Peace does not arrive as a set narrative from the beyond.
Peace emerges when we choose to pause, to listen,
to meet ourselves and every person
with dignity and love.
Love does not wait at the end of the story,
but in every chapter we choose to write now,
with clear intention as the ink
and steady focus as the pen.
If enough of us commit to peace and love,
we will bend the arc of our shared narrative
towards healing, towards unity,
towards the simple truth that we belong to one another.
Then, the story of humanity will not be one
of fracture, loss, and separation,
but of awakening and reconnection.
The power to birth a new story has always been right here, right now,
in the intentions that I, you, we dare to hold;
in the choices that I, you, we passionately make;
in the courage to live into being a breathtaking, inspiring story
that is worthy of who we truly are.
I Thought I Had to Die to Experience Everlasting Peace
For so long,
I believe peace waited for me,
after the struggle, after my end.
I imagined peace as a distant shore,
earned after leaving everything behind.
But I was mistaken.
I do not have to vanish to be free.
Peace is not hidden on the other side of my ending.
It is not waiting beyond my last breath,
or stitched into my passing.
Peace is not the reward for suffering.
It is not the mercy of the grave.
Peace did not ask me to vanish.
It did not demand my absence.
It waited quietly in the space
I had never thought to enter… within.
Not in escape, but in arrival.
Not in the falling away, but in being fully here.
When I stopped trying to disappear,
when I sat still enough to feel the breath
that keeps me tethered, there it was.
Everlasting peace was never elsewhere.
It had been breathing with me all along.
It lives now,
in the pause between thoughts,
in the warmth of my body,
in the way nature plays.
I do not need to escape this life
to find stillness.
I only need to stop running from myself,
to sit,
to notice,
to let the noise pass through without answering it.
Peace is not in death.
It is in presence.
And it is mine,
always here, always now.
The Song Of The Cicadas
Hear the cicadas sing their song
about the place where we belong.
They sing the song of Mother Earth
and share the notes of our new birth.
A gift to realign our body, heart, and mind.
The vibration tunes us in when we listen from within.
A special key that helps refine our inner recognition of divine.
Vibrating particles of being that opens up our seeing.
Such simplicity is found on the wave of pure sound.
“Ride it joyfully with me,” sings the earth in harmony.
Her delight at being heard is in the song of every bird.
Every breeze a sweet caress that has me bursting in my chest,
creating beauty for my eyes, every glance a new surprise.
May we tend you with true care, blessed and grateful for all you share.
What is joy?
You know, that state of effervescent humming happiness
that permeates our whole being
and radiates out with a kind of
glowing brightness in times of delight?
What is it really?
Is it simply an emotional response
to good things happening in our lives?
But why then can many live
in a state of great fortune, great privilege,
but not always feel joy?
Maybe it’s about relationships.
Is it being in love or having a
healthy bond with our families?
Having lots of good friends?
But why then can we have all of these things,
yet sometimes joy is still a stranger?
For me, joy is a choice,
a daily choice as any good relationship is.
And in order to tell you about
my committed chosen relationship with joy itself,
I need to first tell you that
it wasn’t always this way for me.
Many years ago, I struggled with depression.
This human life is a wild ride for so many of us,
and I felt that deeply, and fell headlong
into an overwhelming long dark night of the soul
that held me in a very low ebb with life itself
for some years as a young woman.
One day I was walking along the road in springtime,
feeling so very heavy with the weight of the world,
bearing me down too low to feel the springtime
all around me.
Then something called me to pause
at a tree with beautiful green leaves.
I stopped.
I looked at the tree.
I picked a leaf.
I turned it over and over.
I smelled it.
I held it up against the light,
and it lay there on my hand,
emerald green against my skin.
I was suddenly filled with the utmost wonder
and an unfamiliar rush of indescribable joy,
at the magic of a single leaf.
The colour of it, how the light illuminated it,
the veins running through it,
its qualities of photosynthesis,
and its service to the whole tree.
The incredible process of its growth,
how it grows from a tiny bud on a bare branch,
fed simply with sunshine, rain,
and the nutrients of the earth.
I looked up at the tree and then all around me,
seeing for the first time since I was a little child,
magic everywhere.
I saw an awe-inspiring miracle,
a constantly singing symphony of life.
I saw love shared in small ways and big.
I opened my eyes and my heart, and joy flooded in.
In that moment, I decided that
no matter how much pain and grief the world carries,
while there is even a single green leaf in my world,
I will choose to celebrate life.
Over time, my joy grew and it became more
than a conscious choice or a momentary experience.
It became a whole way of being,
a breathing in of the small magics every day
and a breathing out of my expression of joy
through music, art, dancing, love, friendships.
I am still a sensitive person.
I still feel the pain and suffering in the world.
I know what it is to feel upset, or sad, or angry,
and I stand up as an activist at times
to say no when needed too.
But joy itself is an act of radical revolution
in this human world today.
And I learnt that if I keep choosing joy,
keep choosing love,
I have the capacity to hold it all,
the whole human experience in all its colours,
with compassion.
We all do.
We are vast beyond our understanding.
So may we all choose
a moment of joy today, and every day,
for joy is vital medicine
for us all.
The Music Of My Soul
Hear the music of my soul
A symphony without a goal
Playing purely for the pleasure
Of sharing intimate treasure
Every note in its perfect place
Resonating a vibration of Grace
Within the depths of my Being
I am seen and I am seeing
Trust in the simple melody
Unfolding as it’s meant to be
Within the essence of my Being
I am heard and I am hearing
Without desire or agenda
From a place that’s truly tender
With a joy that laughter’s bringing
I am sung and I am singing
Thank you for this precious Grace
This unbounded loving space
It is filling and surrounding
‘Tis uplifting and it’s grounding
Now here we are right in the middle
Having finally solved the riddle
With the simplicity of Love
That together, We Are One.
I Am Chosen
I choose and I am chosen.
I enthuse and I am woven within the fabric of all being.
I am love and light receiving.
It is love unconditional.
It is will undismissible.
With intention clear and pure within my being, I am sure.
I call to thee and thou art here.
I am thine, thou art divine.
As one being, the elusive “how” finds expression in the now.
As one being all questions cease, all fear is able to release.
With joy and laughter, I embrace the realization of thy grace.
I am thee, I am that, I am thine, I am mine.
I choose to remind of a mind out of time,
of a heart broken open,
of a connection unbroken,
Light and love invigorating, peace and joy reverberating,
I infuse and am infused by the pleasure of creating.
The Child Who Remembered The Sky
A story for anyone who never fit in and always knew why.
Once upon a time, though it didn’t feel like time,
there was a child who was born already remembering.
She didn’t cry like the others.
Instead, her first breath trembled with a strange silence,
like she had expected… more.
Not more comfort, not more sound, more realness.
As if she’d just fallen from somewhere sacred
and landed in a place that hadn’t remembered itself, yet.
She grew up watching everything:
The way adults moved like they’d forgotten they were alive.
The way teachers spoke with words that felt too small for the truths she held.
The way other kids laughed about things she couldn’t find funny,
not because she was sad, but because she could feel the edges
of the invisible strings pulling them.
And always there was the sky.
She’d stare up at it for hours, convinced it was saying something.
Not speaking words, but echoing a memory she couldn’t quite translate.
At night, she’d whisper to it, not for answers, just to not forget.
When she was older, she tried to become like everyone else.
She got good at pretending, smiling when she wanted to scream,
agreeing when she wanted to shake them awake,
laughing so they wouldn’t ask why she wasn’t.
But inside, inside, she was still staring at the sky.
She started writing, drawing, dreaming.
And in the quiet of those moments, something miraculous happened.
She remembered that she wasn’t alone.
There were others… scattered like stars across the world,
each born with the same ache,
each told they were too sensitive, too intense, too weird, too much.
But really, they were too real for a world running on masks.
One day, the child, now grown, met another like her, and they didn’t say much at first.
They didn’t have to. Because in the stillness between their breath,
they both recognized it:
The sky was alive inside them.
The memory wasn’t a fantasy.
They hadn’t been broken.
They had been sent.
Now they speak to others, not loudly, not with pride,
but with the quiet strength of those who have nothing left to prove.
They build things, write truths, make art that cracks open old lies, not to show off,
but to remember out loud so others can feel it too.
So, if you are reading this and something inside you aches
like it’s waiting for something that hasn’t happened yet, it’s not because you’re lost.
It’s because you remember a place where the sky sang back and you’re still carrying its song.
Not everyone will understand you.
That’s okay.
You weren’t meant for everyone.
You were meant for the ones still looking up, waiting for someone like you to remind them
they are not crazy, they are not broken, they are home.
Joy is mother earth –
the warmth of sunlight on your skin,
in the cool breath of morning air,
a day full of possibilities.
Joy is reunion –
in hands that find each other,
a voice on the phone that feels like home,
precious connections remembered.
Joy is our 4-legged furry companions-
bundles of unconditional love,
gleefully anticipating the next moment of play.
Joy is movement—
the steady rhythm of footsteps on a familiar path,
a body swaying to music with no thought, only feeling.
Joy is stillness—
a deep breath, a steady heartbeat,
the simple presence of being here, now.
Joy is in me –
in this moment and every moment,
always present and always available,
an open invitation to its infinite faces.
It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing.
It doesn’t interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dream, for the adventure of being alive.
It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon. I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow, if you have been opened by life’s betrayals or have become shrivelled and closed from fear of further pain.
I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it, or fade it, or fix it.
I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own; if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, to be realistic, to remember the limitations of being human.
It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself. If you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul. If you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy.
I want to know if you can see Beauty even when it is not pretty every day. And if you can source your own life from its presence.
I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand at the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, ‘Yes.’
It doesn’t interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up after the night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone and do what needs to be done to feed the children.
It doesn’t interest me who you know or how you came to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the centre of the fire with me and not shrink back.
It doesn’t interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away.
I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments.
The Great Way isn’t difficult
for those who are unattached to their preferences.
Let go of longing and aversion,
and everything will be perfectly clear.
When you cling to a hairbreadth of distinction,
heaven and earth are set apart.
If you want to realize the truth,
don’t be for or against.
The struggle between good and evil
is the primal disease of the mind.
Not grasping the deeper meaning,
you just trouble your mind’s serenity.
As vast as infinite space,
it is perfect and lacks nothing.
But because you select and reject,
you can’t perceive its true nature.
Don’t get entangled in the world;
don’t lose yourself in emptiness.
Be at peace in the oneness of things,
and all errors will disappear by themselves.
If you don’t live the Tao,
you fall into assertion or denial.
Asserting that the world is real,
you are blind to its deeper reality;
denying that the world is real,
you are blind to the selflessness of all things.
The more you think about these matters,
the farther you are from the truth.
Step aside from all thinking,
and there is nowhere you can’t go.
Returning to the root, you find the meaning;
chasing appearances, you lose their source.
At the moment of profound insight,
you transcend both appearance and emptiness.
Don’t keep searching for the truth;
just let go of your opinions.
For the mind in harmony with the Tao,
all selfishness disappears.
With not even a trace of self-doubt,
you can trust the universe completely.
All at once you are free,
with nothing left to hold on to.
All is empty, brilliant,
perfect in its own being.
In the world of things as they are,
there is no self, no non-self.
If you want to describe its essence,
the best you can say is “Not-two.”
In this “Not-two” nothing is separate,
and nothing in the world is excluded.
The enlightened of all times and places
have entered into this truth.
In it there is no gain or loss;
one instant is ten thousand years.
There is no here, no there;
infinity is right before your eyes.
The tiny is as large as the vast
when objective boundaries have vanished;
the vast is as small as the tiny
when you don’t have external limits.
Being is an aspect of non-being;
non-being is no different from being.
Until you understand this truth,
you won’t see anything clearly.
One is all; all are one.
When you realize this,
what reason for holiness or wisdom?
The mind of absolute trust
is beyond all thought, all striving,
is perfectly at peace, for in it
there is no yesterday, no today, no tomorrow.
The Equinox – Different Seasons, One Humanity
Morning and evening meet as equals,
balanced between what was and what will be.
Light and shadow stretch evenly,
across fields, across communities, across oceans.
In the north, buds vibrate,
ready to burst into green.
In the south, leaves release their hold,
drifting in the wind.
Feet press into earth,
some warmed by the first touch of spring,
others cooled by the breath of autumn.
Different seasons, same planet
Joy rises in waves,
from hands lifted to the sun,
to eyes tracing the arc of stars.
Different seasons, same sky.
For this Equinox moment,
the world breathes in unison.
A quiet knowing between hemispheres –
a perfect pause – this balance, this turning, this joy!
Different seasons, one humanity.
Joy is not a thing you can see.
It is what you feel when you watch waves breaking,
Or when you peer through a net of woven violet stems
In Spring grass.
It is not sunlight, not moonlight,
But a separate shining.
Joy lives behind people’s eyes.
Breathe, and let your essence flow,
where time dissolves in quiet glow.
No need to grasp, no need to fight,
all exists in endless light.
Be the river, deep and wide,
the stone, the wind, the changing tide.
Release your story, dissolve your form,
be the calm within the storm.
In emptiness, the whole unfolds,
in letting go, the All takes hold.
You are the sky, so vast and free,
the grain of sand, the boundless sea.
No self to claim, no path to trace,
just silence wrapped in endless space.
Surrender now, and be set free,
you are nothing, yet infinity.
Since I didn’t die,
I wake to birdsong as if it were prophecy.
I savor water like it’s communion.
I touch each day-
raw, radiant, real,
and call it grace.
Since I didn’t die,
the world feels tender and wild again,
a meadow reborn after fire.
I walk slower now,
but every step is a hallelujah.
This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still, treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out
for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
and invite them in.
Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond.
I WONDER
I wonder why the grass is green,
And why else wind is never seen;
Who taught the birds to build a nest,
And told the trees to take a rest?
Or, when the moon is not quite round,
Where can the missing bit be found?
Who lights the stars, when they blow out,
And makes the lightning flash about?
Who paints the rainbow in the sky,
And hangs the fluffy clouds so high?
Why is it now, do you suppose,
That Dad won’t tell me, if he knows.

Exhale with a big sigh,
let go,
and relax.
And keep some of your awareness
on your breathing during this guided inquiry.
We usually think of getting triggered
in a negative way.
But as we are evolving,
we can expand our perspective.
We can let ourselves be triggered
by positive, uplifting circumstances.
Focusing on your inner resources
can positively trigger you.
Imagine someone saying, “I really appreciate you.”
Or say to yourself, “I really appreciate you.”
And let yourself be triggered
into a deep experience
of feeling appreciated.
When someone says to you, “I love you,”
let yourself be triggered
into an exquisite experience
of feeling loved.
Let nature’s beauty
trigger you into beauty.
Think of things you are genuinely grateful for
and let yourself be triggered
into the powerfully transformative frequency
of gratitude.
Imagine happy,
funny,
adorable,
laughing little children
and let yourself be triggered
into joy.
We can repurpose everything with our perception.
Let yourself be triggered right now
by the very best feelings
you can possibly imagine having.
And have them.
Feel your body.
Feel your energy field
and feel the energies in your heart.
What is happening?
What do you notice?
What are you feeling?
Just let go and let these frequencies vibrate you.
From here, you have the awareness
to know that when you get triggered in a painful way,
you’re just trying to inform yourself.
It’s an opportunity to feel more
and know more about yourself.
Getting triggered in an upsetting way
also gives you an opportunity
to bring compassion to yourself,
forgiveness, understanding, gentleness, and hope.
It opens us up to feeling vulnerable,
exposed, and even humbled.
How beautiful is that?
And for every mistake you believe you have made,
bring more compassion to yourself.
Let each breath comfort you and center you.
Remain curious, grounded, and connected
to Mother Earth.
What does feeling vulnerable,
exposed, and humbled offer you in a positive way?
Only you can know this for yourself.
Bring more compassion to yourself,
forgiveness, understanding, gentleness,
and appreciation right now.
Every emotion has its own frequency.
Every emotion is here for us
to explore ourselves more fully
and discover the truth of who we really are.
As you bring this higher perspective to yourself,
it will naturally shift your perspective
in countless other ways.
Curiously explore your ability
to change and repurpose your perspective,
especially around getting triggered.
And you will discover your power
to further awaken, transform, and evolve.
You will continue to experience
your eternal being of
limitless peace, radiant light,
and unconditional love that you truly are.
And your life, and the world,
will shift with you.
Let yourself enter into a quiet space within you.
Take a few deep breaths and relax.
Listen to the beautiful music
and feel your body.
Breathe yourself into a gentle,
peaceful state of being.
Peace is always here.
We are empathic, sensitive,
and caring human beings.
We feel a lot and we care so much.
Feel how much you care about this beautiful earth,
all of nature, all the animals, all living beings,
and especially some people who are very important to you.
Sometimes we also feel the pain of others
as we empathize and care so much.
Keep breathing and feel into your heart space.
Open into this present moment of being
with all the love and care
you are feeling.
Through our love, compassion, and sensitivity,
we may have taken on and accumulated
some distorted frequencies in our bodies
through all the pain we have witnessed, felt,
and experienced throughout our lives.
Some of those frequencies may still be lodged
in your energy field
and even stuck in your body.
Keep taking long, slow, comforting
breaths, and feeling your body,
with kindness and curiosity.
Our bodies are living complex miracles.
Our bodies are vehicles of consciousness,
made of consciousness.
We can begin to heal more deeply
and clear our field by having more
love and compassion for ourselves.
This is deep healing we are calling for now.
Take a few focused breaths.
Breathe in and expand your chest.
Breathe out and relax your shoulders.
Three times.
Bring curiosity to your current experience,
to whatever you are feeling right now.
Bring in courage and trust
and compassion for yourself.
Opening your heart to all your feelings
can be daunting and overwhelming.
But you are safe here.
You are being held by your own higher self,
your own infinite being of love.
And every feeling is a blessing.
Every feeling takes us deeper
into the truth of who we are.
Compassionately acknowledge to yourself
all that you are feeling.
From the vastness of your eternal being
to the whole range of emotions showing up,
and whatever is happening in your body.
Let yourself feel deeply into the crevices
of any uncomfortable feelings and emotions
that might be around.
Shine your light on them.
Name them to yourself.
Courageously leave aside any narratives, any explanations.
Feel your feelings as frequencies,
energies,
sensations.
Notice any imagery, colors, shapes.
Keep breathing into your heart space.
Expand your awareness to include more of your inner peace.
What do you feel in your body?
Keep breathing into your heart space
and comforting yourself with each exhalation.
Allowing yourself to feel everything is
deep healing, deep transformation.
What is happening now?
Notice if things change and release
or perhaps transform.
And if you feel like crying, let yourself cry.
Crying is deep healing.
Bring the same level of compassion to yourself
that you have brought to every suffering creature,
that you have felt for every violation towards the earth.
Animals and humans.
And all you’ve ever witnessed, experienced, or heard about.
No blame.
Just compassion.
No sides here in your infinite being.
Just compassion.
Because everyone is hurting.
And only hurt people hurt others.
You no longer need to carry that
in your body or in your heart.
You can release it and still care.
Reach deep into your heart space
where you find kindness,
care,
compassion,
forgiveness,
and unconditional love,
and offer these to yourself.
You have learned from everything
you have experienced and felt,
and you are setting yourself free.
You are setting everyone free.
Step out of the past and into your heart.
No need to carry any stories.
No need to justify anything or blame anyone
because that only holds us back.
Let go of everything,
including all your opinions,
and set yourself free.
And let yourself evolve in leaps and bounds.
We are living into being a new reality
by feeling.
By feeling everything.
All of your emotional ripples are part of your evolution.
Those we call positive and those we call negative.
And as you bring curiosity, care, kindness,
forgiveness, and compassion to yourself,
ripples of high frequencies move through you,
into the world around you,
and into the collective consciousness
of this reality.
It’s time to humbly identify with the truth
of who you really are.
Reclaim your eternal being
of radiant light,
infinite peace,
and unconditional love.
Rest in the core of your being
with infinite compassion for yourself
and everyone and everything else.
Let yourself be grounded in peace
and feel the truth of who you are.

We are all Source energy beings.
Source itself being human.
We are fully Source, and fully human.
Take a deep breath
Feel your body
Let yourself relax
and enter more fully into this present moment.
You are a being of Pure Love and Light
and nothing can change that
no matter what you feel
or what you think, or what you have done or not done.
Take another deep, relaxing breath
And keep feeling your body.
Listen to the sounds around you
and enter the quietness within you.
Feel into your heart center
And notice whatever you are feeling
with curiosity, kindness, and compassion for yourself.
Keep feeling your body,
aware of your breathing, and
feeling your heart center.
And feel for the presence of peace
no matter what other feelings may be there, too.
Feel your connection to someone you love.
And feel for the presence of love
in your heart.
Feeling love is feeling your source connection.
Feel a little more fully into the love in your heart.
Feel your own inner connection
to the source of your own being.
Reacquaint yourself with your own innocence,
your own inner knowing, your own inner quietness.
Right here, right now.
Always here.
You are already that, which you might have been told,
and believed, that you must become, find, deserve,
wait for, sacrifice for, and attain and such.
You are an eternal being of Pure Love and Light,
and nothing can ever change that.
Your access to your source connection
and your infinite being is uniquely yours
and always has been, and is always here.
Just as a plant, a flower, or a tree
receives only through its own roots that reach into the Earth,
each of us have our own unique and individual connection to Source
within us.
Feel for your own source connection
through which pure, unconditional love
flows into the whole of you.
Your body is designed to vibrate at the frequency
of Pure Love.
Feel the energetic aliveness
of your body.
And feel what is happening in your heart.
Nothing to wait for, nothing to attain.
The truth of who you are
is found within you, through feeling.
Your access to source is always flowing
even when you feel painful, distressing feelings.
So whatever you are feeling
it’s all always okay.
When you allow yourself to feel
an uncomfortable or painful feeling
while also tapping into your source connection at the same time,
you will discover so much beauty, power,
and depth within yourself.
Tapping into your source connection
like breathing
is always happening, but you can consciously
deepen it.
Be courageous and willing to feel
all your emotions, and be curious.
It’s well worth the journey.
And you are always being held.
Remember that you can always more consciously
feel your source connection and embody your own infinite being
of peace, of light, and of pure love.
Make yourself comfortable sitting or lying down.
Notice your current experience and whatever you are feeling
and whatever you’re feeling,
including any resistance,
it’s all okay.
Just let it be as it is.
Take a few slower breaths.
Breathe into your heart space,
feel your body.
And with your awareness,
you can scan your body
and mentally say to yourself
in a gentle inner voice,
Relax.
Feel your whole body breathing and relaxing.
Let each breath take you
into a deeper place of quietness and inner peace.
Notice how you feel
if you make each breath a little longer and a little slower.
Feel how that can bring more calmness,
more peace,
and more presence.
Make sure your breathing is comfortable for you
and comforting.
And let your breath take you
into a place of deep quietness within you.
Feel into the silent background of everything.
Into this spaciousness, you can mentally say
gentleness
and let the word gentleness
drop into your field of being.
Breathe gentleness into your heart.
Feel the gentleness like drops of water
on the surface of a lake,
creating ripples through your inner being.
Ripples of gentleness.
Keep breathing into your heart space
and feel for the vibrations of gentleness,
however this shows up for you.
And feel how your breathing interacts
with the gentleness within you.
Really allow the comforting feelings
of gentleness to embrace you.
Let your heart and your soul
heal with the vibrations of gentleness.
Feel the healing in all the layers of your being.
And just rest here.
Be aware of your breathing, feel your body.
Be curious how deeply you can feel
the healing power of gentleness within you.
Each and every breath
is a new opportunity to feel
the gifts of gentleness within you.
So remember, throughout the day,
to be aware of what you are feeling
and that whatever you’re feeling,
it’s okay.
You can remember to breathe into your heart space,
to feel your body, to relax into the present moment,
and to feel the vibrations of gentleness
already within you reverberating in your being.
Be patient with yourself.
Be kind and loving with yourself,
and be gentle with yourself.
This gentleness is a beautiful medicine
you are inviting into your human embodiment
from your own eternal being of infinite peace, unconditional love
and the radiant light of who you truly are.
Healing yourself, healing others,
and healing the world with gentleness.
How powerful it is to be quiet.
How powerful we are in our quietness,
just being quiet, resting, relaxing,
and consciously, quietly breathing.
Take a deep breath.
Listen to the sounds around you,
and feel for the quietness.
Being curious.
Being receptive.
And being gentle with yourself.
Notice, what are you receiving?
Feel a bit deeper into the quietness,
letting go…
letting go of needing to know or understand anything.
Feel your body quietly resting,
simply breathing,
and just being,
trusting this simple quietness.
Feel the space.
Feel your body receiving, absorbing, and filling.
Feel your life force energy quietly vibrating.
Expand your awareness
and feel into your energy field surrounding you,
emanating from you and protecting you,
as you fill it with quietness.
Feel the texture of the quietness.
Notice any colors,
and whatever else is happening for you.
Feel the quietness holding you,
comforting you,
healing you deeper and deeper as you let it in.

It is a great joy to love and be loved!
Our precious, loving connections are so important!
Take a few conscious breaths
and breathe into your heart space,
breathe into where you can feel
the abundance of your love.
Bring to mind people you love,
and let your breath fan the living flame
of love in your heart.
Feel your loving connection to each
of those people that you love.
There is a tangible essence to these connections;
feel for the substance of each
loving connection in your heart.
You can reach out today to the people you love and care about;
tell them what you appreciate about them, how much they mean to you,
why you’re grateful they are in your life.
And see how much joy you bring to them,
and to yourself!
Tell your pets how much joy they bring to you!
Talk to your plants, walk in nature, hug a tree,
tell the plants and flowers how beautiful they are!
Acknowledge Mother Nature for her beauty
and her loving, life-sustaining abundance.
You can speak your love to the sky, to the sun,
to the clouds, to the moon, to the stars.
You can speak to your guides, to the angels, to Source,
and to whoever and whatever you choose.
It brings us so much joy and feels so good
to express our gratitude and to acknowledge
all that is good, beautiful, joyous,
and truly precious in our lives.
Experience how good and joyful you feel
as you express and share
your beautiful love.
And you can keep noticing how your heart feels
as you deepen your loving connections today
and breathe more love into the world.
Wishing you so much joy, happiness,
and love, now and always!
A Taste Of Joy
Let’s start by taking a few deep breaths
and feel your body.
Bring more awareness to how you feel in this moment.
Make yourself comfortable.
As you keep breathing,
feel your connection to Mother Earth,
notice the feeling of your body breathing,
in and out.
Meet yourself in this moment
with curiosity,
and gentleness,
and kindness.
Only you know who you really are.
Only you know everything you’ve been through.
Only you can give this moment to yourself.
We all have so much going on in our lives
and we all have so much going on within us.
Can you allow yourself
to rest into this moment?
Just for a few moments?
Giving this little bit of time to yourself
is a beautiful gift you give yourself.
And everyone around you benefits as well.
Take three slow, deeper breaths,
feeling your body, and
just being with yourself.
What are you feeling?
No need to try to change anything
going on within you.
Let it all be there.
Just let it be.
See if you can find a little spaciousness
in this present moment,
without trying to change anything.
What does it feel like to explore
a little spaciousness in this moment?
Into this little bit of spaciousness,
remember a time when you were a small child
doing something you really loved to do.
Let yourself focus on all the wonderful things
you were feeling, as you remember many details
of this happy, carefree, joy-filled experience.
What does it feel like to remember this happy memory?
Feel your body feeling those feelings right now.
As you activate this memory
of a time you felt a lot of happiness and pure joy,
notice that you can feel those feelings
right now, right here, in your body.
Notice in detail,
“How are you feeling?”
Bring a big smile to your face.
Keep being with these feelings,
aware of your breathing,
as you feel your body remembering
the feelings of carefree joy and happiness.
These moments and this taste of joy
activates ripples of positive high frequency vibrations
in your body, which naturally and all by themselves,
flow into the field around you.
As you feel joy and happiness,
everyone benefits.
Share your joy, give a smile, offer a hug,
hold someone while they cry.
Everyone wants to feel better and be happy.
These joyful feelings you have accessed
within your awareness will naturally radiate
all around you as you feel them
flowing through you.
And you can choose to access, activate, and experience these feelings,
now that you have rediscovered this taste of joy
right here within you.
May all beings be at peace,
May all beings be healthy,
May all beings be happy
and content with themselves.
Much love and joy to you!
Joy and Sharing
Let’s begin by taking a few deep breaths.
Feel your body.
Make yourself comfortable.
And for these few precious moments,
allow yourself to let go.
Feel your connection to Mother Earth.
Keep being aware of your breath and your body.
Feel for a little quietness within you,
as you also notice sounds around you.
Joy and sharing;
feel into what that means for you.
Perhaps it could be
sharing time with someone you love,
sharing a meal, offering food,
or maybe the joy of cooking together,
sharing laughter and stories,
making someone smile or laugh out loud.
The joy of sharing a walk,
pointing out a beautiful flower,
or a magnificent, colorful sunset,
and sharing the beauty of the moment.
The joy of doing a project together,
sharing the challenges, discovering new opportunities,
asking for help and being supported.
Asking for help is sharing yourself in a tender,
vulnerable, and open way.
The joy of playing with your dog,
or cat, or other pets and loving them.
The joy of sharing a dance with a friend,
or with a group of people you don’t even know,
or dancing alone with yourself.
Playing sports together,
if that’s something you enjoy,
or any kind of games you love.
The joy of being creative, painting,
coloring, writing a poem, or a song
and sharing it with someone.
The joy of sharing music with someone,
holding their hand and
just being together.
The joy of giving, the joy of loving,
the joy of sharing yourself in any way
you choose.
You have choice and you have freedom.
You have the infinite power of love within you.
You are an infinite being of pure love,
radiating the most beautiful light!
Much love and joy to you!

THE WONDER OF YOU
You are a wondrous and magnificent being.
You are a glimmer of Source Itself.
Source rediscovering and expanding itself,
like a seed discovers itself
as it lives and grows.
How marvelous to explore
the wonder of YOU!
Can you loosen your perspective
on what you call “reality”?
Can you create a crack in all that you
believe to be real?
And be open to seeing and experiencing
yourself and your life
from a fresh perspective?
You are truly unknowable.
We are all truly unknowable beings,
far greater than we realize.
We are infinitely vast, living miracles
of embodied Source Energy Love.
Take a few deep breaths
and settle into the wonder of not needing to know,
or remember, or understand anything.
You can meet the wonder of you
in every moment.
Keep being aware of your breathing
and feeling your body.
Every moment comes to us wide open,
empty, immaculate, and miraculous.
Yet we have spent our lives trying so hard
to define ourselves, to categorize, compare,
separate and squeeze ourselves
into carefully chosen,
tight, little boxes.
And then we proudly
paste labels on ourselves,
and everyone else.
Consider the ways in which you
may have defined yourself:
by the country you’re from, your nationality,
your family, your religion, your spiritual path,
your gender, your food choices, your skin color,
your economic status, your education,
your past, your traumas, your job or occupation,
your achievements, your body size or shape,
your health status,
your sports and political affiliations
or lack thereof,
and so on.
These things cannot define us,
they are just part of our humanity.
Take another few long, slow breaths,
and meet these parts of yourself,
feel these parts of yourself, with wonder,
curiosity, and a few drops of compassion.
We have all tried so hard to find a way
to fit in here.
Just for this moment, are you willing to release
the definitions you’ve given yourself?
And everyone else?
Are you willing
to un-define yourself?
Your willingness is your power.
Take another few deep breaths
and as you exhale, soften yourself.
Set yourself free,
like a baby chick pecking through the shell
of the egg too tight now to confine it
any longer.
Open your wings!
Maybe you didn’t realize you had these wings!
Take another deep, focused breath, and
breathe this freedom all the way into your bones
and into your heart.
Feel into your original self,
before any definitions were placed on you.
Can you feel the freedom?
Keep quietly breathing.
Notice the silence under everything,
and the peace out of which wonder arises.
No need to know or understand
anything here.
It’s really so simple to let each moment
be exactly as it is: open, innocent
and vibrant with spaciousness,
and with no need for it to be
any different than it is.
Just like you.
The magnificent wonder of you.
THE WONDER OF RENEWAL
I walked through a forest that had burned.
Blackened trunks, ash underfoot – what I would have once called ruined.
I expected silence in something so desiccated.
But it wasn’t silent.
Birds moved through the branches, their songs threading through the stillness.
Small animals carved out homes in what I might have dismissed as debris.
Life continued, without apprehension.
The ground felt soft and yielding under my feet,
like it was in a kind of winter –
hibernating, gathering strength, preparing something I couldn’t yet see beneath the scorched earth.
There was a moment when my understanding didn’t match what was in front of me.
Something stirred in me, quiet, almost questioning.
And instead of trying to resolve it,
I let myself stay there in that not-knowing.
And that felt like wonder.
Not something bright or obvious,
but like the gentle give of the ground under me,
holding something unseen, still becoming.
The forest had burned, and yet it was alive.
Green would return, and the burn would return again, too.
Somewhere in that sequence – of change, growth, resilience – I understood:
the cycle would continue, larger than me, yet part of me too.
And in that, I felt wonder: in the unfolding of life happening where I cannot see,
endlessly renewing itself beyond my understanding.
What a wonder it is to not know.
THE WONDER OF A ROSE
“Look Mum, Look!” my youngest daughter calls,
her voice filled with compelling and irresistible excitement.
I take my hands out of the soapy dishwater and follow her out of the kitchen,
onto the verandah to a small rose bush in a pot.
“Look Mum, a rose! Look how beautiful it is!
You’ve got to smell it Mumma, it smells soooo good!”
It’s just a simple pink rose in an old pot,
but when I stop to notice it,
when I see it through my daughter’s bright eyes,
I see petals soft as silk unfolding gloriously
from the centre stamen of the rose,
I see a luxurious expression of beauty and delight.
I bend down and smell it, and it does smell so good,
a delicate lingering aroma that lights up my senses.
“Mmmmmm” I inhale blissfully, and the dishes, my work,
my to-do lists and forward planning of all kinds
dissipate for an eternal moment.
Every day my children invite me to share
in their experience of wonder.
Sometimes it’s a rose, sometimes it’s a feather,
sometimes it’s the moon hanging luminous in an evening sky,
or a cloud that looks like a dragon, or a caterpillar,
a discarded cicada shell, a tiny fish, a heart shaped rock…
but always, this sense of wonder that infuses life
with an iridescent glow of magic.
In this world, this human world,
it’s easy as adults to feel too overwhelmed,
too busy, too stressed, or even too depressed to stop
and notice the small magics of life.
But what if a childlike sense of wonder
is exactly the medicine we need?
What if, when we get to the end of our lives,
we wish we’d stopped to notice and celebrate the roses,
all the roses, both literal and metaphorical, of our lives?
So when the human world, with all its worries
and dramas and tragedies and uncertainties
gets me down, I remember what the poet
William Blake wrote in 1802:
“To see the world in a grain of sand
Heaven in a wild flower
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand
And eternity in an hour.”
And I take my child’s hand and accept
her invitation to be in this joyful state of wonder.
I let her lead me to whatever new miracle
she has found today.
So whether you have a child beside you,
or even the memory of the child you once were,
I wish you moments of wonder,
moments where time pauses,
moments where the ordinary becomes luminous,
where you remember to stop….
and smell the roses!

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child.
Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”
4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions.
5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.
6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.
7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it.
1. Feel your body.
2. Relax your shoulders.
3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.
4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.
5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.
Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
