Peace Meditation Transcripts
We can choose peace.
We can choose to feel peace within us.
And as we do,
we automatically radiate peace
all around us.
Take a deep breath
and feel your body.
Make yourself comfortable.
Tell yourself: I want to feel peace.
I choose to feel peace.
Breathe in slowly and deeply,
pausing at the end of the inhalation,
and then mentally say, “Relax,” to yourself
as you slowly release the breath.
Make sure your breathing is comfortable for you.
Be gentle with yourself
and curious about your experience.
Take three more full breaths.
Breathe in slowly, pause,
and stay relaxed as you exhale.
As you take a few more breaths,
feel your whole body breathing,
as if you are breathing in through all your skin.
And then as you start to exhale,
press the breath into and through your body.
Notice how this feels.
Say the word peace to yourself
as you breathe in,
and say peace to yourself
as you slowly exhale into your whole body.
Let the word peace drop into your field of being.
As you keep breathing, feel for the frequency
and vibration of peace in your body.
Scan your body from your head to your toes,
and from your toes to your head.
Up and down.
Down and up.
Feeling for peace.
What does peace feel like to you?
Allow your mind to rest in peace.
What words come up for you
to describe these feelings of peace?
Feel the space, and the vast field,
of your limitless awareness.
Notice how your breathing interacts
with the vibrations of peace in your body,
and gently strengthen the vibrations.
With every breath you are filling with more peace,
consciously activating the frequencies and vibrations
of peace already within you.
You are brightening your light.
And you are infusing yourself
and the collective field.
You are choosing peace.
Keep feeling your body.
Ground yourself in your body
and your connection to Mother Earth.
Let each breath be an opportunity
to feel and activate more peace
within you and for you.
This automatically benefits all beings.
You are a being
of infinite love and light, radiating peace.
Can you feel that now?
By doing this practice of feeling peace,
you are a living example of what’s possible
for all of us.
Imagine a world where everyone was choosing
to feel and activate peace within them.
How does this feel?
Take a few minutes to ground yourself
and prepare to meet the outward-facing world
at the end of this recording.
And no matter what else is going on,
within you or around you,
you will automatically radiate your beautiful light
of peace just by being you.
Let the word “Peace” drop into your mind.
Take three slow, focused breaths,
inhale and expand your chest,
exhaling as you relax your shoulders.
3 times.
Notice your current experience, whatever it is,
whatever you are feeling.
It’s all ok.
Whatever you are feeling.
Even if there’s resistance, just feel that
with curiosity and kindness for yourself.
Let it all be just as it is.
No need to change a thing.
Inhale a little deeper,
and exhale with a big sigh.
Say peace to yourself,
and notice what you feel as the word peace
drop into your mind.
Feel your body,
be aware of your breathing,
and feel for peace.
Breathe in again, and begin to hum or Om
along with the music.
Listen to and feel the sound vibrations within you
magnifying the feelings of peace.
As you hum or om along with the music,
feel the sound vibrations healing
all layers of your being.
Feel the gentleness of peace within you,
holding you.
Feel yourself receiving peace.
Vibrating peace.
Notice how peace feels within you,
its tone, its flavor, and its colors.
Notice the energy of peace,
feel the sensations of peace in your body.
Feel yourself feeling peace.
Breathe into your heart space,
and feel into your heart.
Feel the vibrations of peace flowing
from the center of your heart
throughout your body.
Feel your body
and feel your energetic connection
to Mother Earth,
from your heart into her core.
Feel yourself grounded here, on Earth.
And breathe deeply into your body.
As you come back into your day,
keep your energetic connection to the presence
of limitless peace alive, by feeling for peace within you.
Peace is alive in every cell of your body.
Give peace permission to radiate in you, through you, and around you,
all day long.
And with each breath know
that you can continue to breathe peace
into yourself
and into the world.
The gift of peace, just breathe and relax
and feel your body keep breathing and relaxing,
letting go into the peace of your own being.
Keep feeling for peace as you let go of everything
and everyone you have been holding.
Give them back to their own light.
Every one of us has our own direct connection to source.
Give everything and everyone back to themselves just for now.
Let go and feel the vast expansiveness of you,
your spacious, timeless living being.
You vibrating with peace.
Peace that is energizing you from the inside out.
Feel the purity and innocence of your own being.
Breathe in and relax a little more just feeling for peace.
Listen for the silence,
the silence under every sound.
Listen for the silent background of everything.
Be curious as you experience
and feel peace and silence.

Allow yourself to deepen into feeling peace.

Listen to the sounds around you,
just noticing whatever you hear.

Notice whatever emotions are present,
being curious about whatever you’re feeling,
with kindness to yourself.
Let whatever is present be present,
just letting it all be here.
Letting yourself be
just as you are.
Bring in some compassion, for yourself,
Consider a few things you are grateful for,
in this moment.
Bring in the quality of patience,
as you relax into this quiet moment.
Feel your body.
Be aware of the sounds around you.
Notice the quietness between the sounds.
Be aware of your breathing,
and in a gentle inner voice,
say to yourself, “Relax”
with each breath.
And feel all of your body relaxing.
Be aware of the silent background of this world.
Open yourself to receive and absorb the quietness
filling with peace and love.
Say “Peace” to yourself, as you breathe,
and absorb the feelings of peace
In your body and in your heart.
Say the word “Love” to yourself, as you breathe,
and allow your breathing to strengthen the vibrations
of love in your body and in your heart.
Feel yourself absorbing, embodying, amplifying, and
radiating these beautiful and powerful vibrations
of peace and love.
How glorious it is, to give this to yourself.
This is the nectar, the nectar of quietness,
of peace and of love
that feeds your soul, your heart,
your true self.
This is where you replenish yourself
and where you find the courage and the strength
to shine your light.
In the quietness of your heart
you will always find
your truth.
Feel into this moment. Take a deep breath and feel your body relax.
Bring more awareness to just feeling your body with curiosity and kindness to yourself.
And keep breathing slow, full, relaxing breaths, letting go with each exhalation.
Open yourself to receive a deeper layer of relaxation
and to feel peace and let go of everything else.
Feel for peace flowing in your body.
Feel for peace with all your awareness and all your attention effortlessly.
Imagine a beautiful, peaceful place in nature that you love and feel yourself there.
Feel yourself connected to the earth
through this beautiful, peaceful place that you love.
Notice all the details.
See all the colors.
See all the light and how it touches everything, shining and shimmering.
See all the beauty, feel the beauty
and feel yourself absorbing more peace
with all your senses.
Take another deep breath and feel the energetic vibrations
of all this beauty and all this peace
vibrating within you.
The wholeness of your being is filling and overflowing
with peace, love, beauty, and light.
Saturate yourself with these glorious feelings.
This is all within you. This is you. This is always you,
no matter what else is going on.
Relax deeply into your beautiful being, feeling yourself filling with and radiating peace.
Make yourself comfortable.
Feel your body.
Take a deep breath and relax.
Notice whatever you are feeling.
No need to change a thing.
And if you are feeling any internal resistance, let that be here too.

“I want to feel more peace.”
Breathe in, then pause for a moment of stillness,
and slowly breathe out through your body.

of everything you have been holding or worrying about.
Let the word peace drop into your field of being.

What does this feel like for you?
Focus on the word and vibrations of peace,
and any other words that bring you a peaceful experience,
such as calm, quiet, serene, tranquil, gentle,
with curiosity about what is happening within you.
Bring to mind some peaceful, beautiful images of nature.
Notice how your body feels as you tune into this peaceful beauty.
Be aware of your breathing, gently flowing.
How are you feeling?
Feel into your body.
And feel yourself grounded in your body.
Feel your connection to the earth right where you are.
Mother Earth is always holding you
through her gravitational field.
Feel the weight of your body as a gift
that allows you to feel your connection to Mother Earth.
As you feel the peace of your infinite being,
stay grounded in your body and to the earth.
You are a powerful being,
and the space you hold for yourself is very important.
It is also the space you hold for the world and for everyone.
As you infuse yourself with peace,
it automatically flows into the world,
simply, easefully, and powerfully.
And each moment is another opportunity
to take a deep breath,
feel your body,
and choose peace,

Longing for peace.

Can you feel that wanting?

If any thoughts come up about what’s in the way
of peace, just ignore them.
And notice the relief of letting go of thinking.

of longing for peace.
Feeling your longing activates the vibrations
of peace within you.

Using your breathing to quiet you.

The frequency of unconditional peace.
We are living into being a new reality by claiming our power
to vibrate at frequencies of higher consciousness.
You are an eternal being of pure love, of radiant luminosity,
and of unconditional peace.
A living spark of Source itself.
You are a conscious human being, and it is natural for you
to vibrate at the frequencies of pure love and peace.
We just need to remember
and remind each other.
And as you are experiencing right now, your longing
for peace is a superpower, enabling you to vibrate
the truth of you, the purity of your being.
By feeling.
By feeling everything,
By feeling your longing for peace.
You can relax now.
Feel your body.
Take slow, deep, full, relaxing breaths.
Ask your body to relax a bit more
with each exhalation.
Be aware of your breathing and feeling your body
at the same time.
If thoughts or plans show up in your mind,
you can put them all aside.
You don’t need to think about anything
right now.
Relax into your breathing.
Listen to the sounds around you
and feel your body.
This will always support you in being present.
Be aware of the air around your body.
Feel how the air touches you.
As you breathe, feel yourself receive the air as a gift
from Mother Earth.
Feel the feeling of feeling your body

Feel the gentle vibrations of peace and love

In the essence of your being,
there is vast unconditional peace.
This pause, this stillness, this quietness heals.
It heals deeply because you bring yourself into harmony

your own infinite eternal being of pure love and unconditional peace.
And remember, and know, that each breath
can bring you the miraculous healing powers
of unconditional peace and the pure love
of your own being.

and consciously, quietly breathing.

Being receptive.
And being gentle with yourself.

Feel a bit deeper into the quietness,
letting go…
letting go of needing to know or understand anything.
Feel your body quietly resting,
simply breathing,
and just being,
trusting this simple quietness.
Feel the space.
Feel your body receiving, absorbing, and filling.
Feel your life force energy quietly vibrating.
Expand your awareness
and feel into your energy field surrounding you,
emanating from you and protecting you,
as you fill it with quietness.
Feel the texture of the quietness.
Notice any colors,
and whatever else is happening for you.
Feel the quietness holding you,
comforting you,
healing you deeper and deeper as you let it in.
Letting go of what is no longer needed.
Feel the gentleness of this quietness,
and feel how pure and powerful it is.
Feel how your body responds
to resting in this nectar of quietness.
Notice your energy field surrounding you and protecting you
as you fill it with quietness.
And claim it.
And seal it.
It’s your own space.
Let it be a buffer
to the crazy energies of the world.
Notice how your soul,
your inner being, feels in this quietness.
And feel into your heart center.
Feel your heart being loved by this quietness.
The mysterious power of quietness.
What a treasure.
Quietness is
the medium through which more love flows in.
Peace and compassion.
Just breathe in
and relax into the peace of your own being.
Feel peace holding you.
And keep breathing,
feeling for peace.
We all have so many parts of us that have been hurt.
Feel a little compassion for yourself.
We all have sad parts,
angry parts,
frightened parts,
maybe frozen parts,
even terrified and enraged parts.
Let them be here too,
and see if you can meet them
with a little compassion.
Without trying to stop yourself from feeling,
or trying to change what you are feeling,
bring a little more compassion
to all the parts of yourself.
Give them a little love,
and see what happens.
Notice that peace is still here, holding you.
Peace and compassion.
Use your breath
to deepen your experience
of feeling peace and compassion,
and to relax a little more.
We are each a living portal
of infinite peace and compassion.
We feel them into our being,
through feeling them,
we accelerate their vibratory signatures within us,
as we quiet down and
get out of the way.
Allow yourself to open,
to receive,
and to feel the silence
of your own beautiful being
through your own source connection.
As you keep opening, filling,
and overflowing with peace and compassion for yourself,
you will feel these waves radiating from you,
from every cell in your body.
And these waves and vibrations
make their own way
wherever they are needed.
Let them flow,
as you keep replenishing yourself.
Replenish yourself
by feeling peace and compassion
in the quietness
at the core of your beautiful being
of pure love and light.

Our capacity to feel peace
really does make a difference in the world.
Take a deep breath, and exhale with a big sigh.

Peace has a certain vibration and frequency that you know by feeling it. And as you feel the powerful vibrations of peace within you, you naturally radiate peace into the world around you.
Take another deep breath and relax. Feel your body, feel the activated, energetic vibration of peace.

Take a few deep breaths.
And feel your body.
Bring curiosity and kindness to yourself,
and remind yourself, whatever you are feeling is ok.
Keep taking nice long slow relaxing breaths,
as you feel your body.
Have the palms of your hands open upwards.
Feel into the palm of your right hand,
imagine a ball of light there.
And notice how that feels.
Feel into the palm of your left hand,
imagine another ball of light there.
And notice how that feels.
Be aware of the soles of your feet, and imagine
a ball of light shining on the sole of each of your feet.
Notice how your breathing interacts with the orbs of light
on the palms your hands and the soles of your feet.
Imagine another beautiful orb of light
gently resting on the crown of your head.
These orbs of light bring messages of peace and love to you,
in the form of feelings, feelings of peace and feelings of love,
cascading into you.
Feel the peace and love filling in your body.
Merge with the peace and the love.
Keep noticing your breathing as the light from the orbs
expands and flows into you, and fills your body,
merging with the spark of life in every cell.
See how the light illuminates your energy centers,
often called chakras, notice how they brighten
with your awareness and attention.
The beautiful light on the crown of your head.
The radiant light in your third eye, in the very center
of your brain.
The bright, glowing light in the center of your throat.
The shimmering light in your heart.
The vibrant light centered in your belly, in your solar plexus.
The powerful light in the lower core of your torso,
in the center of your abdomen.
And the energizing light brightly glowing
at the base of your spine.
See your whole body illuminated,
Are there any colors?
Do you feel the light nourishing and restoring
your vital energy body?
Your power to feel is activating and growing stronger.
Keep exploring for yourself more ways to fill with light
and merge with the infinite love and peace
of your own being.
You have your own unique signature,
your own song.
Feel the beauty of your own song.
Your light is radiating into a glowing cocoon
all around you,
your own radiant aura,
holding you.
Let it become your temple, and your shield.
Throughout your day, remember :
You can feel your body,
and brighten your light
with each and every breath,
keeping your body, your energy field
and your aura filled and actively glowing
with light.
And know this as the essence of yourself:
Pure, Infinite Light, Peace
and Love.

relax your body,

Feel your body with curiosity
and loving kindness for yourself.
Let your breathing slow down.
Take a longer inhalation,
hold and pause,
and slowly exhale through your body.
Keep breathing like this,
breathe in, pause, and exhale into and through your body.
Notice whatever you are feeling physically and emotionally,
with curiosity, being gentle with yourself.
If there’s any resistance, that’s okay.
You can meet that with curiosity too,
as you just keep slowly breathing and feeling your body.
Feel into this moment.
Relax a little more into this moment.
Feel your body effortlessly alive.
Call in peace and love.
Call them in.
Notice how your breathing interacts with and activates
peace and love in your body.
Feel your body feeling peace.
Feel the love in your heart.
Feel your body receiving
from the infinite supply of peace and love.
There is an infinite supply of love and peace.
Feel yourself receiving and filling with peace and love.
The source of your own being is
pure, unconditional love and peace.
Notice any colors or images you might see,
and what the vibrations of peace and love look like to you.
You are a powerful being,
manifesting and amplifying love and peace in your body
and radiating this into the world.
Remember these steps,
take a few deeper breaths,
call in peace and love.
Breathe into your body
and feel your body.
The rest automatically happens by itself.
You have your own direct connection
to that infinite supply of love and peace.
Always here.
Always your very own.
The mind, our beautiful mind.
Our intelligence, insights, intuition, creativity,
wonder, vision, and so much glorious capacity in our mind
when it is free, clear, and peaceful.
But our minds are not always free, clear, and peaceful.
Have you noticed?
Is there sometimes a negative voice in your head?
For most of us, there is an inner critic,
a voice in our head of self-criticism, self-judgment,
and negative self-talk.
Take a deep focused breath,
inhale and expand your chest,
exhale and relax your shoulders.
As you keep breathing,
consider that within your mind there is both
speaking and listening going on.
Things are said and listened to in our mind.
Sometimes we are more identified with the speaker,
and sometimes we’re more identified with the listener.
Keep focusing on your breathing to regulate yourself
into feeling a more peaceful vibration.
Our thoughts are often just rambling on and on,
and we’re attentively listening,
without consciously choosing to do so.
It can be hypnotically automatic.
Let’s call this the inner critic, comprised of what seems like
an inner judge, an inner controller, self-criticism,
and negative self-talk.
Does this ever go on in your mind?
How do you feel about that?
As you take some deeper breaths, consider
silencing the inner critic whenever you want to
and deleting it for good.
How does that feel?
You do have choice.
And you can delete the inner critic and all its voices.
This is a great turning point for us,
for all of us,
to realize that we can have more agency
and control over what happens
in our beautiful minds.
This is why the power of your focus,
the ability to steer your attention as you desire,
is such a treasure.
There are many wounded parts of ourselves as well,
which deserve compassion, forgiveness,
and loving-kindness,
not criticism.
Take a few deeper breaths.
And as you do, bring some compassion,
some forgiveness, and breathe loving-kindness
into yourself.
We are adaptable, accommodating beings,
and we have somehow accepted this infiltration
into our mental body as normal.
Because we learn from everything we experience,
we may have created some value from hosting the inner critic,
unaware that it is an infiltration and that
it doesn’t belong to us, or in us.
It’s time to say no. No more. It’s time to hit delete,
like a virus in our computers infiltrating the operating system.
Delete it. Erase it.
You can do this! It just takes application, determination,
perseverance, and kindness to yourself.
Ask yourself, is there really anything else you need to learn
from being criticized, judged, abused, and bullied
by a voice in your head?
Are you ready to be done with that kind of infiltration
in your mental body?
It takes a dedicated commitment to not listen.
To realize it has nothing to offer you.
Does it ever make you feel good?
It’s your choice.
And you have the power and the freedom to choose
where you place your attention, and what you listen to,
inside your head and outside your head.
Of course, sometimes there are sirens going on outside,
and sometimes there are sirens going on inside,
and we do need to listen.
But we get to listen from a place of conscious awareness,
not just automatic hypnotic attention.
Once you absolutely decide not to listen,
you empower yourself to say no.
Like a child who puts their fingers in their ears
and says, “nah, nah, nah,” we can do that.
No need to think about it too much,
just say, “No, I’m done.”
Be aware that the inner critic switches back and forth
as a speaker and a listener inside your head,
a switch and bait tactic.
So be conscious of both. Especially pay attention
to the part of you that’s listening.
And know you can at any time
consciously redirect your attention
away from listening to negative self-talk,
which is always about the past or the future.
So placing your attention in the present moment
instantly liberates your mind.
It really doesn’t take long to silence that voice
once you decide you’re not going to listen
to any of it at all.
As you diligently practice consciously redirecting
your attention every time the inner critic shows up,
you will strengthen your capacity to focus as you choose.
You will delete that voice and erase that program
infiltrating your mind.
You will free your beautiful mind.
Take another few deep focused breaths.
Expand your chest as you breathe in,
and relax your shoulders as you breathe out.
Three times.
Here are some ways to instantly turn off the inner critic in any moment:
First and foremost, be vigilant to notice whenever it shows up.
The inner critic feeds on your attention. Don’t give it any attention.
You will delete it by completely eliminating
it from your attention.
Consciously take over both the speaking and the listening parts of your mind,
they both belong only to you.
Take your power back.
Catch yourself when your mind is off and running,
and immediately redirect your attention
to focus on something else, anything else.
You can focus on your breathing,
count your breaths, and feel your body.
Mentally name and focus on one body part at a time
as you scan your body.
Focus on anything that’s happening around you in the present moment,
say something about it in your head,
or name what you see around you.
Name what colors you see.
Listen to the sounds around you;
Sing, hum, or chant, giving each sound your full attention.
These are just some ways to ignore the inner critic
so fully that it will die off.
It needs your attention to exist.
If you don’t feed it, it cannot survive.
Stay focused in the present moment.
And be gentle with yourself.
If you find you’ve been listening for a while to an old story,
especially do not let that negative voice jump in
and criticize you about that!
Take another deep breath and exhale with a big sigh.
To free yourself from the inner critic
is a most precious gift you can give yourself.
You will have more access to your infinite wisdom
and your personal sovereignty.
You will be able to meet each moment from a place of
peace, compassion, and forgiveness.
You will be able to center yourself in wonder,
curiosity, and kindness.
You will be able to fully trust in the love
that you truly are.
And you will have peace of mind.
Peace.
We long for peace.
We long for inner peace.
We long for peace and love
to flow in our hearts
and flourish in our relationships.
We long for peace, understanding,
and respect with our neighbors,
close by and far away.
We long for peace on earth.
And every little step we take in that direction
is so good.
We can start with ourselves.
We have more agency over what happens
within us than we’ve been told.
As we open ourselves to feeling peace,
with curiosity, gentleness,
and kindness to ourselves,
marvelous things start to happen.
We open pathways within us that we didn’t know were there.
We experience new sensations and we discover
that our capacity to feel
is a superpower, a true gift.
There’s so much to discover when we take a little time
to just stop.
To stop and breathe, to be quiet, to relax,
feel our physical body, listen into the present moment,
and open ourselves to feeling peace.
Simply feeling peace.
With no agenda, letting go
of needing to achieve anything,
accomplish anything,
prove anything.
Just allowing ourselves to pause,
to breathe,
to relax,
to receive,
and to feel.
We enter a gateway, a portal within us,
unique to each of us, so powerful, so beautiful,
so deep and profound.
When we take time, we make time.
Our minds might tell us
we don’t have enough time to do this,
that we have so much to do, etc., etc.
But what if it actually worked differently?
What if by taking the time
to stop, relax, and feel peace,
this created more space and more time in your life.
What if by doing this every day, consistently,
you could change your life from the inside out
in ways you really longed for?
Take a little time, just for yourself,
to stop and feel peace every day.
And during the day, remind yourself,
you can feel peace right now,
anytime, anywhere, no matter what is going on,
no matter how crazy things get, or how upset you might feel.
Take time, make time, to give yourself
the gift of feeling peace.
What a wonder to discover what happens
when you give yourself time and space to stop!
Quiet down.
Breathe.
Relax.
Open and receive.
Feel your body.
And feel peace.
Peace.
Peace and quiet.
Listen for a moment
to what’s going on around you
in your current environment.
Pause, and take a deep breath.
Breathe into this moment
and relax.
Peace and quiet, how we long for this.
When we stop the busy-ness of our minds,
our plans for the future, for a moment,
and stop thinking about the past
and just breathe into this present moment,
we feel our bodies calming down and relaxing.
Feel your body relax.
In this quietness, we can feel more peace.
Take another deep breath,
breathing in slowly, and pause,
and breathing out slowly, and pause
and relax.
Peace is something we feel inside of us
with all of our senses, including our sense of awareness.
Peace is something we feel,
it’s not something that happens to us.
We don’t need to wait to feel peace.
No matter what else is going on in our lives,
no matter what we are feeling, no matter what we are going through,
without changing a thing, we can feel for peace.
We can feel for peace within us,
it’s part of our being.
This UPLIFT 28 Days PEACE IMMERSION
is a time to immerse yourself in peace
and offer yourself the opportunity to feel peace
as often as possible every day, every moment,
no matter what else is happening in your life.
And we encourage you to dedicate
three to seven minutes a day, at least,
to stop everything else and just feel for peace,
so that you become more and more familiar
with accessing peace and develop your capacity
to feel peace anywhere, anytime.
And by doing this together, we support each other
and we are supported by each other, exponentially.
Let’s see what happens in our personal lives, in our relationships,
and in the world when we feel and activate the energies
of peace within us, and feel them flow
through us and radiate into the world.
We are each powerful beings
of light and love and peace.

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child.
Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”
4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions.
5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.
6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.
7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it.
1. Feel your body.
2. Relax your shoulders.
3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.
4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.
5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.
Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
