✨ NAME YOUR EMOTIONS TO YOURSELF ✨
Be curious about your current emotional experience.
Name your emotions to yourself when they show up and change
throughout the day. Bring curiosity and kindness to yourself,
as you remain aware of feeling for peace, calm, quietness,
tranquility, relaxation, and serenity.
Listen, feel, and experience this Guided Meditation ~ Inner Journey:
Your UPI 🕊️ Daily Morning Practice:
⭐️ Listen to the daily UPI Meditation and then sit quietly to integrate the frequencies for a few to several more minutes of quiet time.
⭐️ Notice your breathing, take 3 deeper breaths, and feel your body, feel your presence, and invite yourself to relax with each exhalation.
⭐️ Visualize your head filling with light and focus on the central spark of light.
⭐️ Bring curiosity and kindness to your current experience and name to yourself what emotions are showing up.
⭐️ Say 3 kind and loving things to yourself.
⭐️ Write down what you are feeling in your journal.

We are feeling beings
and we have lots of emotions.
What a blessing!
We know it doesn’t always feel like a blessing
to feel all your emotions.
As you courageously open into feeling your
current experience with curiosity and compassion
for yourself, and name your emotions,
you might find that you will begin to feel
more peace, calm, relaxation,
and serenity.
Take time today to discover this for yourself.
Peace is fundamental to who you are.
And being curious centers you in your Source connection.
Source itself is curious about being you.
