What are you curious about?

As you explore and expand your capacity to feel,
with curiosity,
you will enter a totally unexpected realm
of resource and resilience.

Curiously,
when you feel your body, with curiosity,
it becomes more of an adventure
and an exploration, and you can relax more.
It’s so important to relax.

See what happens
as you take a deep breath and relax,
and feel your body
with curiosity.

And if there’s part of you that doesn’t want to relax,
be curious about that part of yourself!

And when you feel into
the emotional body, and your emotions,
with curiosity and kindness for yourself,
you shift into a new perspective.
You meet yourself in wonder.

Curiosity and wonder are best friends!

Notice what you are feeling right now?

Without attending to any internal commentary,
just notice, with curiosity,
what are you feeling?

Perhaps things come up, such as fear or self-judgment.
You can meet them with curiosity too, 
stepping out of the story.

Not identifying with,
and not identifying against,
just being curious.

No need to listen to the voice in your head.
Shift into the simple perspective of just being curious about whatever you feel, even feeling fear, or anger, or hatred.
It’s ok.
You’re just feeling these things, not acting them out.

Curiosity gives you the capacity to keep feeling, even when it’s painful.
And it’s in those painful places that we find great release,
when we just feel the feelings, and allow whatever is happening, to just be.

We all could use a good cry!

If that’s what happens, let it happen, and feel the relief.

You will feel a lot of relief as you release those
withheld, suppressed, hidden and denied emotions,
by just feeling them with curiosity,
allowing them to be felt and seen,
patiently observing the changes
that will happen.

Curiosity transforms any experience
into the exact medicine needed to heal that experience.
Especially with kindness and compassion, towards yourself added in there!

You will discover so much beauty and resilience within you.

Feel the transformation that happens
when you give yourself the time to feel,
with curiosity and wonder, and with kindness for yourself.

It’s time.

It’s time to step into your greatness.

What a powerful
and meaningful adventure
curiosity brings to your conscious awakening,
a deeper awakening to your

infinite being of pure love.

You can play around with curiosity,
and feel the shift that happens,
being curious about things, big things and little things,
and mostly about yourself.

Curiosity

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child. 

Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
