You Are Needed

You are needed,
you are important,
and you really matter!

Your caring heart
and your longing for the world
to be a better place for everyone,
really do make a difference.

Take a few deep breaths, and relax.
Feel the whole of your body,
from the top of your head
to the bottom of your feet, and
everything in between.

Keep noticing the breath
as you ground into your body.

Feel your breath flowing into and through
the whole of your body,
feel the sensations
of your whole body being alive.

Feel into your heart center,
with curiosity and gentleness for yourself.

Bring into your awareness
some beautiful images of nature,
of Mother Earth, and see what shows up for you.

As you attune to the beauty
of this magnificent planet,
let yourself fill with the vibrations of
beauty and peace.

How does this feel?

Breathe into the feelings of peace and beauty,
in your body.

Notice how this feels.

What would your vision
for a world at peace look like?

Imagine what a world we could create
if more people could feel good,
feel comfortable, confident, and peaceful,
feel safe, abundant, and happy,
and know they are filled with light
and directly connected
to an infinite supply of love,
within themselves,
through their own source connection?

Feel into your source connection,
through the love and care in your heart.

Feel into your own infinite supply of love.

Your longing for a world where each one of us
truly recognizes the value of love and honors peace,
really matters!

Your wishes for humans to wake up and honor
the sacredness of life, each other
and Mother Earth,
really does make a difference.

Take another deep breath and relax a bit more.
Keep breathing and noticing how you feel,
and how you want to feel.

You are a radiant being of peace and love.
And whatever you are feeling
is always ok.

Be fully with the presence of you.
Your unique, pure and quietly
powerful being.

And as you more fully feel yourself embodied, t
he more you will emanate these beautiful vibrations.

It’s the beauty of you
that resonates with Mother Nature and the Earth.
It’s the truth of your being of love and light
and peace that vibrate together
with Mother Earth.
All the rest is getting healed.

Seek for the beauty in your life right now.
Remind yourself of what’s good in your life
and what’s good in the world.
Spend time in the beauty of nature,
attuning yourself to that beauty,
and as you do, be curious about how you feel,
and know that it matters,
that you matter,
that you make a difference.

You are needed, just as you are.

Curiosity

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child. 

Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
