We Are Entering the Gateway of
THE UPLIFT SOLSTICE PEACE IMMERSION

Simple * Easy * Powerful

It’s Simple because Peace is our natural state of being and therefore always present within us.

It’s Easy because all it takes is breathing, feeling, and being present.

It’s Powerful because we are powerful. You are powerful.

Feel for peace within you as if you are looking for a great treasure, and you will find it. It’s not something that happens to you, it’s something that happens in you; it is something you find by feeling for it.
And the more you feel for it, the more you find.

Take a deep breath right now and focus
on feeling your body, and nothing else.
It might be easier for you to feel for peace by feeling calm, relaxed, quiet, and by bringing in images of nature,
beautiful colors, and other things that relate to peace for you.
Keep feeling your body and notice what happens as you feel for and merge with peace.
You can do this, and make this an ongoing wonderful, ever-deepening, and glorious experience for yourself.

Be attentive to the things that distract you from feeling peace.
All of us are vulnerable to things that trip us up!
It’s part of what keeps life juicy, interesting, challenging, and exciting.

Such as:
How easily we are influenced and sidetracked by … everything.
How we have been conditioned to behave and interact in specific ways that are limited and inauthentic to our truest self.
How easily we suppress what we feel.
How we look to others to make sure we are ok.
How we can see challenges and changes as failures.
How we diminish ourselves, in different ways, for whatever reasons.
How we incessantly push ourselves out of fear that we’re not good enough and have to do more.
How we hold onto our cherished and painstakingly cultivated beliefs that may no longer serve us.
How we’ve been taught to form opinions, and defend them as if they are truth, and to close ourselves off to anything that challenges them.

These are some of the things we have recognized in ourselves.
It may be helpful for you to consider if they apply to you or not.

Self-realization includes authentic self-recognition
where there is so much to let go of. And, of course, so much to discover!

And through our simple awareness we are purifying
all our conditioning and distractions. Hallelujah!

 

Here are some things to that will help you feel good,
raise your vibration, and feel more peace.

1. Express and feel gratitude, appreciation, and care, to your loved ones, to nature, to anyone, and to yourself.
2. Look for what is right in your life. Look for what is right and good in the world.
Appreciate that what you desire, but do not have, even exists. The mere fact that something, or someone, or some experience exists can bring you joy.
3. Feel your body. One of the best practices you could do for yourself is to feel your body.
4. Stay grounded in your body, and feel whatever you are feeling with curiosity and kindness to yourself. This gives you the opportunity to feel for what you want to feel, and choose what you want to experience in your life.
5. Be grateful for yourself, your body, and your life just as it is, with loving kindness and compassion for yourself.
6. Be thankful for your existence.
7. Pay attention to your breath, feel your body, and connect to Mother Earth. That will keep you present, and give you more space, peace, and resilience.
8. Be patient with yourself and others. Pause, breathe, feel, consider, and lovingly speak your truth.

You are an infinite being of unconditional love, light, and peace.
Give yourself time everyday to remind yourself of this, and to feel it.

Curiosity

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child. 

Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
