Ways to Prioritize Peace With Yourself and In Your Relationships. 

First and foremost remember it’s always your own choice to feel peace
in the present moment, no matter what is going on, or what else you’re feeling.

✨ Be curious about your current experience and what you are feeling with compassion for yourself 

✨ And feel for peace, stillness, serenity, calm, tranquility, quietness, and presence

Peace is always available within you because it is fundamental to your being.

Remember and remind yourself that you are an eternal being of radiant light, infinite love, and unconditional peace. And nothing, and no one can change, or alter, or diminish, the truth of who you are.

Only we doubt, deny and diminish ourselves. Let’s stop doing that. Let’s humbly acknowledge the truth of who we are.

We are the change makers. We are the ones living into being a higher consciousness reality right here, right now, by embodying more and more of our own higher consciousness reality, already within us, along with and supported by this beautiful planet, Gaia, Mother Earth. Don’t despair! The challenges you feel and face are very temporary.

Any of these suggestions below can support you in any moment to feel and experience more peace. 

PEACE WITH YOURSELF

  1. Take time to honor yourself.
  2. Take 3 Deep Breaths – and slow down. Or take 3 sets of 3 breaths.
  3. Feel Your Body. Feel yourself present in this moment by feeling your body, and breathing.
  4. Visualize your head filling with light and focus on the central spark of light.
  5. Choose an INNER RESOURCE and do the self-enquiry guide. You will discover so much about yourself!
  6. Say kind and loving thoughts to yourself, about yourself, over and over again. And invite yourself to relax right now.
  7. Be curious about your current emotional experience. Bring kindness and compassion to yourself. Just name the emotions and notice that you can still feel for peace.
  8. Shift your perspective. Be curious about the possibility of having a different perspective about anything that’s bothering you. Think of three different ways you could perceive something.
  9. Embrace Curiosity about everything, and you will shift into a higher perspective.
  10. Call In Gratitude. Discover what you can be genuinely grateful for right now. Take a few moments to think of 3 things you are grateful for, and feel the peace of feeling gratitude.
  11. Forgive Yourself. Give yourself space and compassion to forgive yourself. Think of something you have been holding against yourself, and forgive yourself. You have always done the best you could. Let it go. Cherish the comforting support of 3 deep breaths, and feel for peace.
  12. Choose Trust. Choose to trust yourself.
  13. Focus on feeling your body’s energy field while consciously breathing, and feeling for the vibrations of your own life-force energy.
  14. Visualize your light body until you feel it sparkling within you and radiating around you. Be curious what shows up in your aura.
  15. Do something you really love. Take extra time for yourself to think, plan and do something you really love, and that makes you happy.
  16. Honor, compliment, and acknowledge yourself to yourself. You have done so many wonderful things! You deserve to generously and emphatically acknowledge yourself.
  17. Honor your extraordinary uniqueness. As you acknowledge yourself, allow yourself to feel and experience your divine value and the gifts you alone bring to your life and the world.
  18. Quietness. Take extra time today to be with yourself to feel quietness.
  19. Take one day at a time. And keep consciously breathing. Everything is always changing, and this too will pass.
  20. Prioritize Peace in the present moment.
  21. Bathe in Nature. Feel your connection to Mother Earth and let her hold you in peace.
  22. Make Peace with your thoughts. You choose to listen or not to listen to the voice in your head. You can choose the thoughts you want. You can choose thoughts that make you feel better. It just takes choosing this in every moment you remember that you can, with compassion for yourself.
  23. Let it be. Relax, Trust in silence, and embrace the superpower of not-knowing.

PEACE WITH YOUR RELATIONSHIPS

  1. Choose Trust. Choose to trust yourself.
  2. Prioritize Peace in the present moment.
  3. Choose Peace in your relationships. You can lovingly speak your truth, and be authentic while choosing peace in your relationships.
  4. Take time to be aware of your expectations in any of your relationships, especially if you feel angry, upset or disappointed.
  5. Drop the story, the narrative, the explanations, the judgments, etc. and just notice what you’re feeling with curiosity and kindness to yourself. Name the emotions, and notice where you feel them in your body. Keep consciously breathing. Be curious what reveals to you.
  6. Discover the many ways you already know to bring more peace into your relationships. Just ask yourself in quietness.
  7. Honor, compliment, and acknowledge someone, out loud or within your mind.
  8. Find Another Perspective. Be curious to discover how changing your perspective can bring more peace into a relationship.
  9. The Other’s Point Of View. Be open and curious about their point of view, their longings, their woundings, their limitations, without giving up or denying your own.
  10. Remind yourself that you are an eternal being of radiant light, infinite love, and unconditional peace. And nothing, and no one can change, or alter, or diminish, the truth of who you are.
  11. Quietly Stand In Your Power as you communicate. Be aware of your breathing. There is so much presence and power in being aware of your breathing, and pausing for a moment.
  12. Write kind and loving messages to someone.
  13. Apologize to someone. If you feel ready to share, this can bring peace.
  14. Honor your extraordinary uniqueness. Experience and acknowledge your divine value and the gifts you alone bring to the world to another person.
  15. Lovingly Speak Your Truth, especially if you get upset, after you have calmed down. Speak your truth to yourself. And then share with others.
  16. Count the many blessings in your relationships. Look for, notice and remind yourself what is working and what your appreciate and are grateful for.
  17. You can interrupt conversations that are not meaningful for you. You can say, “I would prefer not to talk about this anymore.” Or, “I’m no longer interested in this subject, or this conversation.” Suggest another topic, redirect the conversation, or ask what they are currently feeling. And if need be, walk away.
  18. Focus on what you feel, not what they did.
  19. Compliment and acknowledge the people who are meaningful to you. Let them know how you feel.
  20. Smile your beautiful smile at anyone and everyone as a gift from your heart. And be curious about what happens.
  21. Send loving messages to your friends and loved ones.
  22. Just say, “I understand.” when someone is upset. Hold space, and feel for peace, and you will radiate peace and quietness.
  23. Forgive someone if you feel comfortable with that. They probably did the best they could, and you had a different expectation.
  24. Invite someone to be in Nature with you. Feel your connection to Mother Earth and let her hold you in peace.
  25. Send blessings mentally, verbally, and/or in writing.
  26. Make Peace with the world.
  27. Let it be. Relax, Trust in silence, and embrace the superpower of not-knowing.
  28. Choose curiosity.
  29. Go to the UPLIFT BLESSINGS PORTAL.

Keep a journal and / or make a box to put messages in. Each day write kind and loving messages to yourself. Take a few moments and at least 3 breaths to feel the loving vibrations of your messages in your body, and in your heart as you say and write loving things to yourself.

Curiosity

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child. 

Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
