Breathe into your heart space.
Feel your body.
Be conscious of your breathing.

redirect your attention to this present moment.
This is something to experience and to feel,

It is only in the present moment
that we experience anything.
We only breathe in the present moment.
We only hear what is going on around us
in the present moment.
We only feel anything in the present moment.

Your body is the vehicle of your consciousness
in this lifetime on Earth.
Feel your body with a little more presence,
a little more awareness, a little more appreciation.
Feel your body breathing.
Let your shoulders relax as you breathe out.
Feel the energy of your body,
the energetic aliveness of your body.
Breathe into the depths of your heart space.
Feel your own being.
Feel your own self.
Feel your own presence.
Feel for all those parts of you
that have been hiding, or put aside,
over your lifetime.
All those veiled aspects of yourself.
All those parts:
✨– your wisdom, your insights, your knowing,
your sensitivities, your humor, your undisputed greatness,
your magnificent light, your intuition, your very presence,
and so much of the love you have offered – ✨
diminished, rejected, shamed,
abused, not allowed, not appreciated,
not accepted, not met, by yourself
and others.
Keep breathing as you allow yourself to feel
whatever parts show up for you.
Give them all a few drops of compassion.
Bathe yourself in liquid light.
It’s safe now to begin to bring those parts of yourself
into more focus, into more presence.
You are safe with yourself.
Feel your body.
Let your breath soothe you.
Breathe yourself into this quiet present moment.
Fill yourself with love, with courage, with truth,
and compassion.
Bring curiosity to whatever you are feeling.
Let it all be here.
You integrate and embody more of yourself
through simply feeling your body,
and breathing into your heart space.
This is a big first step.
Big transitions take time.
Be gentle with yourself.
And the paradox is
that even though it takes time,
it’s always right now.
And it’s only in this present moment
✨ this always right now moment ✨
that you can experience and feel yourself.
So give yourself time every day,
✨ just for you ✨
to be present, free,
and unclaimed.

Our lives are in a powerful momentum,
so demanding, with a sense of urgency, stress,
and never enough
time…
We need to create an intervention for ourselves!
We must take the time to be free.
A few minutes every day to disengage
from the outward facing world.
Only you can give this to yourself.
You are a sovereign being. You are a creator being.
And you manage time by prioritizing your choices.
You are making choices all the time.
Treasure Your Freedom!
Honor Your Own Magnificent Self.
It is required.
