ILLUMINATE YOUR LIGHT BODY

We are Beings of Infinite Love and Sparkling Light!

Breathe deeply in to your lungs – they hold
receptors to connect you to your light body.
Feel the energy of your 7 main chakras – they are portals
to your higher consciousness self.

 Listen, feel, and experience this Guided Meditation ~ Inner Journey:

Your UPI 🕊️ Daily Morning Practice:

⭐️ Listen to the daily UPI Meditation and the music that follows each meditation while you sit quietly to integrate the frequencies.

⭐️ Notice your breathing, take 3 deeper breaths, and feel your body, feel your presence, and invite yourself to relax with each exhalation.

⭐️ Visualize your head filling with light and focus on the central spark of light.

⭐️ Bring curiosity and kindness to your current experience and name to yourself what emotions are showing up.

⭐️ Say 3 kind and loving things to yourself.

⭐️ Write down what you are feeling in your journal.

BREATHE & AWAKEN YOUR LIGHT BODY

Breathe long, slow breaths, fill your lungs, and pause.
Feel your chest full, then slowly exhale, relaxing.

Breathe in again, fill your lungs, and pause.
Feel your chest full and be aware that the delicate
receptors in your lungs are activating.

Slowly, almost hesitatingly, let the breath release
as if you are gently pushing the air into and
through your whole body,
energizing every cell.

Feel and visualize the life-force energy – the prana –
moving like liquid light through your body,
lighting up every cell, and flowing
into and through your skin
to shine in your radiant aura.

As you keep breathing,
visualize and feel every cell
sparkling with light.

And you will discover the presence of
your radiant light body.

Keep taking long, slow breaths, relaxing and
letting go into emptiness and not-knowing.
Feel yourself simply as pure light,
however that happens
for you.

Be aware of your 7 main chakras,
and feel them each filling and shining with light.

of illumination.

In the currently quite dense dimension
of this world, not that many people
can see your radiant, glowing,
sparkling light.

But don’t let that stop you!

Be the light you want to see in the world!
It is we who are accessing the dimension
where our light will be felt
and seen!

to keep shining your
beautiful light.

Curiosity

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child. 

Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
