✨ GROUND WITH MOTHER NATURE ✨
Place your hands on a tree,
touch a living plant, or lie down upon the Earth.
Feel the life-force flowing through all living things.
Take several deep breaths and imagine roots of light and energy
extending from your body deep into the soil below.
Allow Mother Earth to hold you, nourish you, and remind you
that you belong and you are intimately connected to her.
Open more within yourself to feel for peace.
You can always close your eyes, visualize, and feel yourself in nature.
Keep your visualization activated until you can feel the wind
caressing your skin, hear the rustling of the trees, see the light touching
everything, and be aware of the soft sounds of the living world around you.
And remember: this beauty, this vastness, this peace,
is always within you.
