Notice your breathing, take 3 deeper breaths, and feel your body, feel your presence, and invite yourself to relax with each exhalation.
Visualize your head filling with light and focus on the central spark of light.
Bring curiosity and kindness to your current experience and name to yourself what emotions are showing up.
Say 3 kind and loving things to yourself.
Write down what you are feeling in your journal.
✨ THE POWER OF YOUR INTENTION ✨
Most of us are familiar with the question,
“Is the glass half full or half empty?”
And we know that it is a matter of perspective.
Both views are options.
We get to choose.
We get to choose how we perceive our lives.
And how we meet each moment.
Do we meet the moment with suspicion, fear,
apprehension, and worry?
Or do we meet the moment with curiosity, wonder,
anticipation, and hopefulness?
Both are options.
And there are times when each is needed.
We get to choose.
But we are so inundated with bad news and
fear-based information that we can become skewed
towards a negative outlook.
It takes courage to step out of that momentum
and keep choosing love, peace, joy, humor, and goodness.
How can we bring more joy, light, peace, goodness, and love
into our lives, into ourselves, and for the people around us?
We have the power to elicit more joy, to take the lead,
and to cultivate more awareness of our impact
on the world around us.
We each have our own way of instigating joy and happiness,
and making people feel good. Take a moment to consider
the many ways you do that.
MAKE IT YOUR INTENTION TO BRING JOY TO THE MOMENT
Focus your powerful intention
on bringing more joy, more light, more peace,
more love, and more goodness.
And as you go about your day,
be curious and open to discover in each moment
what creative ways reveal to bring more joy
and lightness right then and there.
Hold your intention with fierce and loving clarity.
If you intend to bring more joy,
to lighten the energy in the room,
to make someone laugh,
to let someone know you care,
it will happen.
Offer a genuine compliment, a smile, a hug.
Take the time to say some kind and
loving things to people,
tell someone that they really matter to you,
and that you care how they feel.
See the goodness in any moment, redirect
a negative conversation, point out something beautiful.
Maintain your focus on your inner peace,
your inner resources, your higher consciousness
perspective.
You have many ways to bring more peace and joy!
And it starts with and is held by
your powerful intention.
