Thich Nhat Hanh: Walk With Me
Celebrating the Life of one of our Greatest Masters

Thich Nhat Hanh is venerated the world over as one of the greatest spiritual teachers of our time. The sweet Vietnamese monk who lives in Plum Village, his meditation centre in the south of France, is dearly beloved by his own followers and people across the world who are inspired by his profound teachings.

The 90 year-old spiritual leader who suffered a severe stroke in 2014, and underwent rehabilitation in the US, only arriving home earlier this year, has travelled to his centre in Thailand this week. His Thai Plum Village has over 150 monastic disciples and his followers have come from all over Asia to see him on this unexpected visit. He was banned from his home country Vietnam, but was allowed to visit there a decade ago.

Thay, as his followers call him, is a committed peace activist and teacher who has written over 100 books during his life. A new movie about his life and teachings will come out next year. Walk with Me is a cinematic journey into the world of a monastic community who practice the art of mindfulness with the Zen Buddhist master.

It was filmed over three years in his monastery in France and on the road in the US, and includes insights from Thich Nhat Hanh’s personal journals, narrated by well known actor, Benedict Cumberbatch.
