The Dalai Lama’s Guide to Happiness
How to find authentic happiness that is longlasting

We all want to be happy, right?  With so much seeking and desire for happiness you would think we would have discovered this thing so vital to our existence. But instead, people are unhappy, depressed and medicating themselves with addictive behaviours.  Why is happiness eluding us?

His Holiness says we all have the potential to be happy and illustrates how we are looking for happiness in all the wrong places, and are not taught the values and understanding of life that will support us to be truly happy. He believes peace of mind, warm heartedness, trust and equality all contribute to happiness and his perspective on happiness shows us the pathway to the deep and authentic happiness that is long lasting.

He shares his insights into human behaviour and values that impact our happiness, particularly in this materialistic Western life. And most importantly the Dalai Lama shares how we can discover true happiness for ourselves.
