1. Breathe Into Your Heart Space
The simplest thing is to take a deep breath, right now.
And then take a few more comforting, nurturing breaths
into your heart space. Imagine yourself breathing in divine light,
or any uplifting, beautiful, and healing energy.
Discover the resilience of taking 5 – 10 deep breaths
into your heart space several times a day.
2. Hydrate With High Frequency Water
Drink pure, clean water throughout the day.
Take one second while you drink to connect with the water,
say a word such as “Love” – “Thanks” – “Joy” – “Blessings” –
“Peace” – “Beauty” – to activate those higher frequencies.
Offer your genuine love and appreciation.
Water is alive! It feeds, purifies, and sustains all life,
as well as your own body. Our bodies are over 50% water!
We are just beginning to discover the miraculous powers of water.
3. Rest
Give yourself time to just rest, relax, let go, and do nothing.

Become familiar with the simple experience
of feeling your body, with curiosity and kindness to yourself.
This will develop into a rich, exquisite,
and transformative sensory awareness superpower.

5. Feel Your Feelings
What are you feeling right now?
Just name the feeling/emotion, without a story.
Welcome each and every emotion, even those you have tried
to avoid feeling, or believe you shouldn’t feel.
It’s all ok, it is essential that we feel everything, with curiosity,
kindness, and compassion for ourselves.
Resisting any emotion locks that frequency into place, it gets stuck.
Allowing yourself to just name and feel the feelings, whatever they are,
will free you as you feel for the vibration and stay with it.
It will change, it will release.
Feeling our emotions is the bridge to our higher self.
It is through feeling love that we experience love.
It is through feeling everything
that our lives become more wonderful and meaningful.
We learn to navigate our emotions by feeling them and their vibrations,
the mastery of which is essential for our evolution.
We are feeling beings.
6. Delete The Inner Critic And Choose Your Focus
Train yourself to stop listening to any self-judgment, self-criticism,
or negative self-talk. Vigilantly and determinedly redirect your attention
if you notice it going on. It will stop. It feeds off of your attention.
Stop giving it any attention.
For most of us, it’s an unconscious habit. Free yourself.
Consciously choose where you place your attention and your focus.
It’s well worth the effort.
7. Have Fun And Laugh
What do you enjoy? Having fun and laughing are divinely healing
and revitalizing in so many ways! You uplift yourself and everyone around you
as you laugh and have more fun! We shower the world with good energy
when we have fun and we laugh.
8. Honor Yourself
Say loving, kind, and compassionate words and messages to yourself.
There is so much that is genuinely wonderful about you.
Say something glorious that you know
about yourself right now!
9. Eat Clean Foods
Pay close attention to what you put into the living temple
of your human body. Feed your body with love,
care, and respect.
Our bodies are conscious, living miracles.
10. Activate Your Inner Resources
You have within you a treasure trove of resources that can instantly
change your mood, elevate your frequency, infuse your life with meaning,
align you with your higher self, and bring healing, vitality,
and resonance to every cell of your body,
and all your subtle bodies as well.
Feel for your Inner Resources
such as gratitude, patience, presence,
joy, humility, courage, authenticity, beauty, forgiveness,
peace, and love. And there are many more.
Choose one right now
and experience how you feel.
11. Move Your Body
Breathing is a first step in moving your body.
Wiggling your toes and fingers is another way to move your body.
And stretching always feels great!
Standing up and asking your body in what way it feels like moving,
is also so good. There are so many ways to move your body.
Discover what feels good to you, and enjoy moving your body
in any way you like.
12. Ground To Mother Earth
Be aware of your energetic connection to Mother Earth.
Spend time in nature.
Listen to the birds, feel the wind, absorb the sunlight,
hug a tree, look up and meet the sky!
See and feel the beauty of nature.
Extend your awareness to explore the wonders
of all that grows and all the animals that we live with
on this beautiful, abundantly alive,
and conscious planet.
13. Bathe In Silence
Dedicate some time, every day, to being silent,
feeling silence, absorbing silence.
Bathing in silence is time when you don’t need
to know anything,
or do anything, or be anything,
or remember anything,
or plan anything.
You can unhook from all of that
so you can be open, present, and free –
so you can dwell in the mystery of not knowing, in deep peace,
in the evolving infinite being of love that you truly are.
Bathing In Silence is a gift that keeps on giving
and giving, and giving.
Take care of yourself.
You deserve it.
And then you model this for everyone else.
