Shimmering With Light

Give yourself time to experience this Guided Meditation ~ Inner Journey:

Take a deep breath,

Feel your body.

And just notice whatever you are feeling with curiosity
and kindness to yourself.
It’s all ok.
Whatever you are feeling, it’s all ok.
And it’s always changing.

We all want to be happier and to feel good.
We all want more light and less darkness in our world,
in our lives, and in ourselves.

We are beings of light,
of infinite light and pure, unconditional love.

Take a few moments to feel that light and love in your heart.

Feel how much you care.

Feel your longing for more love.

You have so much love to give.

You have so much light to shine.

And both are growing stronger and brighter all the time.

Your own suffering has given you great compassion.

Like little children, human beings are inherently
happy, curious, and adorable.

Think of someone you love, which can be a person,
an animal, a pet, a tree, or a place in nature.

Feel the love filling your heart.
Feel the light that is there too, within you.

Feel yourself filling with light, every cell and particle
of your body, sparkling and shimmering with light.

Take a moment to inquire,
“When you turn on the light in a dark room,
where does the darkness go?”

It is simply gone.

Take another deep breath.

Feel your body.

And keep filling with light, breathing, and shining
your light, brighter and brighter.

You can always bring more light into yourself.

Stay plugged into Source as a priority.
And feel the difference.

Redirect your focus from what’s wrong
to what is going right.

To what’s working in your life.
To what you’re grateful for.
To the many blessings.
To the love and care
you feel.

You wouldn’t be upset about all that’s wrong
if you didn’t care.

We’ve all become fascinated and even a little obsessed
with what’s wrong.

It’s time to change our focus.

It’s time to be vigilant about what we give our energy
and our attention to, because we energize
and amplify what we
focus on.

And it’s time to have more fun!

How filled with light we become when we laugh
and do things we really enjoy, like
little happy children.

Focus on what you want the world to be
by being that yourself –
Loving
Kind
Forgiving
Patient
Gentle
Funny
Strong
Empowered
Clear
And unwavering in your commitment
to honor yourself.

Lovingly speak your truth,
even when you’re triggered and upset,
especially when you’re triggered and upset
once you’ve calmed down a bit.

Lovingly communicate the truth of you,
what you feel and what you
truly long for.

What beautiful examples we become
of self-empowered human beings.

Every moment and each breath is an opportunity
to shine more light in your heart.
For yourself, for others,
and for the world.

Empower yourself and shine your light!

And see what happens.

Curiosity

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child. 

Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
