Oprah Winfrey tells Sexual Predators their ‘Time is Up’
In a powerful speech at Golden Globe Awards, Oprah Winfrey gives notice that there will be a day soon “where nobody has to say ‘me too’ again.”

In a moving speech, Oprah Winfrey, 63, has accepted the 2018 Golden Globe Cecil B. DeMille Award–an honorary award for outstanding contributions to the world of entertainment–at the 75th Annual Golden Globe Awards. Keeping in with true Oprah style, the speech received tears and standing ovations. In one of the most powerful moments, the star assured sexual predators that their ‘time is up.’

“I want all the girls watching to know a new day is on the horizon,” Oprah declared. “And when that new day finally dawns, it will be because of a lot of magnificent women, many of whom are right here in this room tonight, and some pretty phenomenal men, fighting hard to make sure they are the leaders to take us to the time where nobody has to say ‘me too’ again.”
