Self-Discovery Guidelines to Access and Activate:
Serenity/Tranquility

Take your time, go slowly, and be patient with yourself to get the best results.

1. Feel your body, take a few moments to settle in. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it.

2. Focus on and bring your awareness to the specific Inner Resource of Serenity/Tranquility.

Explore the following questions:

Writing down your insights is very helpful, and we encourage you to keep a journal of your explorations, so grab a journal or a pad of paper now!

Can I feel serenity and tranquility within me?  

Does this resonate with you: “I am longing to feel more peace, I am longing to ease the stress, pressure, intensity and worry that I feel.” 

We all feel this way some of the time, if not a lot of the time! 

Take several deep breaths; and be aware of your body. Allow your body to relax a bit more each time you exhale. As you keep breathing and relaxing, bring curiosity to the words serenity and tranquility.

Can you feel the essence of serenity as a felt sense in your body?

Let this experience deepen, keeping your curiosity on the feelings of serenity and tranquility within you, and nothing else. With gentleness and kindness, explore the sensations of serenity, peace and tranquility arising in your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. 

Allow yourself to sink into the sensations and let them get stronger. Let them fill up every cell in your body. And allow yourself to absorb the energy of peace and tranquility within you. 

These sensations can also be called the frequencies of serenity and tranquility. 

Serenity and tranquility are a deep healing balm for us. The more time we give to this exploration, the more we are able to access and activate these powerful frequencies within us. 

Throughout the day, as you remember, bring your awareness to this exploration, accessing and activating the feelings of serenity and tranquility and see how it feels for you.

Remember that writing down your insights can be very helpful.
