Feeling Is The Gateway

By feeling your Inner Resources you activate your higher consciousness frequencies that positively impact yourself and the world.

When we speak of frequency and vibration, consider a frequency to be similar to the sound of a musical note, and the vibration to be how loud it is, and how fast or slow it’s vibrating.

Feel into the frequency and vibration of

Cheerfulness

This Guided Self-Inquiry will support you in discovering that is a core element of your being.

Bring curiosity, patience, and kindness to yourself and notice what happens. And remember that whatever you are feeling, it's all ok.

There are no right or wrong answers to these questions. This is an opportunity for you to explore yourself with deep honesty.

And most importantly, relax and have fun doing this!

It's helpful to set a timer. Have fun with the numbers, set your timer for —
4:44 ~ 8:28 ~ 11:11 ~ 18:18 ~ 22:22 or whatever you like. You can always stop, save, and come back to deepen your self-discovery. Make sure to save this document.

Take three deep breaths. Relax into the present moment. And feel your body.

Start by saying to yourself, "I want to feel right now."
Let the words "I want to feel " drop into your heart space.
Listen and feel what your heart reveals. Write down what you notice.

Be curious about embodying . Resist the habit of analyzing. Simply feel your body and emotions. Just notice what's happening. If resistance shows up, let it be here too. With curiosity and kindness to yourself, notice what it's like to feel and embody .

Give yourself a few minutes and write down what you're feeling.

Bring your awareness to the energetic vibrations in your body as you feel and embody . This is the frequency of vibrating in your body.

Give yourself a few minutes to keep breathing and feeling.
And write down what you're experiencing.

Now bring your awareness to the feeling of longing for . Feel into your longing. Notice how your longing for brings you into a state of feeling, embodying, and experiencing . Your longing vibrates at the frequency of what you long for.

Leave aside explaining or justifying anything, and write down your experience of longing for .

Notice any sensations you are feeling in your physical, emotional, and energetic bodies right now as you soften into feeling, embodying, and experiencing :

Physically, I am feeling…

Emotionally, I am feeling…

Energetically, I am feeling…

What do you notice now that you have deepened into ?

Have you always wanted to feel this way, and what does this mean to you?

Throughout your day, you can further enhance the vibration of this Inner Resource by continuing to focus on feeling, embodying, and experiencing . And use your breathing to help you focus.

Write down any ideas that come up right now to support you in feeling, embodying, and experiencing more throughout the day and the days to come.

Be curious how it feels to say to yourself, "I am ."

Write down what you notice embodying in this way.

Enjoy discovering what your Inner Resource of can bring to your daily experience. It can change your life.

Take a moment to consider all the different ways in which experiencing more in your life will support your happiness, your well-being, and your relationships.

How does vulnerability feel in you?

Take a few minutes to sit quietly, breathe, and relax. Notice how vulnerability lives in a pure and sensitive place within you.

How does this feel in your body? Relax your body, and just be aware of how it feels.

Vulnerability holds and even hides things that are very precious in our hearts.

As you explore vulnerability within you, notice what deeper truths reveal themselves; what is your vulnerability protecting?

Remember times when you felt particularly vulnerable. Feel into all the different emotions that come up, as well as what you learned from those experiences. Take a few deep breaths while doing this and write in your journal.

Notice all the ways you might guard against this very tender human experience. This is okay; we all know this feeling of wanting to protect the soft, tender vulnerability at our core.

Now, bringing a feeling of okayness with whatever is there, see if you can go deeper and feel those defenses dissipate into softness.

Courageously meet your vulnerability with compassion and gentleness. In this moment, in this slow deep breath, know you are safe to be vulnerable, safe to be tender, safe to feel whatever arises. Maybe tears will come, or maybe laughter, maybe a sense of grief, or a sense of relief, maybe all of this and more, or other unnamed feelings. Whatever comes, allow it to be felt with curiosity, kindness, and compassion.

Can you see how much your vulnerability reveals to you about yourself and what you hold deeply in your heart?

Can you realize how vulnerability offers you the opportunity to be true to yourself in all your beautiful authenticity and uniqueness?

Take a few minutes to write in your journal.

Feel the unique energy signature and frequency of vulnerability in your body. Notice the texture and the substance of how vulnerability feels to you in your body, in your heart, and throughout the wholeness of your being.

Consider how your relationships with loved ones might change as you allow yourself to be more vulnerable, when and as appropriate. Your vulnerability will also guide you to affirm and honor healthy boundaries for yourself. 

Write in your journal as you continue to explore this inner resource. 

The power of your own authenticity can flow more smoothly through the inner resource of vulnerability and bring your deepest truths to guide your life.

As you courageously allow yourself to feel your vulnerability, you honor yourself and your sovereignty.

Curiosity

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes. As we put aside opinions, concepts, projections, and expectations: we become available to experience this moment with the wonder and innocence of a child. 

Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space to explore: “What is this?” “What am I experiencing?” “What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Be curious about what is happening in your body. Without changing anything, just notice what you are feeling. Notice where you are feeling things in your body. Make yourself more comfortable if you’d like. Take a deep breath, and feel the sensation of aliveness and the energy of your body.
