Therefore, we encourage you to keep a journal, notebook, or a pad of paper. You can get one now.
Set a timer so you can take your time,
go slowly and be patient with yourself to get the best results.
1. Set a timer for 5-20 minutes.
2. Feel your body, settle into the present moment, and take a few deep breaths. Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Connect with it
3. Bring your awareness to the Inner Resource of Brilliance / Illumination. Say it in your mind and write it down.
4. Allow the word Brilliance / Illumination to drop into your field of being. Keep breathing as you notice your current experience. With curiosity and kindness to yourself explore how Brilliance / Illumination feels within you.
5. Bring your awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your current felt experience and the qualities of Brilliance / Illumination as you embody it. Resist the habit of analyzing. Simply feel your body and emotions; just notice what’s happening. (Take notes in your journal)
6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you feel are more important than any narrative or story. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on feeling Brilliance / Illumination.
7. Become familiar with the feelings, sensations, frequency, and vibration of Brilliance / Illumination you have chosen. Your conscious awareness activates the frequency and accelerates the vibration. Be curious to discover how the Inner Resource of Brilliance / Illumination supports you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. (Take notes in your journal.)
Can I feel the radiance of my own being?
What would I look like if I was made of light?
How bright would I shine? What color is the light of me? Since all matter is truly energy and energy expresses as light, how do I feel when I allow myself to feel my brilliance and the illumination of my being, physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically?
How does it feel to just stop and do nothing and simply shine my light?
Notice what it feels like to say to yourself, “I am allowed to be bright, luminous, and radiant.”
As you keep quiet, see what happens, and what comes up, saying, “I am bright, luminous, and radiant.”

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it.
1. Feel your body.
2. Relax your shoulders.
3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.
4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.
5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.
Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Without changing anything, notice what you are feeling, and where you are feeling things in your body. Resist analyzing or explaining anything to yourself, just notice what you feel. If your body wants to adjust a little, let it.
Notice the texture and color of what you are feeling and where you are feeling it. Note the quality of what you are feeling; it might be tingly or sharp, squeezing or rippling, or anything else. Be curious about what is happening in your body.
