We spend so much of our lives on a quest for happiness, searching outside of ourselves for fulfillment, even though we all know happiness is an inside job. But what if happiness was even more powerfully based in our biology than we thought.

Science has shown that when we become unhappy, our brains shrink, and we all know that one of the greatest setbacks to happiness is stress.

How do we teach and what do we teach Sanskrit to our 3 year old child when we ourselves don’t know. Very sincerely we wish to teach Sanskrit to our baby
