Emotional health underpins so much of our overall health. Yet too often we are floored by insignificant things such as other people’s opinions, their successes, or their moods. It’s important to know if we are on our own side, and remain there most of the time. How much time do we devote to examining and understanding our wellness based on our emotions?
We can learn to be emotionally resilient and emotional stability can be gained by exploring the places where we fall down and then strengthening positive patterns.
Emotional health is defined by four markers: our degree of self-love, of openness, of communication and of trust. These underpin emotional wellness and can help us create greater overall health, stability and resilience.
