Gratitude Circles

Sit in circle (can be done even with only 2 people) and one by one each person speaks directly to each one in the circle, offering heart-felt gratitude for the meaningful things they are grateful to that person for. Notice how full your hearts become when they are filled with gratitude. Be present with each sharing, with both the giving and receiving of gratitude. At the end of the circle, spend 10 minutes sitting silently, sending gratitude out to all beings, and into the world.
