How Yoga brings ease to dis-ease

Yoga teacher, author and leading authority on addiction and recovery, Tommy Rosen, has seen the power of yoga and meditation in combatting addictions and helping to bring a sense of purpose into people’s lives.

He believes that yoga is an antidote to modern life. “Yoga creates a sense of ease in the body mind system.” In people’s lives there is a lack, something missing, and this lack keeps people engaged in self harming behaviour. Yoga combats that sense of lack by starting to focus a human being on their breath. And this connects them to the more subtle parts of themselves.

Learn how yoga can be used successfully to combat the six addictions and solve problems.
