Senior yoga teacher Anisa Poonja presents a simple and grounding elemental yoga sequence of 6 poses to help unlock tension and restoring suppleness to the major power-lines of the body. This replenishing sequence covers all 12 meridians of the body; each pose is connected to the five elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine (fire, earth, wood, metal & water) and helps to re-balance your energy centres and your vital organs. It is a beautiful practice to do any time, preferably on an empty stomach and just before meditation.
