Together We Rise

Beloveds,

This is a huge week. The world is choosing. Existence is listening. We are all participating with our frequencies. We add our conscious and unconscious vibration into the field. We remember. We forget. We let go and surrender. We identify and dig our heels in. We are wrong. We are right. We are flexible. We are stubborn. We are optimistic and lightworkers in the field of transcendence. We are human. We are in the glorious miracle of the Earth’s ecosystem. She is generous. We are greedy. We are sorry. We will make amends.

This is a huge week. The world is choosing. Existence is listening. We are all participating with our frequencies. 

We choose acceptance and conscious right action. We underline all our prayers with daring and courageous affirmations …

Let me be a channel of your peace.
Let me open up and let God out.
Let me recognise my skills and limitations so that I can best serve consciousness.

Let me serve others with joy, light and gratitude.
Let me let go of all prayers as Existence shows me the way.
Help me listen with kindness and humility.
This week we let Rumi speak. We welcome this beloved bard to dissolve difference and speak truth. This video, with the human heartbeat pulsating to the jaw-dropping images of our home, animates his words and sends them to the heart, to the tear ducts and to the breath.

Only Breath

Not Christian or Jew or Muslim, not Hindu

Buddhist, Sufi, or Zen. Not any religion

or cultural system. I am not from the East

or the West, not out of the ocean or up

from the ground, not natural or ethereal, not

composed of elements at all. I do not exist,

am not an entity in this world or in the next,

did not descend from Adam and Eve or any

origin story. My place is placeless, a trace

of the traceless. Neither body or soul.

I belong to the beloved, have seen the two

worlds as one and that one call to and know,

first, last, outer, inner, only that

breath breathing human being.

Beloveds,

This is a strong week for our world. What have you done this week to raise the vibration of consciousness? How are you taking responsibility for infusing the field with love and unity, especially when you feel challenged? Are you moving away from negative and futile conversations and instead practicing right action and loving words? Are you being sucked in or are you breathing God out?

We know these can appear to be very tough times. And we struggle too … And yet we trust that Love prevails and we know you will too.

Curiosity arises out of not knowing.

Curiosity is our natural ability to look at things with fresh eyes.
Forgoing opinions, previous ideas, or expectations,
approaching all with the wonder and innocence of a child.
Being curious brings us into a natural, open, and vast space of freedom
to explore:

“What is this?”
“What am I experiencing?”
“What am I feeling?”

4. Bring more awareness to what you are feeling. Focus on your felt experience and the qualities of the Inner Resource as you embody it. Resist the habit to analyze. Simply feel your body and emotions. 

5. Be open to your current experience, whatever it is, without judgment. Just ride the wave of the experience.

6. Remember that the quality of your attention and what you are feeling are more important than the content. Notice how your attention changes, waxing and waning, growing stronger, and sometimes getting distracted. No worries, simply bring your awareness back to the moment, take a deep breath, and focus on the Inner Resource.

7. Become familiar with the feelings and sensations of the Inner Resource you have chosen. Feel what is showing up in your physical body and your emotional body. Be curious to discover how this Inner Resource will support you in your life, to be who you really want to be, and feel how you really want to feel. It is through feeling the Inner Resource that you activate the frequency of it. 

Take 5 Deep Breaths

1. Feel your body.

2. Relax your shoulders.

3. Choose a word that makes you feel peaceful, such as om, peace, or love.

4. Inhale slowly while mentally saying the word you chose. Pause before starting the exhalation.

5. Exhale slowly while mentally saying 1 with the first breath. Exhale saying 2 with the second breath, up to 5 or more.

Feel Your Body

Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Without changing anything, notice what you are feeling, and where you are feeling things in your body. Resist analyzing or explaining anything to yourself, just notice what you feel. If your body wants to adjust a little, let it. 

Notice the texture and color of what you are feeling and where you are feeling it. Note the quality of what you are feeling; it might be tingly or sharp, squeezing or rippling, or anything else. Be curious about what is happening in your body.
