Musician Ortal Pelleg guides you through a deeply nourishing breathwork and sacred sound meditation. This session invites you to come into a space of rejuvenation and relaxation through connecting with your breath and the healing power of sound.

Ortal Pelleg was born in Israel and raised by the sea, exploring breathing, music and meditation from the age of 15 when he made his first instrument, a didgeridoo. I did the breathwork meditation and I felt so relaxed and it certainly calmed my monkey mind.

Feel Your Body
Relax your body, and just be aware of how your body feels. Without changing anything, notice what you are feeling, and where you are feeling things in your body.  If your body wants to adjust a little, let it. Be curious how it feels as your body relaxes.
