Can you Create a New Self?

Today it seems that nearly everyone believes that the way we think has an effect on our life, and that our thinking creates our reality.  Yet, how many of us put this belief into action?

If we really knew the power we had to create our own reality, we would start each day consciously creating it.

Dr Joe Dispenza, well known teacher and author, says that you are not doomed by your genes and hardwired to be a certain way for the rest of your life.  All human beings can create the reality they choose.

Neuroscience says your brain is organised to reflect everything you know in your life and is a record of your environment. So we think everything equal to what we know and keep creating more of the same. To truly change we need to think greater than our environment.

Here he gives some useful tips on how to unravel who you think you are and create something vibrantly new.
